Abstract

本发明涉及使用雾化吸入器吸入雾化的紫皮大蒜提取液的方法来治疗肺结核及呼吸道疾病。
背景技术
目前我国感染结核的人数是历史以来最多的,也是世界上最严重的重灾区之一了。据世界卫生组织统计,我国是全球22个结核病高发国家之一,同时也是全球27个耐多药结核病流行严重的国家之一,病人数居世界第二位。目前我国结核感染人数约5.5亿,也就是说,近一半的人是结核病带菌者,有着巨大数量的治疗需求。目前抗结核药物,国内常用的主要是这五个:异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、乙胺丁醇、链霉素。但这五个都是西药,且基本为口服片剂或胶囊。结核病菌具有易变异的特点,因此易使单一结构的化学药物很快失效产生耐药,即使一定时期不耐药,但该些药物长期口服后对肝脏和肾脏等器官的副作用越来越大,不堪忍受,停药后还容易反复;既伤身体又治愈不好。而本发明采用的原生态绿色植物提取液经雾化器雾化成超微颗粒通过吸入进行给药治疗,解决了目前常规口服西药治疗肺结核副作用大、出现耐药、疗效不佳,国内却全部使用该单一服药治疗模式存在的弊端和不足。
发明内容
本发明目的提供的是用雾化吸入方法通过呼吸道吸入雾化的“紫蒜液”(紫皮大蒜提取精液及其余组分)来治疗肺结核及呼吸道疾病。具体技术手段是紫皮大蒜提取精液经低温萃取、灭菌处理,通过雾化器雾化成直径在0.2um左右利于人体吸收的超微雾状物质,深呼吸充分均匀地粘附在肺泡和支气管内壁上,因雾化后直径细小、弥漫均匀而可深入直达病灶区灭菌,同时参加肺部血液微循环,随血液传输蒜液灭菌、抑菌活性成分“三硫二丙烯”来杀菌、抑菌并扩大作用区域范围。该种丙烯基多硫化物可诱导细胞凋亡,在体内环境下还原生成硫醇和高硫醇,在金属离子的催化下与单分子氧生成中间体活性氧( ROS) ,造成脂质体过氧化和蛋白破坏,起到杀菌、抑菌作用。
发明效果
这紫大蒜提取精液中主要的成分“三硫二丙烯 ( C6H10S3 )” 大蒜辣素在大蒜含的3种化合物中毒性最高,其剂量为 62 mg. kg- 1时, 即可引起小白鼠的死亡, 具有明显的药理活性和毒性,其大蒜辣素成分具有广谱抗菌、抗真菌和抗癌作用,通过吸收这些超微小的紫大蒜提取液的有效活性成分到支气管和肺泡,可以直接杀灭、抑制呼吸系统内表面黏膜上的病毒,而呼吸系统疾病首先症状表现又正好是在这些黏膜表面的病变上,因此症状得到缓解。此外,肺是血氧代谢的脏器,它的血液微循环极为丰富,雾化吸入的药液较易被表面黏膜吸收后进入血液,加入微循环,即使使用的药物浓度不能全部或立即杀灭病毒,但只要在肺部局部血液微循环区域内抑制并降低一部分病毒的活性和毒性,就可有利于血液内的免疫系统更容易地将该局部区域的这部分病毒杀灭和吞噬,从而有利于全身建立对病毒的识别和免疫。这样缩短对新染病毒的免疫过程的时间,也就是缩短了病程,对于因病毒感染后长期不能治愈的慢性疾病,只要这些致病病毒能够随血液循环至肺部微循环的局部区域,由于这些病毒的一部分受到抑制,就有可能重新激活血液内的免疫细胞对这些病毒的杀灭能力,形成免疫力,实现治疗。
用新鲜优质的紫皮大蒜经新工艺萃取提炼的天然提取液加入雾化器进行雾化吸入疗法与上述西药相比没有西药的任何毒、副作用,对身体脏器是有益而无害,使用后还具有开窍通慧的作用。等于使用绿色纯天然的抗菌素在进行杀菌、抑菌作用。
