Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂覆型FPC结构太阳电池背板,所述的太阳电池背板为FPC结构,所述的FPC结构中间为PET薄膜层,PET薄膜层上表面为第一底涂层,下表面为第二底涂层,第一底涂层上面设有与空气接触的外层四氟涂料层,第二底涂层下表面为与组件封装胶膜相粘的内层四氟涂料层。本发明不仅仅能满足户外恶劣气候条件下的使用要求,而且使用寿命长,背板性能保持率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳电池背板,具体涉及一种涂覆型FPC结构太阳电池背板。
背景技术
光伏:(PV or photovoltaic)指的是太阳能光伏发电。太阳电池背板:应用于太阳能电池(光伏)组件,位于太阳能电池板的背面,对电池片起保护和支撑作用,具有可靠的绝缘性、阻水性、 耐老化性。目前太阳能电池背板主要有涂覆型和复合型背板,涂覆型太阳电池背板主流工艺是在PET 基材表面涂覆含氟树脂。复合型背板是在PET 基材两面复合含氟材料薄膜的结构,目前复合型背板被现在绝大多数厂家采用。现在国内外背板制造商均采用聚氨酯类的胶黏剂,复合工艺是通过涂布复合机械,以复合胶黏剂的为粘接材料,将PET 和氟膜等材料复合在一起。复合型背板属较为成熟的背板类型,具有技术成熟、耐老化性好的特点,但其成本(价格)高、主要原材料受限(进口)。相比而言涂覆型具有一定价格优势,但其耐候性达不到户外气候恶劣地区太阳能电池(光伏)组件的使用要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种可回收,并且具有优异的耐侯性和耐溶剂腐蚀性的涂覆型FPC结构太阳电池背板。
技术方案:为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种涂覆型FPC结构太阳电池背板,所述的太阳电池背板为FPC结构,所述的FPC结构中间为PET薄膜层,PET薄膜层上表面为第一底涂层,下表面为第二底涂层,第一底涂层上面设有与空气接触的外层四氟涂料层,第二底涂层下表面为与组件封装胶膜相粘的内层四氟涂料层。
作为优选,所述的第一底涂层和第二底涂层经表面接枝处理。
有益效果:与现有的技术相比,本发明具有专用FPC结构,基于基础层PET薄膜,两面添加专用优异阻水、耐紫外(UV)性能的底涂,在底涂基础上经独特表面接枝处理,与专有配置的可回收型四氟涂料粘结,形成5层专有FPC结构涂覆型背板,40年后可回收,具有优异的耐侯性和耐溶剂腐蚀性;具备优异阻水、耐紫外(UV)性能的底涂,户外极端条件下使用25年实际使用40年底涂粘结力下降小于20%且不色变,而且综合成本比现有涂覆型背板低10%-15%,较现有主流复合型背板价格低30%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细阐述。
一种涂覆型FPC结构太阳电池背板,太阳电池背板为FPC结构,中间为PET薄膜层1,PET薄膜层上表面为第一底涂层21,下表面为第二底涂层22,第一底涂层21上面设有与空气接触的外层四氟涂料层3,第二底涂层22下表面为与组件封装胶膜相粘的内层四氟涂料层4。本发明对阻燃性聚酯(PET)薄膜的表面进行特殊处理,使其具有优越的抗电击穿性能和表面亲和性,并且在底涂基础上经独特表面接枝处理,与专用配置的可回收型四氟涂料粘接,形成五层FPC结构涂覆型背板,其中四氟涂料是对聚乙烯四氟涂料的一种改性。本发明不仅仅能满足户外恶劣气候条件下的使用要求,而且使用寿命长,背板性能保持率低。

1. 一种涂覆型FPC结构太阳电池背板,其特征在于:所述的太阳电池背板为FPC结构,所述的FPC结构中间为PET薄膜层(1),PET薄膜层上表面为第一底涂层(21),下表面为第二底涂层(22),第一底底涂层(21)上面设有与空气接触的外层四氟涂料层(3),第二底涂层(22)下表面为与组件封装胶膜相粘的内层四氟涂料层(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂覆型FPC结构太阳电池背板,其特征在于:所述的第一底涂层(21)和第二底涂层(22)经表面接枝处理。
