本发明公开了一种新型减震杠铃,包括握杆、轮毂和杠铃片,轮毂和握杆采用法兰连接,轮毂外套上设有充气橡胶轮;轮毂外侧的握杆穿过杠铃片的轴套,杠铃片由钢质外环、充填了橡胶的弹簧钢板条轮辐和钢质轴套构成,杠铃片的外径小于橡胶轮外径;杠铃片外侧的握杆上刻有螺纹,螺纹上设有带旋柄的锁紧螺帽。本发明充分利用减震技术来优化传统杠铃结构,与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:结构合理、坚固耐用、减震效果突出;没有金属部件之间的强烈碰撞冲击,没有过多噪音,落地减震效果效果优越,不会造成地面损坏;带旋柄的锁紧螺帽不易丢失,便于松开与锁紧操作,也便于增加和减少杠铃片,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种体育器材,具体指新型减震杠铃。
背景技术
杠铃是进行力量训练和举重的最常用体育器材,杠铃由于较笨重,在进行杠铃训练或举重比赛时,摔下来的声音很大,造成很大的冲击力,也造成较大的地面损伤,而且,由于自身重量很大,免不了杠铃内部的金属部件互相碰撞,产生变形和损坏。
为克服杠铃现有技术的缺陷,关键是要进行减震处理,达到经久耐用又不损伤地面的目的,但目前杠铃的减震技术并未达到令人满意的程度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种减震效果好、坚固耐用、不会造成地面损坏的新型减震杠铃。
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种新型减震杠铃,包括握杆、轮毂和杠铃片,其特征在于:轮毂和握杆采用法兰连接,轮毂外套上设有充气橡胶轮;轮毂外侧的握杆穿过杠铃片的轴套,杠铃片由钢质外环、充填了橡胶的弹簧钢板条轮辐和钢质轴套构成,杠铃片的外径小于橡胶轮外径;杠铃片外侧的握杆上刻有螺纹,螺纹上设有带旋柄的锁紧螺帽。
所述握杆上刻有防止抓握时打滑的滚花。
本设计的核心就是充分利用减震技术来优化传统杠铃结构。
首先对轮毂和握杆采用法兰连接,可以获得很高的结构强度,轮毂外套上的充气橡胶轮类似汽车内外胎,可以进行充气,下落过程中接触地面有利于缓冲和减震;杠铃片外径小于橡胶轮外径,也就不会与地面接触和损伤地面;杠铃片采取钢质充填橡胶压铸而成,特别坚固耐用,并且钢质外环和轴套采用弹簧钢轮辐式弹性过渡,所以特别减震,放下杠铃时,完全避免杠铃片对轴套的冲击,为了杠铃片在训练过程中保持紧固,有带旋柄的锁紧螺帽,便于锁紧和松开,也便于减少和增加杠铃片。
这样的结构可以避免金属部件之间的强烈碰撞,不会发出尖锐噪音,也可以完全避免损坏地面,整个设备特别坚固耐用。
杠铃片可以使用多个,且杠铃片和轮毂都可以采用标准部件,便于计算杠铃重量,也便于进行更换。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点还在于:结构合理、坚固、耐用、减震效果非常突出;没有金属部件之间的强烈碰撞冲击,没有过多噪音,落地减震效果效果优越,不会造成地面损坏;带旋柄的锁紧螺帽不易丢失,便于松开与锁紧操作,还便于增加和减少杠铃片,应用前景十分广阔。

如图1、图2和图3所示新型减震杠铃,包括握杆5、轮毂2和杠铃片6,轮毂2和握杆5采用法兰连接3,轮毂2外套上设有充气橡胶轮1;轮毂外侧的握杆穿过杠铃片的轴套10,杠铃片6由钢质外环8、充填了橡胶的弹簧钢板条轮辐9和钢质轴套10构成,杠铃片6的外径小于橡胶轮外径;杠铃片外侧的握杆上刻有螺纹,螺纹上设有带旋柄的锁紧螺帽7。
所述握杆5上刻有防止抓握时打滑的滚花4。
杠铃片6可以使用多个,且杠铃片6和轮毂2都可以采用标准部件,便于计算杠铃重量,也便于进行更换。

1.一种新型减震杠铃,包括握杆、轮毂和杠铃片,其特征在于:轮毂和握杆采用法兰连接,轮毂外套上设有充气橡胶轮;轮毂外侧的握杆穿过杠铃片的轴套,杠铃片由钢质外环、充填了橡胶的弹簧钢板条轮辐和钢质轴套构成,杠铃片的外径小于橡胶轮外径;杠铃片外侧的握杆上刻有螺纹,螺纹上设有带旋柄的锁紧螺帽。
