本发明用于能源化工领域,适用于生产二甲醚。
技术背景
国内外现有的二甲醚生产方法主要是间接合成也称二步法,俗称甲醇法,即先由合成气合成甲醇,甲醇在固体催化剂下脱水制成二甲醚。本发明一步法合成二甲醚即合成气在同一反应器中,在复合催化剂的作用下同时进行甲醇合成和甲醇脱水反应,直接生成二甲醚。一步法合成二甲醚流程简单,运行费用低,一次转化率高。
发明内容
本发明的二甲醚一步法加工工艺目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种全新的合成二甲醚的加工工艺。合成二甲醚流程简单,运行费用低,一次转化率高。
本发明合成二甲醚的加工工艺,其特征在于:反应优势,合成甲醇反应和甲醇脱水反应在一个反应器中完成,反应平衡常数大,反应生成的甲醇立即进行脱水反应生成二甲醚,克服了合成甲醇反应转化率低的弱点。合成气中CO单程转化率高,达到40.0%-75.0%。
本发明的二甲醚一步法加工工艺具体操作方法为:以合成气CO+H2为原料注入一个二甲醚反应器中,在复合催化剂作用下,合成气CO+H2以鼓泡形式通过,呈气、液、固三相流化床,即生成二甲醚。其反应式为:2CO+4H2=2CH3OH
CO+H2O=CO2+H2
2CH3OH=CH3OCH3+H2O
总反应式:3CO+2H2=H3COCH3+CO2
反应压力2.0~10.0mpa,温度230~290c。
具体实施例
实施例
将合成气的CO和H2的按1∶1的比例配成,注入二甲醚反应器中,在复合催化剂作用下,合成气CO+H2以鼓泡形式通过,呈气、液、固三相流化床。在反应压力2.0~10.0mpa,温度230~290c的环境下。经反应生成二甲醚。经过以下反应式:2CO+4H2=2CH3OH
CO+H2O=CO2+H2
2CH3OH=CH3OCH3+H2O
总反应式:3CO+2H2=H3COCH3+CO2
本发明一步法合成二甲醚的加工工艺,流程简单,运行费用低,一次转化率高,值得应用推广。

1.本发明为二甲醚的生成流程,其特征在于:反应优势,合成甲醇反应和甲醇脱水反应在一个反应器中完成,反应平衡常数大,反应生成的甲醇立即进行脱水反应生成二甲醚,克服了合成甲醇反应转化率低的弱点。合成气中CO单程转化率高,达到40.0%-75.0%。
