本发明公开了一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,其各组份重量百分比为:气象二氧化硅0.8~5%;硅酸钠0.1~2%;无水硫酸钠1~2%;硫酸亚锡0.1~0.5%;羧甲基纤维素钠0.05~0.5%;三氧化二铋0.02~0.5%;磷酸0.2~3%;硫酸28~38%;其余为水。使用该种胶体电解液制作的铅钙内化成电池,它改善了铅钙内化成电池的初期容量衰减效应,减缓正极活性物质的软化脱落,提高电池的深循环使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液。
背景技术
自2013年底国家取消生产铅锑镉铅酸蓄电池以来,大多数铅酸蓄电池生产厂家由铅锑镉外化成向铅钙内化成电池转变,来顺应国家政策的要求。虽然铅钙电池克服了铅锑镉电池存在的板栅腐蚀快的问题,但同时也存在着初期(前50个循环)容量衰减快,寿命短,活性物质容易软化脱落的缺点,尤其是电池深放电,促使电池使用寿命急剧下降。因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决上述铅钙内化成电池初期(前50个循环)容量衰减,正极活性物质软化脱落,深循环寿命短的问题,本发明提供一种寿命长的铅钙内化成胶体电解液。
本发明采用的技术方案:
一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,其各组份重量百分比为:
气象二氧化硅0.8~5%;
硅酸钠0.1~2%;
无水硫酸钠1~2%;
硫酸亚锡0.1~0.5%;
羧甲基纤维素钠0.05~0.5%;
三氧化二铋0.02~0.5%;
磷酸0.2~3%;
硫酸28~38%;
其余为水。
本发明的有益效果是:使用该种胶体电解液制作的铅钙内化成电池,它改善了铅钙内化成电池的初期容量衰减效应,减缓正极活性物质的软化脱落,提高电池的深循环使用寿命。

下述实施例仅用于说明本发明,但并不能限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-6为一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液的实施例。
实施例1
一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,各组份重量百分比为:气象二氧化硅:1.5%,硅酸钠:0.5%,无水硫酸钠:1.5%,硫酸亚锡:0.1%,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC):0.08%,三氧化二铋:0.1%,磷酸:0.8%,硫酸:34%,其余为水。
实施例2
一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,各组份重量百分比为:气象二氧化硅:0.8%,硅酸钠:1.5%,无水硫酸钠:1.2%,硫酸亚锡:0.15%,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC):0.1%,三氧化二铋:0.2%,磷酸:0.8%,硫酸:34%,其余为水。
实施例3
一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,各组份重量百分比为:气象二氧化硅:3.5%,硅酸钠:1.3%,无水硫酸钠:1.8%,硫酸亚锡:0.2%,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC):0.05%,三氧化二铋:0.3%,磷酸:0.8%,硫酸:35.5%,其余为水。
实施例4
一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,其各组份重量百分比为:气象二氧化硅5%;硅酸钠0.1%;无水硫酸钠1%;硫酸亚锡0.5%;羧甲基纤维素钠0.5%;三氧化二铋0.02%;磷酸0.2%;硫酸28%;其余为水。
实施例5
一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,其各组份重量百分比为:气象二氧化硅4%;硅酸钠2%;无水硫酸钠2%;硫酸亚锡0.3%;羧甲基纤维素钠0.3%;三氧化二铋0.4%;磷酸1%;硫酸36%;其余为水。
实施例6
一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,其各组份重量百分比为:气象二氧化硅5%;硅酸钠1.8%;无水硫酸钠2%;硫酸亚锡0.1~0.5%;羧甲基纤维素钠0.4%;三氧化二铋0.5%;磷酸3%;硫酸38%;其余为水。
气相二氧化硅是一种比面积较大的颗粒状物质,与水融合后成为一种触变性极好的凝胶剂,可以有效的防止电解液的分层,利于电池充电后期的氧循环,降低电池的失水;硅酸钠是一种粘度较大的凝胶剂,与气象二氧化硅共同作用;
无水硫酸钠和硫酸亚锡,是强电解质,与硫酸铅有着同离子效应,抑制铅枝晶的生长,预防电池的枝晶短路,同时增加电解液的导电能力和提高电池的充电接受能力;
羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为凝胶促进剂和稳定剂,可使形成的胶体胶链结构在一定强度下保持稳定;
三氧化二铋可以吸附在活性物质的表面,并改善活性物质与板栅的接触,降低活性物质与板栅之间的阻抗,提高充电接受能力,消除极板的钝化,可以有效的改善铅钙电池的初期容量衰减的问题;
磷酸具有细化硫酸铅晶粒的作用,降低正极活性物质的软化脱落速度,提高电池的深循环使用寿命。
使用本发明胶体电解液制作的铅钙内化成电池,能有效的改善铅钙内化成电池的初期容量衰减效应,减缓正极活性物质的软化脱落,提高电池的深循环使用寿命。

1.一种铅钙内化成胶体电解液,其特征在于,其各组份重量百分比为:
气象二氧化硅0.8~5%;
硅酸钠0.1~2%;
无水硫酸钠1~2%;
硫酸亚锡0.1~0.5%;
羧甲基纤维素钠0.05~0.5%;
三氧化二铋0.02~0.5%;
磷酸0.2~3%;
硫酸28~38%;
其余为水。
