发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是通过增加防撞槽,使得电芯端面的外圈与入料夹具不接触,以避免电芯端面外圈损伤。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种锂离子电池自动入壳机入料夹具,包括3个部分,入料口、腔体、防撞槽,此3部分是一个整体,防撞槽位于入料夹具的下端,防撞槽的直径大于腔体的直径。
本实用新型通过增加防撞槽,使得电芯端面的外圈与入料夹具不接触,以避免电芯端面外圈损伤。

电芯(c)经过入料口(a)进入腔体(b),这时电芯全部进入腔体,本实用新型通过增加防撞槽(d),使得电芯端面的外圈与入料夹具不接触,以避免电芯端面外圈损伤。

1.一种锂离子电池自动入壳机入料夹具,包括3个部分,入料口 (a)、腔体(b)、防撞槽(d),其特征是防撞槽(d)位于入料夹具的下端,使得电芯端面的外圈与入料夹具不接触,以避免电芯端面外圈损伤,防撞槽(d)的直径大于腔体(b)的直径。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池自动入壳机入料夹具,其特征在于防撞槽(d)的深度为1mm ~5mm。
