Abstract

本发明公开了一种自密封旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管、压盖、螺栓螺母组件、蝶簧组件、密封填料、外套管和接管;外套管与旋转内管之间设有两个密封腔;外套管、压盖与旋转内管之间分别设有第一、第二滚动支承;第一密封腔为大端朝向右端的圆锥孔和右端孔口的圆柱孔的组合式结构;第一密封腔右端圆柱孔内设有与圆柱孔间隙配合的压环;压盖左端端管通过蝶簧组件抵压压环,再由压环抵压密封填料,形成弹性自密封结构;进一步改进在于:旋转内管外凸环右端外壁上固定连接耐磨衬套;第一滚动支承、第二滚动支承均支承在耐磨衬套外壁上;第二密封腔内密封圈两侧设有金属减磨环。本发明始终保持较为紧密的密封配合状态,密封可靠性好,转动灵活。

自密封旋转补偿器
技术领域
本发明涉及管道补偿器,尤其涉及一种旋转补偿器。
背景技术
目前用于热力管网中的旋转补偿器,其结构通常是采用套管式,内外管之间设有密封填料腔,密封填料装进密封腔内,通过填料压盖压紧密封填料来实现密封,但是补偿器使用一段时期之后,随着密封填料的损耗,密封配合间隙增大,密封性能会大幅降低,导致密封失效,出现泄漏,影响管线正常运行。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种始终保持较为紧密的密封配合状态,密封可靠性好的自密封旋转补偿器。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
自密封旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管、压盖、螺栓螺母组件、密封填料、外套管和接管;所述旋转内管右端外壁设有外凸环;所述外套管内孔中部设有一内凸环;所述外套管从右向左套合在旋转内管上;所述接管固定连接在外套管左端;所述接管内壁上设有限制旋转内管轴向位移的限位块;所述压盖套装于旋转内管的右端外壁上;所述压盖法兰与外套管法兰通过螺栓螺母组件连接;所述压盖左端端管伸入外套管内凸环右端面、旋转内管外壁、外套管内孔所形成的第一密封腔内;所述第一密封腔内设有密封填料;所述旋转内管外凸环右端面、外套管内凸环左端面、旋转内管外壁、外套管内孔形成第二密封腔内;所述第二密封腔内设有密封圈;在所述压盖法兰右端面与螺栓螺母组件右端螺母之间设有蝶簧组件;所述外套管内凸环与旋转内管外壁之间设有由钢球构成的第一滚动支承;所述压盖内孔与旋转内管外壁之间设有由圆柱滚子构成的第二滚动支承;其改进之处在于:所述第一密封腔为大端朝向右端的圆锥孔和右端孔口的圆柱孔的组合式结构;所述第一密封腔右端圆柱孔内设有与圆柱孔间隙配合的压环;所述压盖左端端管通过蝶簧组件抵压压环,再由压环抵压密封填料,形成弹性自密封结构。
上述结构中,所述旋转内管外凸环右端外壁上固定连接耐磨衬套;所述外套管、压盖套装在耐磨衬套外壁上;所述第一滚动支承、第二滚动支承均支承在耐磨衬套外壁上。
上述结构中,所述第二密封腔内密封圈两侧设有金属减磨环。
上述结构中,所述金属减磨环为耐磨铜环。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.采用弹性自密封结构,第一密封腔内的密封填料始终保持较为紧密的密封配合状态,密封可靠性好;采用两道密封结构,进一步提高密封可靠性;第一密封腔内的密封填料塞装在大端朝向右端的圆锥孔中,在压紧过程中密封填料受到轴向作用力后产生径向挤压,使得密封填料与外套管内孔、旋转内管(或耐磨衬套)外壁紧密配合,提高密封可靠性,提高补偿器压紧能力。
2. 旋转内管与外套管、压盖之间通过滚动支承连接,显著提高转动的灵活性。
3. 旋转内管外凸环右端外壁上固定连接耐磨衬套,第一滚动支承、第二滚动支承均支承在耐磨衬套外壁上,减少旋转内管外壁的磨损,显著提高使用寿命。
4. 第二密封腔内密封圈两侧设有金属减磨环,旋转内管、外套管相对转动时,不会直接摩擦密封圈,既显著减少密封圈的损耗,又显著减小旋转阻力,增加转动灵活性。
    5. 金属减磨环为耐磨铜环,具有较好的耐磨性,进一步延长使用寿命。

