本发明公开了一种耐磨式管道旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管、外套管、密封填料和接管;外套管内孔中部内壁上设有内凸环;旋转内管右端外壁设有外凸环;旋转内管外凸环的左端面设有轴向截面为圆弧面的圆弧形凸环;外套管内凸环右侧端面上设有轴向截面为圆弧面的环形凹槽;旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环嵌入外套管内凸环右侧端面上的环形凹槽内;密封填料中间设有隔套;隔套与外套管内孔、旋转内管外壁间隙配合;进一步改进在于:旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环表面圆弧半径不大于外套管内凸环右侧端面环形凹槽表面圆弧半径;旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环表面设有耐磨防腐层。本发明转动灵活,旋转稳定性好,耐磨性好,耐腐蚀性能高,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道补偿器,尤其涉及一种旋转补偿器。
背景技术
目前常用的旋转补偿器,旋转部件之间的配合间隙较大,内外导重合部分短,旋转时稳定性差,受管道推力作用,内外管相对旋转的稳定性差,易产生不同轴偏心偏转,从而增加了旋转阻力,降低了旋转补偿的灵活性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种转动灵活,旋转稳定性好的耐磨式管道旋转补偿器。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐磨式管道旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管、外套管、密封填料和接管;所述外套管内孔中部内壁上设有内凸环;所述旋转内管右端外壁设有外凸环;所述外套管从左向右套装在旋转内管外壁上;所述外套管内壁内凸环与旋转内管右端外壁外凸环接触配合;所述接管固定连接在外套管右端;所述密封填料塞装在外套管内凸环左侧端面、外套管内壁、旋转内管外壁所形成的密封腔内;其改进之处在于:所述旋转内管外凸环的左端面设有轴向截面为圆弧面的圆弧形凸环;所述外套管内凸环右侧端面上设有轴向截面为圆弧面的环形凹槽;所述旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环嵌入相同径向位置的外套管内凸环右侧端面上的环形凹槽内;所述密封填料中间设有隔套;所述隔套与外套管内孔、旋转内管外壁间隙配合。
上述结构中,所述旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环表面圆弧半径不大于外套管内凸环右侧端面环形凹槽表面圆弧半径。
上述结构中,所述旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环表面设有耐磨防腐层。
上述结构中,所述耐磨防腐层的厚度为0.2~ 1.0mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环嵌入外套管内凸环右侧端面上的环形凹槽内,这样旋转内管、外套管相对旋转时,由于同轴度好,使得旋转平衡;密封填料中间设有隔套,增加了旋转内管、外套管套合的重合度,直接改善相对旋转的稳定性;旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环与外套管内凸环右侧端面上的环形凹槽呈线接触,能够承受较大的转动力矩,转动灵活。
2.旋转内管外凸环的圆弧形凸环表面设有耐磨防腐层,不仅可显著提高旋转补偿器的耐磨性能,而且使旋转补偿器具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,显著提高旋转补偿器使用寿命。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示耐磨式管道旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管1、外套管2、隔套3、密封填料4和接管5;外套管2内孔中部内壁上设有内凸环;旋转内管1右端外壁设有外凸环;外套管2从左向右套装在旋转内管1外壁上;接管5固定连接在外套管2右端;密封填料4塞装在外套管2内凸环左侧端面、外套管2内壁、旋转内管1外壁所形成的密封腔内;旋转内管1外凸环的左端面设有轴向截面为圆弧面的圆弧形凸环1.1;外套管2内凸环右侧端面上设有轴向截面为圆弧面的环形凹槽2.1;旋转内管1外凸环的圆弧形凸环1.1嵌入相同径向位置的外套管2内凸环右侧端面上的环形凹槽2.1内;旋转内管1外凸环的圆弧形凸环1.1表面圆弧半径不大于外套管2内凸环右侧端面环形凹槽2.1表面圆弧半径。
隔套3设置在密封填料4中间,与外套管2内孔、旋转内管1外壁间隙配合。
旋转内管1外凸环的圆弧形凸环1.1表面设有耐磨防腐层1.1.1,耐磨防腐层1.1.1的厚度为0.2~ 1.0mm,本实施例中,耐磨防腐层1.1.1的厚度为0.4mm。

1.一种耐磨式管道旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管(1)、外套管(2)、密封填料(4)和接管(5);所述外套管(2)内孔中部内壁上设有内凸环;所述旋转内管(1)右端外壁设有外凸环;所述外套管(2)从左向右套装在旋转内管(1)外壁上;所述外套管(2)内壁内凸环与旋转内管(1)右端外壁外凸环接触配合;所述接管(5)固定连接在外套管(2)右端;所述密封填料(4)塞装在外套管(2)内凸环左侧端面、外套管(2)内壁、旋转内管(1)外壁所形成的密封腔内;其特征在于:所述旋转内管(1)外凸环的左端面设有轴向截面为圆弧面的圆弧形凸环(1.1);所述外套管(2)内凸环右侧端面上设有轴向截面为圆弧面的环形凹槽(2.1);所述旋转内管(1)外凸环的圆弧形凸环(1.1)嵌入相同径向位置的外套管(2)内凸环右侧端面上的环形凹槽(2.1)内;所述密封填料(4)中间设有隔套(3);所述隔套(3)与外套管(2)内孔、旋转内管(1)外壁间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的耐磨式管道旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述旋转内管(1)外凸环的圆弧形凸环(1.1)表面圆弧半径不大于外套管(2)内凸环右侧端面环形凹槽(2.1)表面圆弧半径。
3.根据权利要求书1或2所述的耐磨式管道旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述旋转内管(1)外凸环的圆弧形凸环(1.1)表面设有耐磨防腐层(1.1.1)。
4.根据权利要求书3所述的耐磨式管道旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述耐磨防腐层(1.1.1)的厚度为0.2~ 1.0mm。
