本发明涉及金刚石生产电解技术领域,具体属于一种金刚石合成提纯快速电解液。
背景技术
触媒(镍75%锰25%钴5%)合成的金刚石棒料在电溶解时,Ni、Mn、Co分别以离子形式进入电解液。锰离子以氧化物的型式在阳极沉积或以单质锰沉淀在电解槽内,导致阳极导电性能下降,电流效率降低。为消除这些阳极(钛篮)上面的氧化锰,要消耗大量的人力去敲打,用硫酸等化工作。现有技术电解时间较长,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种金刚石合成提纯快速电解液,克服了现有技术的不足,配方设计合理,电解时间较短、金属产物比例高,降低电解成本。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种金刚石合成提纯快速电解液,所述的以盐酸体系为电解母液的电解液配方其中铁、镍、钴、锰、铜、铝组成重量百分比,为铁42%、镍49.46%、钴0.07%、锰0.02%、铜0.16%、铝0.3%,硅0.01%、镁0.01%余下为杂质。
