本发明涉及一种控制阀外切口新型密封结构。包括上套筒(1)、下套筒(4)和阀芯(2),其特点是:在所述上套筒(1)的下端面上靠近阀芯(2)的一侧设有第一环状凸台,所述下套筒(4)的上端面卡在该环状凸台上,并且在该下套筒(4)的上端面旁的内壁上设有第二环状凸台,该第二环状凸台和前述的第一环状凸台均与所述的阀芯(2)接触从而形成密封腔,在该密封腔内安装有环状的金属密封圈(3),该金属密封圈(3)的横截面为半圆弧形,并且该半圆弧形的开口背向阀芯(2)。经过试用证明,控制阀采用本发明的密封结构后,控制阀整机控制阀泄漏等级很容易满足ANSI B16.104V级要求。

一种控制阀外切口新型密封结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制阀外切口新型密封结构。
背景技术
如图1所示,传统的套筒控制阀结构主要是靠控制活塞密封环的张力和套筒内壁的紧密配合以及阀芯套筒内壁的粗糙度来实现泄漏量的控制,在高温介质通过阀芯和套筒密封面以及活塞密封环的开口处产生一定的泄漏量,如果活塞密封环的张力小了或套筒以及阀芯密封面的粗糙度、形位公差没有达到要求,其泄漏量很难满足ANSIB16.104Ⅳ级要求,V级更就实现不了。而图2所示结构为阀芯套筒之间采用特氟龙材料制成的平衡密封圈结构密封,该结构可以实现ANSIB16.104V级要求,但是由于平衡密封圈材料使用温度只能到260℃,当介质温度更高时,满足不了工况要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种控制阀外切口新型密封结构,能够实现控制阀在高温及高压差时严密切断并且具有较高的泄漏等级。
一种控制阀外切口新型密封结构,包括上套筒、下套筒和阀芯,其特别之处在于:在所述上套筒的下端面上靠近阀芯的一侧设有第一环状凸台,所述下套筒的上端面卡在该环状凸台上,并且在该下套筒的上端面旁的内壁上设有第二环状凸台,该第二环状凸台和前述的第一环状凸台均与所述的阀芯接触从而形成密封腔,在该密封腔内安装有环状的金属密封圈,该金属密封圈的横截面为半圆弧形,并且该半圆弧形的开口背向阀芯。
其中金属密封圈的横截面为半圆形,其材质为镍基高温合金。
其中第一环状凸台与上套筒的轴线之间平行,而第二环状凸台与下套筒的轴线之间垂直。
其中在下套筒上开有通孔,并且该通孔的一端与密封腔连通。
经过试用证明,控制阀采用本发明的密封结构后,控制阀整机控制阀泄漏等级很容易满足ANSIB16.104V级要求,采用该外切口U形密,经过试验可以用在温度425℃,压差4.5MPa的高温高压蒸汽压力调节控制阀中可靠工作。

具体实施方式
如图3、4所示,本发明是一种控制阀外切口新型密封结构,包括上套筒1、下套筒4和阀芯2,在所述上套筒1的下端面上靠近阀芯2的一侧设有第一环状凸台,所述下套筒4的上端面卡在该环状凸台上,并且在该下套筒4的上端面旁的内壁上设有第二环状凸台,该第二环状凸台和前述的第一环状凸台均与所述的阀芯2接触从而形成密封腔,在该密封腔内安装有环状的金属密封圈3,该金属密封圈3的横截面为半圆弧形,并且该半圆弧形的开口背向阀芯2(即朝向图4中右侧)。
其中在下套筒4上开有通孔,并且该通孔的一端与密封腔连通。通过下套筒4上的通孔,可以将阀前压力引入金属密封圈3开口中,促使密封圈产生变形,从而为密封圈密封提供密封比压。
其中金属密封圈3的横截面为半圆形,其材质为Inconel(X-)750。另外第一环状凸台与上套筒1的轴线之间平行,而第二环状凸台与下套筒4的轴线之间垂直。
本发明的工作原理是:
当控制阀关闭时,高温介质从控制阀右侧进入,经过阀芯2、套筒时,阀芯2密封凡尔线与内切口U形的金属密封圈3内侧接触,而内切口U形的金属密封圈3其U形口内受到高压介质的压力作用,产生弹性变形,实现阀芯2与套筒之间的严密切断。

1.一种控制阀外切口新型密封结构,包括上套筒(1)、下套筒(4)和阀芯(2),其特征在于:在所述上套筒(1)的下端面上靠近阀芯(2)的一侧设有第一环状凸台,所述下套筒(4)的上端面卡在该环状凸台上,并且在该下套筒(4)的上端面旁的内壁上设有第二环状凸台,该第二环状凸台和前述的第一环状凸台均与所述的阀芯(2)接触从而形成密封腔,在该密封腔内安装有环状的金属密封圈(3),该金属密封圈(3)的横截面为半圆形,并且该半圆形的开口背向阀芯(2);
其中金属密封圈(3)的材质为镍基高温合金;
其中第一环状凸台与上套筒(1)的轴线之间平行,而第二环状凸台与下套筒(4)的轴线之间垂直;
其中在下套筒(4)上开有通孔,并且该通孔的一端与密封腔连通。
