一种煤矿用阻燃耐火屏蔽控制电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:氯化聚乙烯55-75、聚氯乙烯15-25、聚全氟乙丙烯10-15、过氧化二叔丁基3-4、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯1-2、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5-2.5、环氧硬脂酸辛酯10-15、对苯二甲酸二辛酯8-12、三聚氰胺包覆聚磷酸铵5-10、三氧化二锑10-15、有机蒙脱土5-10、纳米重晶石15-20、乙炔炭黑20-30、氧化镁4-6、硬脂酸锌1-2、硬脂酸钙1-2、促进剂TETD2-3、防老剂RD1-2、防老剂TPPD0.5-1.5、复合填料3-6;
所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量份的原料:夕线石10-15、焦宝石5-10、球粘土4-8、固含量为40%的硅溶胶20-30、纳米碳化硼4-6、纳米刚玉粉3-5、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯1-2、单油酸三乙醇胺酯2-3、桉叶油3-5、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯4-8、火山灰2-4;b、将夕线石、焦宝石、球粘土混合均匀,粉碎,过100-150目筛,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温1-2h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干后与硅溶胶、单油酸三乙醇胺酯和火山灰混合均匀,然后加入2-3倍量的无水乙醇,2000-3000rpm高速研磨0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣在180-200℃温度下干燥3-5h,再把烘干物在800-1000℃温度下煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温,粉碎,过150-200目筛;c、将上述过筛后的粉末与纳米碳化硼、纳米刚玉粉、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯、桉叶油、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯混合,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-6min即可。
一种煤矿用阻燃耐火屏蔽控制电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按上述原料配方中重量份称取原料后送入混合机中混合均匀,然后所得混合物料送入双螺杆挤出机中进行混炼,双螺杆挤出机各段的加工温度分别设定为:第一段160-180℃,第二段170-190℃,第三段185-205℃,第四段180-200℃,第五段175-195℃,第六段165-185℃,机头温度180-200℃,最后经风冷造粒,即得所需的电缆料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明电缆料不含卤素,阻燃效果好,耐火性能优异,可以保护电线电缆不受火焰损坏,从而保证了煤矿保证设备的安全运行,同时具有优良的耐老化性、耐酸碱性、耐油性、耐磨性以及良好的电绝缘性能和机械性能,经久耐用,应用前景广阔。

所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量(kg)的原料:夕线石12、焦宝石8、球粘土6、固含量为40%的硅溶胶25、纳米碳化硼5、纳米刚玉粉4、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯1.5、单油酸三乙醇胺酯2、桉叶油4、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯6、火山灰3;b、将夕线石、焦宝石、球粘土混合均匀,粉碎,过100目筛,然后加入到浓度为20%的盐酸溶液中,在80℃水浴温度下保温1h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干后与硅溶胶、单油酸三乙醇胺酯和火山灰混合均匀,然后加入3倍量的无水乙醇,23000rpm高速研磨0.5h,过滤,滤渣在200℃温度下干燥3h,再把烘干物在880℃温度下煅烧2h,冷却至室温,粉碎,过150目筛;c、将上述过筛后的粉末与纳米碳化硼、纳米刚玉粉、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯、桉叶油、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯混合,1200rpm高速搅拌5min即可。

所述复合填料的制备方法如下:a.取下列重量份的原料:夕线石10-15、焦宝石5-10、球粘土4-8、固含量为40%的硅溶胶20-30、纳米碳化硼4-6、纳米刚玉粉3-5、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯1-2、单油酸三乙醇胺酯2-3、桉叶油3-5、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯4-8、火山灰2-4;b、将夕线石、焦宝石、球粘土混合均匀,粉碎,过100-150目筛,然后加入到浓度为15-20%的盐酸溶液中,在70-80℃水浴温度下保温1-2h,过滤,滤渣用蒸馏水洗涤至中性,烘干后与硅溶胶、单油酸三乙醇胺酯和火山灰混合均匀,然后加入2-3倍量的无水乙醇,2000-3000rpm高速研磨0.5-1h,过滤,滤渣在180-200℃温度下干燥3-5h,再把烘干物在800-1000℃温度下煅烧1-3h,冷却至室温,粉碎,过150-200目筛;c、将上述过筛后的粉末与纳米碳化硼、纳米刚玉粉、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯、桉叶油、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯混合,1000-1500rpm高速搅拌3-6min即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿用阻燃耐火屏蔽控制电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按上述原料配方中重量份称取原料后送入混合机中混合均匀,然后所得混合物料送入双螺杆挤出机中进行混炼,双螺杆挤出机各段的加工温度分别设定为:第一段160-180℃,第二段170-190℃,第三段185-205℃,第四段180-200℃,第五段175-195℃,第六段165-185℃,机头温度180-200℃,最后经风冷造粒,即得所需的电缆料。
