[0001] 本发明涉及蝇蛆饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
[0002] 餐厨垃圾含有10-12%固体有机物质,它具有鲜明的资源和废物的双重性,固体有机物质中含有丰富的蛋白质,蛋白质含量在31.5%(干基)。就国内餐厨垃圾处理而言,处理后的固体有机物质作为饲料供给养猪专业户喂猪;另一方法:处理后的固体有机物质采用厌氧发酵产沼气作为清洁能源。二种结果虽然具有很高的利用价值,但都存在一定的技术缺陷。首先将固体有机物质作为饲料,存在饲料的同源性和食物链问题,有关食品专家和学术界禁止呼声较高,国家农业部作为行政职能部门不予发放饲料生产许可证,如果再将固体有机物质开发成饲料具有一定的安全风险,加之社会对泔水猪的关注和痛恶之倾,会造成社会负面影响。其次将固体有机物质通过厌氧产沼气,虽然可以得到利用价值较高的清洁能源,但后续沼液处理技术及工艺复杂,工程投资高,运行成本大企业承受困难,极易造成二次污染。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于提供一种蝇蛆饲料的制备方法,将餐厨垃圾通过特定提取工艺和发酵工艺制备出综合性能优异的蝇蛆饲料,且提高餐厨垃圾的处理和转化效率,提高蝇蛆饲料的氨基酸含量,增强饲料的蝇蛆适口性。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种蝇蛆饲料,其PH值为7.62,其含水量为78.7%,其干基由如下重量份组分组成:

[0006] 6.91重量份粗脂肪;

[0008] 11.96重量份灰分;
[0009] 2.07重量份钙;
[0010] 1.34重量份磷。

[0012] 本发明还提供用于制备上述蝇蛆饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:从餐厨垃圾中提取固体有机物质;将固体有机物质发酵:加入占固体有机物质总重1%_3%的枯草芽孢菌培养基料,料温控制在54-56°C,发酵时间为70-74小时,即得蝇蛆饲料。
[0013] 优选的,在固体有机物质发酵过程中,加入占固体有机物质总重2%的枯草芽孢菌培养基料,料温控制在55°C,发酵时间为72小时。
[0014] 优选的,所述从餐厨垃圾中提取固体有机物质,包括如下步骤:收集餐饮垃圾;分离塑料瓶盖及杂物;磁选,分离金属物;粉碎;湿热水解;油水和固体分离,得到固体分离物即为固体有机物质。

1.蝇蛆饲料的制备方法,其特征在于, 所述蝇蛆饲料,其色泽为浅黄色,其pH值为7.62,其含水量为78.7%,其干基由如下重量份组分组成: 31.9重量份粗蛋白, 6.91重量份粗脂肪, 9.5重量份粗纤维, 11.96重量份灰分, 2.07重量份钙, 1.34重量份磷; 所述蝇蛆饲料的制备方法包括如下步骤:从餐厨垃圾中提取固体有机物质;将固体有机物质发酵:加入占固体有机物质总重2%的枯草芽孢菌培养基料,料温控制在55°C,发酵时间为72小时,即得蝇蛆饲料; 所述从餐厨垃圾中提取固体有机物质,包括如下步骤:收集餐饮垃圾;分离塑料瓶盖及杂物;磁选,分离金属物;粉碎;湿热水解;油水和固体分离,得到固体分离物。
