Abstract

本发明提供一种铅酸蓄电池托起提手,涉及蓄电池装运工具。主要由提手条和绝缘圈组成,提手条为U型长杆件,绝缘圈中间有孔,腹部为圆柱,两端有圆盘。使用时,由螺栓穿过绝缘圈拧在电池端子上,再将提手条插入绝缘圈腹部,即可用叉车或人工将电池(电池组)托起,操作方便、省力、安全,提高生产效率。

本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池托起提手,属于铅酸蓄电池装运工具。
背景技术
目前生产的铅酸蓄电池,1000Ah以下一般由人工搬运、托起,即直接将电池抱起。半成品、成品电池在生产、运输过程中,需要出槽,摆入托盘,安装钢壳等,工人直接将电池抱起,既不方便,又费时费力,还存在安全隐患。目前还没有专用的装运工具。
    发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便、安全、省力,又能提高生产效率的铅酸蓄电池托起提手。
本发明的技术方案是:一种铅酸蓄电池托起提手,主要由提手条和绝缘圈组成,所述提手条为U型长杆件,沿长杆件长度方向的开口槽槽宽为b,长杆件垂直于槽宽方向的厚度为c,所述绝缘圈中间有轴向通孔,两端有外径为d1的圆盘,腹部有外径为d2高度为h的圆柱,并且上述尺寸有如下关系:b=d2+(0.5~1.5),c=h-(0.5~1.5),d1=d2+(10~15),所有尺寸的单位为mm。
所述绝缘圈两端的圆盘厚度一致,厚度a=5~10mm;所述提手条长度L为400~1000mm,提手条宽度B= b+(10~20)mm,提手条厚度c=5~10mm。
使用时,根据电池型号、端子状况,选择提手条以及绝缘圈,先将螺栓穿过绝缘圈,拧入电池端子,再将提手条插入绝缘圈腹部,即可用叉车或人工将电池或者电池组托起,便于包装、安装钢壳和搬运等,使用本发明,操作方便、省力、安全,能提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
参见附图,铅酸蓄电池托起提手由提手条1、绝缘圈2组成,使用时由螺栓3与电池4连接。本实施例中,U型提手条1的长度L为600mm,宽度B为34mm,厚度c为5mm,开口槽槽宽b为15mm,由高强塑料制成的绝缘圈2内孔直径为9mm,腹部外径d2为14mm,腹部高度h为6mm,两端圆盘外径d1为24mm,圆盘厚度a为5mm。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池托起提手,其特征是主要由提手条和绝缘圈组成,所述提手条为U型长杆件,沿长杆件长度方向的开口槽槽宽为b,长杆件垂直于槽宽方向的厚度为c,所述绝缘圈中间有轴向通孔,两端有外径为d1的圆盘,腹部有外径为d2高度为h的圆柱,并且上述尺寸有如下关系:b=d2+(0.5~1.5),c=h-(0.5~1.5),d1=d2+(10~15),所有尺寸的单位为mm。
2.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池托起提手,其特征是所述绝缘圈两端的圆盘厚度一致,厚度a=5~10mm。
3.按权利要求1所述铅酸蓄电池托起提手,其特征是所述提手条长度L为400~1000mm,提手条宽度B= b+(10~20)mm,提手条厚度c=5~10mm。
