Abstract

本发明公开一种纤维充填装置，包含充填管道、输棉风机，所述的输棉风机的出风口设置在充填管道内，在所述的充填管道、输棉风机外面包覆保护外壳，所述的保护外壳的内部等面积设置吸音棉。输棉风机及其管道线路被封装起来，使设备更安全，并且使输棉风机的噪音降低，保护现场作业工人的健康。

一种纤维充填装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家纺设备，特别是一种枕芯充装机的纤维充填装置。
背景技术
枕芯填充由人工作业转为机器作业，提高了生产效率，并提高了枕芯填充的一致性，但是传统枕芯输棉风机为独立裸机，裸露在输棉管道外，输棉风机所需要的电源线气管裸放在生产现场，摆放凌乱，机器操作者有时会不小心扯到这些线路管道，造成机器的停转，对操作人员也造成安全隐患；输棉装置为高速风机，噪音大，给现场长期作业的工人造成健康影响，易患职业病。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新的纤维填充装置，其实现输棉风机及其管道线路被封装起来，设备更安全，并且使输棉风机的噪音降低，保护现场作业工人的健康。
本发明通过以下技术手段实现：
一种纤维充填装置，包含充填管道、输棉风机，所述的输棉风机的出风口设置在充填管道内，在所述的充填管道、输棉风机外面包覆保护外壳，所述的保护外壳的内部等面积设置吸音棉。
进一步的，所述的保护外壳为金属外壳，并呈方形设置在外部。
进一步的，所述的充填管道由一段主管道和两段分管道组成，所述的输棉风机的出风口连接在主管道或者分管道上。
进一步的，所述的吸音棉为多孔吸音海绵，所述的吸音海绵的内壁为波浪面。
通过以上技术手段实现的纤维充填装置，使输棉风机的电源线、其他管道线等不再裸露在作业现场，与外界隔离，降低失误扯到线路导致机器停止运行的风险，另外，吸音棉使输棉风机产生的噪音被大大降低，使纤维充填装置的工作环境更环保安全。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的具体实施过程进行详细描述。
本实施例中，以本纤维充装装置使用在枕芯充装设备为例，同样其可以使用充装被子、羽绒服等充装设备中。
如图1所示的纤维充填装置为整个枕芯充装设备的一部分，其前端接枕芯填充棉的输送履带，后端接枕袋固定装置，本实施例中，枕芯填充棉分两个通道被输送到枕袋固定装置。
如图1和图2所示的纤维充填装置，包含充填管道3、输棉风机，所述多的输棉风机包含电动机5、离心风叶4及出风管道7，所述的输棉风机的出风口设置在充填管道内，在所述的充填管道3、输棉风机外面包覆保护外壳1，所述的保护外壳1的内部设置等面积的吸音棉2。
为了提高充填装置的使用效率，所述的充填管道可以由一段主管 道和多段分管道组成，也可以由两段以上的分管道组成，每个分管道对应一个枕袋固定装置及枕袋封装装置，本实施例附图中只有一个分管道6。
所述的输棉风机的出风口连接在主管道上。所述的保护外壳为金属外壳，并呈方形设置在外部。一般所述的金属外壳为长方体或正方体，设有一个门，供设备维护人员通过所述的门进行设备维护。
所述的金属外壳的内壁设有吸音棉，所述的吸音棉为多孔吸音海绵，为增大吸音棉，所述的吸音海绵的内壁为波浪面。

1.一种纤维充填装置，包含充填管道、输棉风机，所述的输棉风机的出风口设置在充填管道内，在所述的充填管道、输棉风机外面包覆保护外壳，所述的保护外壳的内部等面积设置吸音棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维填充装置，其特征在于：所述的保护外壳为金属外壳，并呈方形设置在外部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维填充装置，其特征在于：所述的充填管道由一段主管道和两段分管道组成，所述的输棉风机的出风口连接在主管道或者分管道上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维填充装置，其特征在于：所述的吸音棉为多孔吸音海绵，所述的吸音海绵的内壁为波浪面。
