本发明公开了一种小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置，所述的小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置包含一环形的固定套环，所述的固定套环上设有由套环通孔组成的套环通孔阵列，所述的固定套环的周向上设有一扇形的刮刀固定突缘，所述的刮刀固定突缘上设有由刮刀固定通孔组成的刮刀固定通孔阵列，所述的刮刀固定突缘的边缘设有一弧形的条状的振动肋，所述的振动肋的设置方向与所述的刮刀固定突缘相互垂直。本发明的小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置利用刮刀固定突缘的边缘的弧形的条状的振动肋，当刮刀固定突缘发生转动时，能自动发生周期性的振动，大大提高了刮刀的刮泥效果，提高了刮泥机的易用性。该小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置结构简单，效果明显，实用性强。

一种小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种污水处理设备，更确切地说，是一种小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置。
背景技术
在对污水处理池进行清理时，需要定期对污水处理池的底部的污泥进行刮除，而刮泥机就是一种专门用于刮除污泥的设备。刮泥机通常利用旋转的刮刀来进行刮除作业，由于刮刀只能在一个平面上转动，有些污泥无法刮到，影响刮泥机的效果。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置，所述的小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置包含一环形的固定套环，所述的固定套环上设有由套环通孔组成的套环通孔阵列，所述的固定套环的周向上设有一扇形的的刮刀固定突缘，所述的刮刀固定突缘上设有由刮刀固定通孔组成的刮刀固定通孔阵列，所述的刮刀固定突缘的边缘设有一弧形的条状的振动肋，所述的振动肋的设置方向与所述的刮刀固定突缘相互垂直。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的振动肋的头部设有一滑动斜面。
本发明的小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置，在使用时安装简便，可以通过螺钉、螺栓等本技术领域人员公知的常见连接手段和方式，利用固定套环将本发明与刮泥机的驱动轴相连接，并将刮刀固定在刮刀固定通孔内，之后即可利用刮刀固定突缘的边缘的弧形的条状的振动肋，当刮刀固定突缘发生转动时，能自动发生周期性的振动，大大提高了刮刀的刮泥效果，提高了刮泥机的易用性。该小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置结构简单，效果明显，实用性强。在本申请中，由于刮泥机的驱动轴、刮刀等结构为本领域内技术人员所公知，本申请并未对其进行创新，且不属于本发明技术方案中所要求保护的内容，所以未对其作出图示，但是本领域技术人员完全可以根据本申请的发明内容，使用方法等记载内容，清晰明了的得到一个完整的技术方案，并加以实现。

如图1至图3所示，本发明的小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置1包含一环形的固定套环2，该固定套环2上设有由套环通孔6组成的套环通孔阵列，该固定套环2的周向上设有一扇形的的刮刀固定突缘3，该刮刀固定突缘3上设有由刮刀固定通孔5组成的刮刀固定通孔阵列，该刮刀固定突缘3的边缘设有一弧形的条状的振动肋4，该振动肋4的设置方向与该刮刀固定突缘3相互垂直。
该振动肋4的头部设有一滑动斜面41。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置，其特征在于，所述的小型刮泥机的刮刀安装装置（1）包含一环形的固定套环（2），所述的固定套环（2）上设有由套环通孔（6）组成的套环通孔阵列，所述的固定套环（2）的周向上设有一扇形的刮刀固定突缘（3），所述的刮刀固定突缘（3）上设有由刮刀固定通孔（5）组成的刮刀固定通孔阵列，所述的刮刀固定突缘（3）的边缘设有一弧形的条状的振动肋（4），所述的振动肋（4）的设置方向与所述的刮刀固定突缘（3）相互垂直；所述的振动肋（4）的头部设有一滑动斜面（41）。
