本发明公开了一种T/R模块结构,包括至少一个第一T/R模块,所述至少一个第一T/R模块两侧对称且依次设有至少一个T/R模块,第一T/R模块及其每一侧设置的T/R模块尺寸依次减小预定值,所有T/R模块组成的结构件两端呈阶梯状结构,还包括具有中空腔体的卡件,所述中空腔体具有与所述所有T/R模块组成的结构件适配卡紧的阶梯结构。本发明在将多种规格形式的T/R模块随意组合成各种形状、尺寸的天线阵面时可很好的固定多个T/R模块组合。

T/R模块结构
技术领域
本发明涉及有源相控阵雷达领域,特别涉及一种有源相控阵雷达T/R模块结构。
背景技术
自20世纪30年代雷达问世以来,雷达技术在第二次世界大战中获得了高速发展,90年代以后,有源相控阵雷达已成为雷达发展中的主流。每部有源相控阵雷达中,包含多个数量的T/R组件,它既完成接收任务又完成发射任务,还对天线进行相位扫描。每一个T/R组件就相当于一个普通雷达的高频头,既包含有发射功率放大器,又有低噪声放大器、移相器及波束控制电路等功能电路。作为有源相控阵雷达核心部件之一的T/R组件,随着现代科技对有源相控阵雷达的要求越来越高,因此对T/R组件的各个性能也提出了更高的要求,T/R组件要求集成度高、一致性好、体积小、重量轻,能适应不同的工作平台和环境。
如附图1所示,本发明人设计的T/R模块包括用于安装电路及功能模块的壳体1,壳体1内部焊有能够将模块内热量快速导出的热管2,壳体1由正反两面相互对称的金属结构板3组成,结构板3的表面布置有LTCC模块31、波控子板32、高频基板等功能模板,壳体1内部为用来容纳电子元器件以及双探针波导34的中空腔体。为了根据有源相控阵天线阵面布局要求对T/R模块进行扩展,发明人将多种规格形式的T/R模块随意组合成各种形状、尺寸的天线阵面,但在组合时如何对本发明的多个不同尺寸的T/R模块组合结构进行固定,现有技术中并未给出解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,提供一种T/R模块结构,使得将多种规格形式的T/R模块随意组合成各种形状、尺寸的天线阵面时可对多个不同尺寸的T/R模块组合结构进行良好的固定。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种T/R模块结构,包括至少一个第一T/R模块,所述至少一个第一T/R模块两侧对称且依次设有至少一个T/R模块,第一T/R模块及其每一侧设置的T/R模块尺寸依次减小预定值,所有T/R模块组成的结构件两端呈阶梯状结构;还包括具有中空腔体的卡件,所述中空腔体具有与所述所有T/R模块组成的结构件适配卡紧的阶梯结构。
在将多种规格形式的T/R模块随意组合成各种形状、尺寸的天线阵面时,所有T/R模块组成的结构件两端都会呈阶梯状结构,本发明采用具有中空腔体的卡件,该中空腔体具有与所述所有T/R模块组成的结构件适配卡紧的阶梯结构,利用该卡件很好的固定多个T/R模块。
优选的,所述卡件为圆柱形卡件,内部开设有中空腔体。
优选的,所述圆柱形卡件由对称的两个半圆柱形构成。安装固定时两部分可拆卸再连接,使得安装更加方便。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果
本发明采用具有中空腔体的卡件,该中空腔体具有与所述所有T/R模块组成的结构件适配卡紧的阶梯结构,在将多种规格形式的T/R模块随意组合成各种形状、尺寸的天线阵面时,所有T/R模块组成的结构件两端都会呈阶梯状结构,利用该卡件很好的固定多个T/R模块组合结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
如图2所示的T/R模块结构,包括至少一个第一T/R模块1,本实施例中以10个第一T/R模块1为例,10个第一T/R模块1尺寸结构相同,其两侧分别对称且依次紧密贴合设有至少一个T/R模块1,为方便描述,本实施例中每侧以4个T/R模块1为例说明,其中每两个为一组且尺寸结构相同,10个第一T/R模块1及其每一侧设置的两组T/R模块1尺寸依次减小预定值,即可根据不同设计需要选择不同规格尺寸T/R模块1进行组合,所有T/R模块1组成的结构件两端呈阶梯状结构,还包括具有中空腔体41的卡件4,参见图3,所述中空腔体41具有与所述所有T/R模块1组成的结构件适配卡紧的阶梯结构。
在将多种规格形式的T/R模块随意组合成本发明的形状、尺寸的天线阵面时,所有T/R模块组成的结构件两端都会呈阶梯状结构,本发明采用具有中空腔体的卡件,该中空腔体具有与所述所有T/R模块组成的结构件适配卡紧的阶梯结构,利用该卡件很好的固定多个T/R模块。T/R模块的自由组合方式,可以满足多种口径天线的阵面布局需要,有利于批量生产。
在本发明的优选方案中,所述卡件4为圆柱形卡件,内部开设有中空腔体41,所述圆柱形卡件4由对称的两个半圆柱形构成。安装固定时两部分可拆卸再连接,使得安装模块更加方便。
上面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了详细说明,但本发明并不限制于上述实施方式,在不脱离本申请的权利要求的精神和范围情况下,本领域的技术人员可以作出各种修改或改型。

Claims (3)

1.一种T/R模块结构,其特征在于,包括至少一个第一T/R模块,所述至少一个第一T/R模块两侧对称且依次设有至少一个T/R模块,第一T/R模块及其每一侧设置的T/R模块尺寸依次减小预定值,所有T/R模块组成的结构件两端呈阶梯状结构,还包括具有中空腔体的卡件,所述中空腔体具有与所述所有T/R模块组成的结构件适配卡紧的阶梯结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的T/R模块结构,其特征在于,所述卡件为圆柱形卡件,内部开设有中空腔体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的T/R模块结构,其特征在于,所述圆柱形卡件由对称的两个半圆柱形构成。
