Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED灯散热结构,包括铝制的灯杯,灯杯口部与玻泡连接,灯杯口部内侧设有散热盖,灯杯底部通过连接件与灯头连接,所述散热盖包括盖体,盖体底部中心开有中心孔,盖体底部中轴线在中心孔两侧对称开设有两个侧孔,盖体口部设有一圈外翻边,所述外翻边沿周向均匀开设有散热孔,所述外翻边与玻泡之间设有上散热间隙,灯杯底部开口与连接件之间设有散热口,散热孔、散热口与灯杯内腔连通形成供空气流动的散热通道。本发明采用空气对流和金属吸热相结合的方式,确保热量排出,散热效果大大提高。

一种LED灯散热结构
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯。
背景技术
随着LED的发展,逐渐为人们所知晓。LED灯与普通灯比较有着寿命长、节能、环保等优势,被各大小企业所看重。但就其制作方成本高,导致其进入普通家庭的速度变慢。LED在使用过程中会发热,如不及时散去热量会对LED灯的使用寿命大大影响,所以LED灯的散热件通常是采用铝制的。如图1和图2所示,LED灯通常由玻泡5、灯杯1、连接件2、灯头3组成,其中灯杯口部设有散热盖4,散热盖4上设有发光电器元件42,通过连接件2将灯杯1与灯头3连接并固定,其主要的散热方式为在灯杯1外壁上设置的散热片10,而且灯杯目前常规工艺是采用压注的方式和机加工来制作的,即是把铝液态化后通过压注设备压注到模具形腔内成型的,采用这种方式来的弊端是制作成本高,生产效率低,而且散热效果也并不理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供了一种LED灯散热结构,简化结构,降低成本,提高散热效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种LED灯散热结构,包括铝制的灯杯,灯杯口部与玻泡连接,灯杯口部内侧设有散热盖,在散热盖上安装有发光电器元件,灯杯底部通过连接件与灯头连接,所述散热盖包括盖体,盖体底部中心开有中心孔,盖体底部中轴线在中心孔两侧对称开设有两个侧孔,盖体口部设有一圈外翻边,所述外翻边沿周向均匀开设有散热孔,所述外翻边与玻泡之间设有上散热间隙,灯杯底部开口与连接件之间设有散热口,散热孔、散热口与灯杯内腔连通形成供空气流动的散热通道。
优选的,所述连接件包括圆筒体,圆筒体底部设有一圈外凸环,外凸环与灯杯底面之间设有下散热间隙,所述外凸环下方设有螺纹部与灯头连接。
优选的,所述灯杯底部开口内侧设有一圈内凸环,所述内凸环沿周向设有垛口槽,垛口槽与连接件圆筒体外壁之间形成散热口,外凸环沿周向均匀设置有两个向上凸起的凸台卡入垛口槽。
优选的,所述圆筒体沿周向均布有两根中空圆柱,中空圆柱与周向相邻的凸台间隔90度,中空圆柱竖直设置,中空圆柱底端延伸至外凸环,顶端突出于圆筒体的口部并延伸至侧孔正下方,内凸环对应中空圆柱设有圆弧卡槽。
优选的,所述灯杯通过带状的铝带冲压形成圆台筒形结构。
本发明在散热盖上设置散热孔,在灯杯底部开口与连接件之间设有散热口,这样散热孔、散热口与灯杯内腔连通形成供空气流动的散热通道,另外,铝制的灯杯本身具有散热的效果,因而发明采用空气对流和金属吸热相结合的方式,确保热量排出,散热效果大大提高。而且该LED灯的灯杯通过带状的铝带冲压成型,连接件将灯杯与灯头连接并固定,制作方法简单,效率高,使LED灯的成本得到明显下降。