附图所示自密封旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管1、耐磨衬套2、压盖4、螺栓螺母组件5、密封填料8、外套管9和接管13;旋转内管1右端外壁设有外凸环1.1;旋转内管1外凸环1.1右端外壁上固定连接耐磨衬套2;外套管9内孔中部设有一内凸环9.1;外套管9从右向左套合在旋转内管1上;接管13固定连接在外套管9左端;接管13内壁上设有限制旋转内管1轴向位移的限位块14;压盖4套装于耐磨衬套2外壁上;压盖4法兰与外套管9法兰通过螺栓螺母组件5连接;压盖4左端端管伸入外套管9内凸环9.1右端面、耐磨衬套2、外套管9内孔所形成的第一密封腔内,本实施例中,第一密封腔为大端朝向右端的圆锥孔和右端孔口的圆柱孔的组合式结构;第一密封腔内设有密封填料8。
旋转内管1外凸环1.1右端面、外套管9内凸环9.1左端面、旋转内管1外壁、外套管9内孔形成第二密封腔内;第二密封腔内设有密封圈12、金属减磨环11,金属减磨环11设置在密封圈12的两侧;本实施例中,金属减磨环11为耐磨铜环。
外套管9内凸环9.1与耐磨衬套2外壁之间设有由钢球10构成的第一滚动支承;压盖4内孔与耐磨衬套2外壁之间设有由圆柱滚子3构成的第二滚动支承。
在压盖4法兰右端面与螺栓螺母组件5右端螺母之间设有蝶簧组件6;第一密封腔右端圆柱孔内设有与圆柱孔间隙配合的压环7;压盖4左端端管通过蝶簧组件6抵压压环7,再由压环7抵压密封填料8,形成弹性自密封结构。

1.一种自密封旋转补偿器,包括旋转内管(1)、压盖(4)、螺栓螺母组件(5)、密封填料(8)、外套管(9)和接管(13);所述旋转内管(1)右端外壁设有外凸环(1.1);所述外套管(9)内孔中部设有一内凸环(9.1);所述外套管(9)从右向左套合在旋转内管(1)上;所述接管(13)固定连接在外套管(9)左端;所述接管(13)内壁上设有限制旋转内管(1)轴向位移的限位块(14);所述压盖(4)套装于旋转内管(1)的右端外壁上;所述压盖(4)法兰与外套管(9)法兰通过螺栓螺母组件(5)连接;所述压盖(4)左端端管伸入外套管(9)内凸环(9.1)右端面、旋转内管(1)外壁、外套管(9)内孔所形成的第一密封腔内;所述第一密封腔内设有密封填料(8);所述旋转内管(1)外凸环(1.1)右端面、外套管(9)内凸环(9.1)左端面、旋转内管(1)外壁、外套管(9)内孔形成第二密封腔内;所述第二密封腔内设有密封圈(12);在所述压盖(4)法兰右端面与螺栓螺母组件(5)右端螺母之间设有蝶簧组件(6);所述外套管(9)内凸环(9.1)与旋转内管(1)外壁之间设有由钢球(10)构成的第一滚动支承;所述压盖(4)内孔与旋转内管(1)外壁之间设有由圆柱滚子(3)构成的第二滚动支承;其特征在于:所述第一密封腔为大端朝向右端的圆锥孔和右端孔口的圆柱孔的组合式结构;所述第一密封腔右端圆柱孔内设有与圆柱孔间隙配合的压环(7);所述压盖(4)左端端管通过蝶簧组件(6)抵压压环(7),再由压环(7)抵压密封填料(8),形成弹性自密封结构。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的自密封旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述旋转内管(1)外凸环(1.1)右端外壁上固定连接耐磨衬套(2);所述外套管(9)、压盖(4)套装在耐磨衬套(2)外壁上;所述第一滚动支承、第二滚动支承均支承在耐磨衬套(2)外壁上。
3.根据权利要求书1或2所述的自密封旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述第二密封腔内密封圈(12)两侧设有金属减磨环(11)。
4.根据权利要求书3所述的自密封旋转补偿器,其特征在于:所述金属减磨环(11)为耐磨铜环。