经多次实验使用证实和临床试用证明:用压缩泵的雾化器进行雾化吸入,每次用紫大蒜液5ml,为最佳使用剂量,通过压缩泵,可以增加药物的沉积率加上紫大蒜提取液浓度较高,可以较好的渗透进入毛细血管、肺泡、支气管的血液微循环,以增加疗效。
具体实施方式
取优质紫皮大蒜250克,准备提取成紫蒜原液,按料液比1:4的比例加入高品质食用乙醇作助溶剂,搅拌、混匀、静置过夜,加入活性炭,微孔滤膜过滤,测定该液PH值,如超过7,则加入10%浓度的HCL调PH值至5~6之间,加入约0.3‰的亚硫酸氢钠(抗氧剂,增加大蒜辣素化学成分的稳定性),并加入渗透压相当于2.5%浓度的氯化钠6.5克,(加入氯化钠对人体组织形成高的渗透压,利于呼吸道组织、器官、毛细血管、肺泡等充分吸入紫大蒜提取液活性有效成分,并保证了该液活性成分在呼吸道停留的时间);并加入注射用蒸馏水配制成当量的紫大蒜液,微孔滤膜过滤,灭菌,封装成多个5ml的西林瓶中。
这紫皮大蒜液的药物组方:紫皮大蒜定量、75%食用乙醇配量、0.3‰亚硫酸氢钠微量、2.5%氯化钠适量、蒸馏水配制当量。
具体治疗方法(本紫蒜液雾化吸入的具体用药和方法)
取一西林瓶5ml的紫蒜液(h)(可用一次性无菌针筒抽取瓶内紫蒜液)加入到雾化器的雾化杯中,旋紧雾化杯,接上导管,导管另一端接上雾化器的压缩泵喷气口,戴上成人版的口鼻吸气罩子,打开雾化器电源开关即可吸入雾化的紫蒜液,通过呼吸道进入支气管、肺泡等部位组织进行雾化治疗。
按照雾化量为0.2ml/min, 根据本紫蒜液制液浓度而标配的体积量为5ml/瓶,每次吸入治疗用时在25分钟左右,每日1或2次(早、晚);根据感染者症状轻重确定疗程:疗程分1个月, 2个月,3个月不等,6个月为终结疗程。

Claims (5)
1.一种具药用价值的植物提取液,萃取自具有广谱抗菌作用被誉为“天然抗生素”的植物”紫皮大蒜”,其特征在于发明者经非高温新工艺萃取其精华浓缩原液的制备方法。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫皮大蒜提取液,其特征在于本产品“紫蒜液”独创的药物组方:其中特征包括加入了0.3‰亚硫酸氢钠(起抗氧剂作用,增加大蒜辣素化学成分的稳定性)使得该紫蒜液特征是能充分保持其有效成分的活性、活性抗菌成分“三硫二丙烯 ( C6H10S3 )的稳定存在”;并且还有特征是:在于在该紫蒜液中加入了适当浓度的NACL增加了该药液的渗透压,由此紫蒜液中有效活性抗菌成分大蒜辣素能通过呼吸吸入到达肺部更好地渗透进入丰富的肺泡毛细血管血液微循环区,随血液循环扩大灭菌、抑菌范围,增加了血液中的药液有效成分的浓度及半衰期长度。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的该紫蒜液使用方法的特征在于通过含压缩泵的雾化器雾化成直径在0.2um左右利于人体呼吸器官组织微循环吸收的超微雾状物质。
4.一种新工艺、新组方的植物提取液联合雾化仪器治疗肺结核的方法,其特征是:取本“紫蒜液”一支西林瓶5ml,每次吸入治疗用时在25分钟左右,每日1或2次(早、晚),连续使用一个月为一个疗程。
5.根据权利要求4所述的本方法可应用治疗范围:肺科、呼吸科,可应用它治疗的疾病是肺结核、肺炎、支气管炎、哮喘、流感、咽喉炎、鼻炎、鼻窦炎等呼吸道相关疾病,是很好的天然药物、很好的方法和手段。
