新机能多用硬表面清洗光亮剂,属于合成洗涤剂领域。
目前国内外大部分合成洗涤剂是以石油为原料来生产的,国际市场石油价格上涨,直接影响合成洗涤剂工业的发展,表面活性剂又是洗涤剂工业中耗量最大的原料,因此积极发展以天然油质鱼油、淀粉、糖为原料的新型高效表面活性剂,逐步实行石油原料和天然资源并重,从而减少对石油资源的依赖,提供易生化降解完全无毒的中间原料。
本发明的目的在于提供用易生化降解、安全无毒的醇系表面活性剂制成新机能多用硬表面清洗光亮剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:采用淀粉和糖衍生物作表面活性剂疏水机作基本原料,复配工业表面活性剂、洗涤助剂等制成新型水基液体洗涤剂,其组分重量百分比如下:(%)
淀粉3-5    砂糖3-5          十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-4
脂肪醇聚氧乙稀醚硫酸钠0.5-1
脂方醇聚氧乙稀醚0.5-2       脂肪醇酰胺0.5-2
辛(壬)基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5-2   硅油3-10
水玻璃10-15                 三聚磷酸钠4-8
氢氧化钠3-10                加水至100
按以上配方制成的新机能多用硬表面清洗光亮剂安全、低磷、去污力极强,特别是对一般清洗剂难以洗掉的硬表面上的陈年积垢有去污特效,同时洗后表面形成一层光亮的保护模,对织物上的蛋白质沉积物、汗渍、血迹洗涤效果极佳,且能柔软其质地、去灰增白,优于一般洗衣粉。本新型适用于橱房用具、家用电器、室内家具、墙壁贴面、门窗玻璃、金银首饰、皮革制品、各种车辆以及各类织物的清洗和上光。

使用时,清洗硬表面的陈年积垢可用本品的原液,清洗其它硬表面用原液1∶10兑水,清洗软织物可依据污染程度1∶10-100兑水。

脂肪醇聚氧乙稀醚硫酸钠0.5-1
脂肪醇聚氧乙稀醚0.5-2        脂肪醇酰胺0.5-2
辛(壬)基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5-2    硅油3-10
水玻璃10-15                 三聚磷酸钠4-8
氢氧化钠3-10加水至100
