本发明提供一种断纱张力保持装置,包括设置在纱线传输轨迹上的张力保持环,所述张力保持环包括外定环和同轴设置在外定环内的内定环,所述外定环内侧设置有驱动装置驱动旋转的动能滑环,所述内定环上同轴设置有能够在所述内定环上滑动的环形扇,所述大环形框的外侧设置有与所述外定环内侧动能滑环摩擦配合的可变直径的离合环构件,本发明中纱线断裂时所述离合环构件与所述动能滑环咬合,使环形扇能够被驱动,所述环形扇形成的气流,气流吹拂纱线形成张力,防止纱线乱飞。

一种断纱张力保持装置
所属技术领域
本发明涉及织机辅助设备领域,特别地,是一种用于织机断纱的张力保持装置。
背景技术
织机都安装有断经自停装置,此装置的目的是探测断经,发出停车信号。它们的类型:光电式(远红外探测),经停架式,分梳旋转式。目前多采用经停架式,它的工作原理:经停架装在后梁和综框之间,其上有几列经停条。经停条是内、外两种导体被厚塑料膜隔开而形成断路的一个结合件,许多经停片套在经停条上,每一根经纱都独自穿过一片经停片。织机运转时,经纱张力将经停片拉起,使之不与经停条内导体接触,电路为断开状态。当断经时,与之相应的经停片靠自重下落,与经停条内、外两导体同时接触,使电路接通,发出停机信号。
传统的断纱监测装置都是在纱线断裂后再进行对织机停止操作的,因此织机在纱线断裂的一刻会有一定的延迟再进行停止操作,而纱线在这一过程中失去张力,导致纱线乱飞,这就容易导致织机发生非正常事故。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种断纱张力保持装置,该断纱张力保持装置能够在纱线断裂后保持纱线的张力。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该断纱张力保持装置包括设置在纱线传输轨迹上的张力保持环,所述张力保持环包括外定环和同轴设置在外定环内的内定环,所述外定环内侧设置有驱动装置驱动旋转的动能滑环,所述内定环上同轴设置有能够在所述内定环上滑动的环形扇,所述环形扇由大环形框和小环形框固定扇叶构成,所述大环形框的外侧设置有与所述外定环内侧动能滑环摩擦配合的可变直径的离合环构件,所述离合环构件由控制模块控制与所述动能滑环的离合。
作为优选,所述张力保持环设置在纱线传输轨迹的中部。
作为优选,所述内定环上滑动设置有两个鼓风方向不同的环形扇。
作为优选,所述离合环构件采用能够充放气的环形气囊实现离合动作。
本发明的优点在于:
所述控制模块在纱线断裂时控制所述离合环构件与所述动能滑环咬合,使环形扇能够被驱动,所述环形扇形成的气流,气流吹拂纱线形成张力,防止纱线乱飞。

在本实施例中,参阅图1、图2和图3,该断纱张力保持装置包括设置在纱线10传输轨迹上的张力保持环100,纱线10传输轨迹位于两对导辊对200之间,所述张力保持环100包括外定环150和同轴设置在外定环150内的内定环110,所述外定环150内侧设置有驱动装置驱动旋转的动能滑环160,所述内定环110上同轴设置有能够在所述内定环上滑动的环形扇,所述环形扇由大环形框131和小环形框132固定扇叶120构成,所述大环形框131的外侧设置有与所述外定环150内侧动能滑环160摩擦配合的可变直径的离合环构件140,所述离合环构件140由控制模块控制与所述动能滑环160的离合。
所述控制模块在纱线断裂时控制所述离合环构件140与所述动能滑环160咬合,使环形扇能够被驱动,所述环形扇形成的气流,气流吹拂纱线形成张力。
上述断纱张力保持装置,所述张力保持环100设置在纱线10传输轨迹的中部。
上述断纱张力保持装置,所述内定环110上滑动设置有两个鼓风方向不同的环形扇,所述张力保持环100设置在纱线10传输轨迹的中部,当纱线10的断裂点在张力保持环100的一侧时,吹拂此侧的环形扇的离合环构件140咬合动能滑环160。
上述断纱张力保持装置,所述离合环构件140采用能够充放气的环形气囊实现离合动作,使用环形气囊性能可靠,且成本较低。
上述断纱张力保持装置的工作方式:
所述张力保持环100设置在纱线10传输轨迹的中部,当纱线10的断裂点在张力保持环100的一侧时,吹拂此侧的环形扇的离合环构件140咬合动能滑环160,纱线10断裂的较长的一段在环形扇的吹拂下形成张力。

1.一种断纱张力保持装置,其特征在于:包括设置在纱线(10)传输轨迹上的张力保持环(100),所述张力保持环(100)包括外定环(150)和同轴设置在外定环(150)内的内定环(110),所述外定环(150)内侧设置有驱动装置驱动旋转的动能滑环(160),所述内定环(110)上同轴设置有能够在所述内定环上滑动的环形扇,所述环形扇由大环形框(131)和小环形框(132)固定扇叶(120)构成,所述大环形框(131)的外侧设置有与所述外定环(150)内侧动能滑环(160)摩擦配合的可变直径的离合环构件(140),所述离合环构件(140)由控制模块控制与所述动能滑环(160)的离合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的断纱张力保持装置,其特征在于:所述张力保持环(100)设置在纱线(10)传输轨迹的中部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的断纱张力保持装置,其特征在于:所述内定环(110)上滑动设置有两个鼓风方向不同的环形扇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的断纱张力保持装置,其特征在于:所述离合环构件(140)采用能够充放气的环形气囊实现离合动作。
