Abstract

活动砖房的外观及其使用功能近似传统的砖混结构房屋,除具有保温隔热阻燃防水隔音安防等功能外,还可根据使用者不同时间段的不同需要自由变更使用地点和样式,在承重墙不变的情形下亦可自由变换室内的非承重隔断墙的位置,因而从根本上改变了建筑物和建材的不可逆性,变不动产为可动产。通过工厂化标准化集约化批量化生产各种建材单元构件,便于降低生产和施工成本提升工程质量,并为现场施工节省大量的建筑辅料。在当今城市化进程加速发展的时代,使用活动砖房可以节省大量的人力物力资源,延长建材的使用寿命,使国民的主要财富得以保值,避免土地增值间接导致被拆迁物件贬值,改变了部分建材的一次性使用属性,为减少建筑垃圾做贡献。

一,技术领域:活动房屋 
二,背景技术:现在的活动房屋多数是活动板房,它以轻钢为骨架,以夹心板为围护材料,以标准模数系列进行空间组合,构件采用螺栓连接。优点是成本低,拆装方便快捷。缺点是使用寿命短,外观与普通房屋差异大,墙体承重有限,保温隔热隔音,防火防水防腐防盗性能差,不宜在房屋内设置厨房卫生间柜橱和楼梯等。 
三,发明内容:干式组装活动砖体房,承重墙使用特制的混凝土空心砖和专用的金属连接件及钢制构件。砖块用镁水泥钢纤维细石混凝土成型,抗压强度高,具有阻裂抗拉抗弯抗剪抗冻抗渗耐久等优良的性能,可根据墙体承受荷载的大小作用高度长度及使用要求等因素统筹确定水泥种类标号,沙石配比,钢纤维比例及配筋等。单块砖体量轻组砌形式简单,不用熟练工人和大型机械即可施工。金属连接件和钢构散件种类少安装拆解简单快捷,可大幅度降低施工成本,缩短工期。冬季雨季均可照常施工,既不污染环境,又不产生噪音,还可节省建筑辅料,便于掌控工程质量,可用于灾区临时住宅,建筑工地用房,仓库营房,防洪防灾设施,各类市场店铺,临时围墙,牧区定居点,旅游景点别墅等。

五,具体实施方式:基础部分使用基础专用空心砖(图9),砖高就是台阶高,通过改变排砖方向和排数使每级台阶向中间收进二百五十毫米,上下层错缝排列循环变化,砖孔朝向相邻的砖块或墙内方向,最高层台阶上全部采用顺砌法(条砌法)错缝排铺基础墙砖(图1),两皮间竖缝搭接1/2砖长,砖块空心里全部填入空心插件(图11)。组装地上墙体时使用横向连接件(图12)和竖向连接件(图13),砖面竖孔中插入两节竖向连接件后套上横向连接件,上皮砖面朝下砖孔对准竖向连接件放下即可。墙角处丁字交接处十字交接处和门窗口处的砖块空心中填入空心插件(图11)和横向竖向连接件(图12图13)丁字接头处使用七分头活动砖和空心插件(图10),横向连接件螺栓伸出墙体时可以连接轻钢结构梁架,割断墙,门窗框,内外墙装饰保温材料,水电气管件,空调器热水器,窗户护栏屋檐楼梯阳台等。钢构安装时先在墙体上固定一对三角形连接件(图19),然后安装上下槽钢(图14图15),用两组螺栓螺母分别从槽钢两侧固定横梁角钢(图18)安装连梁槽钢(图16)时只需松开横梁的螺母待放好后拧紧即可(图23),最后扣上方踏板(图21)和长方踏板(图22),踏板上面铺1M*2M胶合板,外墙用合成材料勾缝做防水处理。 

Claims (3)

1.活动砖型设计:空心式砖块(图1)设计不仅使砖块体量轻适合人力搬抬,还与一般空心砖方形空心不同,设计出圆形空心和空心插件(图11),并通过在混凝土中掺入适量的钢纤维或其它合成纤维和配筋,使用细石和镁水泥等提高砖块的抗压抗拉强度和墙体整体的抗剪性能。砖块中间上下凸出的菱角设计填补了因倒角形成的横向三角缺口,阻挡砖块上下错位。倒角设计不仅为美观和护角,还便于外墙沟缝和搬运及拉出螺栓。半圆形凹槽设计不仅可使横向连接件随意伸缩,还能起到防止上下两皮间砖块相互错位的作用。基础用活动砖块(图9)的上下圆形凹凸面和长宽比例设计,不用任何连接件就让单一规格的砖块满足整体基础构筑及基础与基础墙接合的需要。半截砖(图2)设计用于门窗两侧等位置,七分头砖块(图3)主要用于丁字十字接头和门窗过梁两边及山墙挑檐等处。 
2.连接构件设计:连接构件采用传统的榫卯结构设计使竖向连接件(图13)之间的连接和与横向连接件(图12)的连接简单可靠,只有两个部件,无需使用任何工具,在砖孔和凹槽处摆放好连接件后将砖面朝下砖孔对准竖向连接件放下即可(图10),横向连接件缩进墙体时便能锁定上下砖块,伸出墙体时既可竖向锁定砖块又能横向连接其它构件。三角形连接件(图19)连接墙体和钢构,即可配对用也可单独用(图23)。 
3.梁架踏板设计:钢构设计由定制的高强度异型槽钢和不等边角钢(图14-图18)标准件组装而成,单件体量轻种类少,拆装方便快捷。不同跨度的梁架(砖长的整倍数)选用不同长度的槽钢和角钢,上槽钢(图14图16图17)的开口朝上组装形成的网格状沟槽便于踏板砖(图21图22)的铺装,下槽钢(图15)的开口朝下便于安装天花板。踏板设计简单拆装方便快捷。
