本发明属于橡胶成型领域,是一种无需专用胶套模胎制作橡胶V带硫化用无骨架胶套的方法,其过程主要是先将未硫化胶套生料片展开予留出待接头用部分其余分段硫化,再卷成筒状,两端部生料头切成斜面,搭接贴合,再将接头处生料段局部硫化。使用该方法可以在一般的平板硫化机上制作各种周长规格的胶套,而无需予制专用的胶套模胎,生产费用低,制作方便简单,实用性强,很适合生产多规格,小批量的V带生产厂应用。

橡胶V带硫化用无骨架胶套制作方法
本发明属于橡胶成型领域,特别是涉及无专用模胎制作橡胶V带硫化用的无骨架胶套的制作方法。
在橡胶V带的整体硫化工艺中,胶套是用以套在硫化V带的模具外,实现硫化胶带所需压力限制V带因加热而膨胀用的,对各种规格的V带硫化,都必须有与之相应的胶套,公知的胶套制作方法是先制作一个光壁的筒状胶胎,将经混炼后压成片状的半成品胶片,整圈包裹在模胎的外壁上,然后将浸湿的棉质包布尽量紧地缠绕在外层,最后用纱线绳或者铁丝捆扎紧,使其受外压作用不能自由膨胀,经过硫化后,冷却拆去捆扎线和包布,脱下模胎即可,这种胶套的传统制法,每生产一种规格的胶套首先就必须制作一个该规格的胶套模胎,所以成本很高,又因为其硫化时所需的压力依靠浸湿的水布缠绕的予紧力和布的收缩力来获得,较难保证达到要求,而缠绕包布也不可能使各个局布的受力一致,所以硫化成型后胶套的外表面是凹凸不平,厚度不均匀的,这就直接影响了胶套的使用寿命,并且在胶套脱模时,拔模很困难。
本发明的目的,在于提供一种在普通的平板硫化机上硫化,无需专用模胎即可以制作的橡胶V带硫化用无骨架胶套的制作方法。
本发明的技术内容包括下列步骤
(1)将混炼后经挤或压成型的半成品胶片,预留50mm至100mm的生料端头用以接头,其余在平板梳化机上先展开硫化。
(2)取下上述硫化过的半成品胶片,将两端末硫化的生料头端部切割制成同方向的斜面。
(3)再将半成品胶片卷成筒状,两端部生料头斜面与斜面搭接贴合,达到两斜面完全重叠,并在接缝处表层粘贴上厚1.0mm至2.5mm宽为10mm至20mm的薄胶片,连住两端不会脱开。
(4)将上述做成筒状的半成品胶套,在平板硫化机上对接头处生料段进行局部硫化即可。
本发明公开的橡胶V带硫化用无骨架胶套的制作方法,不需制作胶套的专用模胎,在一般的平板硫化机上,可以制作任何周长规格品种的胶套,生产成本低、胶套质量高、简单方便、实用性强、具有很好的应用价值。
实施例,制作两端带有向外翻边凸缘唇口的,规格是300的胶套
①先截下经混炼后压或挤成片状两边带凸缘唇上的胶片,长度为300胶套的展开长度950mm,予留两端各100mm生料头,其余中间部分在平板硫化机上模板中按硫化工艺要求分段硫化。
②取下硫化后的上述半成品胶片,校正长度,并将两端头末硫化的生料头端部,切割成同方向的45°斜面。
③将上述半成品胶片卷成筒状,两端头的斜面与斜面搭接,达到完全重叠,并压紧,再用厚度1.5mm宽为10mm的薄胶片,覆盖住整个接缝、连住接头两端。
④把上述筒状的半成品胶套接头嵌入硫化机的模板中按硫化工艺要求对生料接头段局部进行硫化。

Claims (1)

1、一种橡胶V带硫化用无骨架胶套的制作方法,其特征在于:先将混炼后挤或压成型的生胶片留出两端接头各50mm至100mm后,展开硫化,再把上述的予留接头端部割制成同一个方向的斜面,卷起半成品胶片成筒状,以斜面部分进行搭接、达到完全重叠、用厚度1.0mm至2.5mm、宽度10mm至20mm的胶片、固定粘住接缝两边的胶接端,然后把半成品胶套的接头作硫化。
