本发明公开了一种模具加工机构,其特征在于:包括有盛装冷却油的容器,在所述容器内设有工作台,在所述工作台上固定连接有支撑件,工件防止在所述支撑件上,在所述工件上设有通孔,在所述通孔下方垂直向下连接有能使工件加工过程中产生的废渣或气体排出的排泄管,在所述排泄管上连接垂直于排泄管管轴方向的抽油管,在所述排泄管下端设有阀门。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,能有效地使模具加工中所产生的废渣和废气排出,安全可靠的模具加工机构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具加工机构。 
背景技术
在模具加工过程中,往往会产生废渣和废气,废渣和废气如果不能及时排出会影响到模具加工。目前,模具加工过程中模具是直接放到工作台上的,废渣和废气不能通过模具自身的通孔排出。 
另外,在模具加工过程中为了避免起火,往往会采用浸油加工的方式,但是现有用于加工的机构不能使模具中的碳渣或气体即使排走,这会造成加工不稳定和加工速度降低。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,能有效地使模具加工中所产生的废渣和废气排出,安全可靠的模具加工机构。 
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案: 
一种模具加工机构,其特征在于:包括有盛装冷却油的容器,在所述容器内设有工作台,在所述工作台上固定连接有支撑件,工件防止在所述支撑件上,在所述工件上设有通孔,在所述通孔下方垂直向下连接有能使工件加工过程中产生的废渣或气体排出的排泄管,在所述排泄管上连接垂直于排泄管管轴方向的抽油管,在所述排泄管下端 设有阀门。 
如上所述的一种模具加工机构,其特征在于在所述排泄管与抽油管之间设有过滤器。 
如上所述的一种模具加工机构,其特征在于在所述支撑件上端设有能将工件吸附固定的磁铁。 
如上所述的一种模具加工机构,其特征在于所述支撑件通过螺钉固定在工作台。 
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是: 
本发明结构简单,模具型腔加工过程中所产生的废渣或废气能通过排泄管排出,抽油管能把冷却油从排泄孔下方的集油槽中抽出,从而形成一个循环,从而把废气一并带走,使得加工更加稳定和有效保证加工速度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述: 
如图1所示的一种模具加工机构,包括有盛装冷却油的容器1,在所述容器1内设有工作台2,在所述工作台2上固定连接有支撑件3,工件4防止在所述支撑件3上,在所述工件4上设有通孔5,在所述通孔5下方垂直向下连接有能使工件4加工过程中产生的废渣或气体排出的排泄管6,在所述排泄管6上连接垂直于排泄管6管轴方向的抽油管7,在所述排泄管7下端设有阀门8。 
本发明中在所述排泄管6与抽油管7之间设有过滤器9。抽油的过程中废渣不会进入抽油泵,防止堵塞,在重力的作用下,废渣会沉积在排泄管6下,通过打开阀门8就可以将废渣排出,使用方便,操作简单。 
本发明中在所述支撑件3上端设有能将工件4吸附固定的磁铁10。所述支撑件3通过螺钉11固定在工作台2。 
本发明结构简单,模具型腔加工过程中所产生的废渣或废气能通过排泄管排出,抽油管能把冷却油从排泄孔下方的集油槽中抽出,从而形成一个循环,从而把废气一并带走,使得加工更加稳定和有效保证加工速度。

1.一种模具加工机构,其特征在于:包括有盛装冷却油的容器(1),在所述容器(1)内设有工作台(2),在所述工作台(2)上固定连接有支撑件(3),工件(4)防止在所述支撑件(3)上,在所述工件(4)上设有通孔(5),在所述通孔(5)下方垂直向下连接有能使工件(4)加工过程中产生的废渣或气体排出的排泄管(6),在所述排泄管(6)上连接垂直于排泄管(6)管轴方向的抽油管(7),在所述排泄管(7)下端设有阀门(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具加工机构,其特征在于在所述排泄管(6)与抽油管(7)之间设有过滤器(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具加工机构,其特征在于在所述支撑件(3)上端设有能将工件(4)吸附固定的磁铁(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具加工机构,其特征在于所述支撑件(3)通过螺钉(11)固定在工作台(2)。
