一种磁环,特别是一种抗干扰磁环。
背景技术
抗干扰磁环通常设置在电子设备数据线的输出或输入端附近,主要用于抑制线缆上的传导干扰,防止电子设备辐射和泄漏的电磁波干扰其他电子设备正常工作,导致设备功能紊乱、传输错误、还威胁着人类的健康与安全,传统的抗干扰磁环,线材和磁环安装在壳体内的程序复杂,生产效率降低,且当内部零件出现故障时,部件拆解麻烦,无法再次循环利用,造成资源的浪费,现有技术还未解决这样的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种方便拼接和拆除,且能将内部线材和磁环运作过程中产生的热量高效的散出,减慢零件的老化速度,增加使用寿命,从而减少成本。 
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
散热抗干扰磁环,包括:包裹线材的磁环,容纳磁环的半封闭外壳,封闭半封闭外壳的壳盖,半封闭外壳设有让线材通过的间隙,置于磁环内的气球,连接于气球并固定于半封闭壳体外的吹气球。
前述的散热抗干扰磁环,气球为橡胶气球,吹气球为橡胶吹气球。
前述的散热抗干扰磁环,壳盖上设有供线材通过的第一通孔。
前述的散热抗干扰磁环,半封闭外壳底设有供线材通过并连通于间隙的第二通孔。
前述的散热抗干扰磁环,第一通孔、第二通孔内壁设有防滑圈。
前述的散热抗干扰磁环,防滑圈为橡胶圈。
前述的散热抗干扰磁环,壳盖和半封闭外壳之间设有卡接件。
前述的散热抗干扰磁环,卡接件为卡扣。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明提供一种方便拼接和拆除,且能将内部线材和磁环运作过程中产生的热量高效的散出,减慢零件的老化速度,增加使用寿命,从而减少成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
散热抗干扰磁环2,包括:包裹线材1的磁环2,容纳磁环2的半封闭外壳3,封闭半封闭外壳3的壳盖4,半封闭外壳3设有让线材1通过的间隙301,置于磁环2内的气球7,连接于气球7并固定于半封闭壳体外的吹气球8;作为一种优选,气球7为橡胶气球,吹气球8为橡胶吹气球8。挤压吹气球8,将吹气球8内的气鼓进气球7,气球7鼓起,壳体内的剩余空间变小,壳体内的热气被排出,放开吹气球8,气体回到吹气球8内,气球7变小,壳体内气压变小,外界冷空气进入壳体内,反复挤压、释放吹气球8从而实现冷热气的交换,降低线材1和磁环2的老化速度。
壳盖4上设有供线材1通过的第一通孔401;半封闭外壳3底设有供线材1通过并连通于间隙301的第二通孔。
为了限制住线材1的移动,第一通孔401、第二通孔内壁设有防滑圈5;作为一种优选,防滑圈5为橡胶圈。
为了可以轻松打开壳盖4和关闭壳盖4,壳盖4和半封闭外壳3之间设有卡接件,作为一种优选,卡接件为卡扣6。
先将线材1置于磁环2内,将一端露出磁环2外的线材1通过间隙301放入半封闭外壳3内,因为第二通孔连通于间隙301,所以通过间隙301可以将线材1放入第二通孔内,防滑圈5限位住线材1,另一端露出磁环2外的线材1穿过第一通孔401,并将壳盖4通过卡扣6封闭半封闭外壳3上即可完成拼装。
本发明提供一种方便拼接和拆除,且能将内部线材1和磁环2运作过程中产生的热量高效的散出,减慢零件的老化速度,增加使用寿命,从而减少成本。

1.散热抗干扰磁环,其特征在于,包括:包裹线材的磁环,容纳上述磁环的半封闭外壳,封闭上述半封闭外壳的壳盖,上述半封闭外壳设有让线材通过的间隙,置于上述磁环内的气球,连接于上述气球并固定于上述半封闭壳体外的吹气球。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热抗干扰磁环,其特征在于,上述气球为橡胶气球,吹气球为橡胶吹气球。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热抗干扰磁环,其特征在于,上述壳盖上设有供线材通过的第一通孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的散热抗干扰磁环,其特征在于,上述半封闭外壳底设有供线材通过并连通于上述间隙的第二通孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的散热抗干扰磁环,其特征在于,上述第一通孔、第二通孔内壁设有防滑圈。
6.根据权利要求5所述的散热抗干扰磁环,其特征在于,上述防滑圈为橡胶圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的散热抗干扰磁环,其特征在于,上述壳盖和半封闭外壳之间设有卡接件。
