技术领域
与示例性实施例一致的设备和方法涉及一种通过液晶来显示图像的显示面板、具有朝向显示面板发光的背光单元的显示模块以及具有该显示模块的显示设备。
背景技术
显示模块是包括在其上显示图像的显示面板的装置,并用于诸如监控器和电视的各种显示设备。
液晶显示器(LCD)面板广泛地用作显示面板,但是使用LCD面板的显示面板自身不能发光。基于该原因,在显示面板后方设置了背光单元,并且在显示面板和背光单元之间布置了用于使从背光单元发射的光散射的散射板,从而使得光能够均匀地分散并被提供至整个显示面板。

在显示模块10中,与显示面板11的其他区域相比,仅少量的光可透射至显示面板11的最外周侧。因此,与其他区域相比,在显示面板11的最外周侧可能会产生阴影。因此,为了防止上述问题,需要将LED12b设置成充分靠近板倾斜部18b。
然而,在LED12b与板倾斜部18b邻近地安装的情况下,由LED12b直接发射的光L1和被板倾斜部18b反射的光L2会同时到达显示面板11的与LED12b邻近的区域,因此,与其他区域相比,在显示面板11的与LED12b邻近的侧端处可能会产生光斑。
因此,为了防止上述问题,板倾斜部18b可设置有一个或多个调光部18d,以在一定程度上调节被板倾斜部18b反射的光,如图4中所示。
在示例性实施例中,调光部18d分别与被设置成靠近板倾斜部18b的LED12b对应。此外,在示例性实施例中,调光部18d中的每个均包括多个缝18e,所述多个缝18e与底框17的底部前表面17a平行地延伸。例如,缝18e可与设置在板底部18a和板倾斜部18b之间的外周边缘18f平行地延伸。
通过以直线的形式薄薄地切割板倾斜部18b而形成由缝18e构成的调光部18d。因此,朝向调光部18d入射的一部分光会穿过缝18e而泄漏至板倾斜部18b和底部侧表面17b之间的空间19。
此外,在通过切割板倾斜部18b形成调光部18d的过程中,与缝18e相邻的部分会凸出地或凹入地变形。因此,入射到调光部18d的一部分光可能会由于所述相邻部分的形状而沿缝的纵向发散。
因此,朝调光部18d入射的一部分光穿过缝而泄露,并由于缝的相邻部分而沿缝的纵向发散。因此,能够减少光集中在特定区域时所产生的光斑。
在示例性实施例中,调光部18d通过彼此平行地延伸的缝而形成,但是这并不是限制。如图5所示,调光部18d-1可被形成为与底部前表面17a平行地延伸的矩形孔。例如,矩形孔的长度方向可平行于外周边缘18f延伸。
如另一实施例,如图6所示,调光部18d-2可被形成为与底部前表面17a平行地延伸的椭圆形孔。例如,该椭圆形孔的长度方向可与外周边缘18f平行地延伸。
当调光部18d-1被形成为矩形孔或者调光部18d-2被形成为椭圆形孔时,由LED12b发射并入射到板倾斜部18b的一部分光会穿过矩形孔或椭圆形孔而泄漏至板倾斜部18b和底部侧表面17b之间的空间19。因此,减少了被板倾斜部18b朝向显示面板11的外周反射的光,从而减少了光斑的产生。
此外,如图7所示,可通过在板倾斜部18b上施加或涂覆光散射材料而制成光散射层,由该光散射层形成调光部18d-3。
通过上面的描述明显的是,因为调光部设置在反射板的板倾斜部并且被反射板的板倾斜部反射的光的数量减少或分散,所以能够减少在显示面板的外周侧产生的光斑。

其中,背光单元包括多个发光二极管,所述多个发光二极管彼此分开,
其中,所述多个调光部中的至少一个与所述多个发光二极管中的靠近所述板倾斜部设置的发光二极管相对应,
其中,所述多个调光部中的至少一个包括与底框的前表面平行地延伸的多个缝,
其中,所述多个缝是通过以直线的形式切割板倾斜部而形成的,并且
在通过切割板倾斜部形成调光部的过程中,与缝相邻的部分凸出地或凹入地变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示模块,其中,
背光单元还包括多个板,所述多个发光二极管设置在所述多个板上;并且
所述多个调光部彼此分开地形成,使得所述多个调光部与所述多个发光二极管中的靠近所述板倾斜部设置的发光二极管相对应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示模块,其中,
背光单元包括多个透镜,所述多个透镜分别安装在所述多个发光二极管中的每个发光二极管上;
反射板包括多个孔,所述多个孔设置在板底部中,使得所述多个发光二极管和所述多个透镜穿过所述多个孔而突出出来。
4.一种显示设备,包括如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的显示模块。
