背景技术
现有铝合金型材用料薄、强度差、形状不适合安装新型发泡铝板材。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种专用于安装双凸台闭孔发泡铝成型板的铝合金型材，涉及所有双耳发泡铝板专用固定型材，其包括：1.型材架体、2.双耳凹形槽、3.双凸台闭孔发泡铝成型板。
所述型材架体就是用铝合金棒挤压出来的铝合金型材架体。
所述双耳凹形槽是指在型材架体两侧内壁开有一条凹形的长槽（通过磨具挤压与型材架体一次成型）。
所述双凸台闭孔发泡铝成型板是由DCS连续发泡铝自动生产线生产的专用发泡铝板。