具体实施方式
如图3至图7所示,一种LED灯散热结构,包括铝制的灯杯1,灯杯口部与玻泡5连接,灯杯口部内侧设有散热盖4,在散热盖上安装有发光电器元件42,灯杯底部通过连接件2与灯头3连接,所述散热盖4包括盖体40,盖体底部中心开有中心孔401,盖体底部中轴线在中心孔两侧对称开设有两个侧孔402,导线从中心孔401穿过与发光电器元件42和灯头连接,盖体口部设有一圈外翻边41,所述外翻边沿周向均匀开设有散热孔411,所述外翻边41与玻泡5之间设有上散热间隙6,灯杯底部开口与连接件之间设有散热口,散热孔、散热口与灯杯内腔连通形成供空气流动的散热通道,散热孔411通过上散热间隙6将热量散热到空气中。
所述连接件2包括圆筒体20,圆筒体底部设有一圈外凸环21,所述外凸环下方设有螺纹部22与灯头3连接。外凸环与灯杯底面之间设有下散热间隙7,所述灯杯底部开口内侧设有一圈内凸环11,所述内凸环沿周向设有垛口槽112,垛口槽与连接件圆筒体外壁之间形成散热口,散热口通过下散热间隙7将热量散热到空气中。
外凸环沿周向均匀设置有两个向上凸起的凸台211卡入垛口槽实现灯杯与连接件2的定位。所述圆筒体沿周向均布有两根中空圆柱201,中空圆柱与周向相邻的凸台间隔90度,中空圆柱竖直设置,中空圆柱底端延伸至外凸环,顶端突出于圆筒体的口部并延伸至侧孔正下方,内凸环对应中空圆柱设有圆弧卡槽13。自攻螺丝穿过散热盖4的两个侧孔402旋入中空圆柱201内部实现散热盖4与连接件2的固定。
灯杯通过带状的铝带冲压形成圆台筒形结构,本发明是采用冲压方式来制作散热件。原材料为带状的铝带,通过冲压成特定的形状。一套散热件由灯杯和散热盖组成。在散热杯底部设有垛口槽,用于安装连接件和空气对流。散热杯的口部装有散热盖,在散热盖圆周翻边上设有有若干个散热孔用于散热。在散热盖上安装有发光电器元件,再通过盖上的2个孔把杯、盖、电器元件、连接件连接并固定。最后在盖上安装灯罩。这样一个完整的灯就完成了。此发明采用空气对流和金属吸热相结合的方式,确保热量排出。

Claims (3)

1.一种LED灯散热结构,包括铝制的灯杯(1),灯杯口部与玻泡(5)连接,灯杯口部内侧设有散热盖(4),在散热盖(4)上安装有发光电器元件(42),灯杯(1)底部通过连接件(2)与灯头(3)连接,其特征在于:所述散热盖(4)包括盖体(40),盖体(40)底部中心开有中心孔(401),盖体底部中轴线在中心孔两侧对称开设有两个侧孔(402),盖体口部设有一圈外翻边(41),所述外翻边(41)沿周向均匀开设有散热孔(411),所述外翻边(41)与玻泡(5)之间设有上散热间隙(6),灯杯底部开口与连接件(2)之间设有散热口,散热孔、散热口与灯杯内腔连通形成供空气流动的散热通道,所述连接件(2)包括圆筒体(20),圆筒体底部设有一圈外凸环(21),外凸环与灯杯底面之间设有下散热间隙(7),所述外凸环下方设有螺纹部(22)与灯头(3)连接,所述灯杯底部开口内侧设有一圈内凸环(11),所述内凸环沿周向设有垛口槽(112),垛口槽与连接件圆筒体外壁之间形成散热口,外凸环沿周向均匀设置有两个向上凸起的凸台(211)卡入垛口槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯散热结构,其特征在于:所述圆筒体沿周向均布有两根中空圆柱(201),中空圆柱与周向相邻的凸台间隔90度,中空圆柱竖直设置,中空圆柱底端延伸至外凸环,顶端突出于圆筒体的口部并延伸至侧孔正下方,内凸环对应中空圆柱设有圆弧卡槽(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的LED灯散热结构,其特征在于:所述灯杯通过带状的铝带冲压形成圆台筒形结构。
