背景技术
心律失常是临床常见的病症之一。其发生主要由于心肌收缩节律、频率、信号传导的速度或者传导起源异常引起，主要表现为心脏节律的异常。心律失常可继发于各种器质性心脏病，也可见于某些功能性疾病。本病属于中医学“心悸”范畴。查体中脉象多见促、结、代脉。目前治疗心律失常的西药不良反应较多，往往可能引起新的心律失常。经过发明人的长期实践得出，中药治心气虚劳型心律失常具有较好作用，取得不错效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗心气虚劳型心律失常的中药及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，根据中医药理论，利用中药独特的药性，采用柠条根，白花丁香，桑寄生，防己，白术，川芎，牛膝，黄柏，太白丽参，紫河车按照一定的配伍要求，经过加工制成。
制备本发明中药由下述原料药制成：柠条根20－40份、白花丁香20－30份、桑寄生20－30份、防己15－25份、白术10－20份、川芎10－20份、牛膝10－20份、黄柏8－15份、太白丽参2－3份、紫河车2－5份。
本发明中药原料药的最佳重量份为：柠条根30份、白花丁香25份、桑寄生25份、防己20份、白术15份、川芎15份、牛膝15份、黄柏10份、太白丽参2份、紫河车4份。
所述中药的制备方法如下：
(1)将原料药粉碎，取柠条根、白花丁香、桑寄生、川芎、牛膝加入8～10倍75％的乙醇，匀浆，离心，得到离心液和离心渣，离心液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；
(2)取防己、白术、黄柏、太白丽参以及步骤（1）离心渣加水煎煮二次，每次3小时，加水量依次为生药量的12倍和10倍，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；
(3)取紫河车粉末将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液与步骤（2）制得的浓缩液混合，喷雾干燥，根据各种剂型的工艺及辅料要求制成相应的剂型。
所述的剂型可以为：丸剂、散剂、颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、糖浆剂、合剂、锭剂、煎膏剂、滴丸剂、搽剂、浸膏剂、微丸，以及分散片
本发明中药的药理作用如下：
柠条根：辛、温。归心、肝经。益气养阴。临床用于头晕，心悸，气短乏力，高血压等症。
白花丁香：苦、寒。归心经。清心安神。临床用于心烦失眠，头痛健忘等症。
桑寄生：苦、甘、平。归肝、肾经。补肝肾，强筋骨，祛风湿，安胎。用于腰膝酸痛，筋骨羸弱，风湿痹痛，胎动不安，崩漏下血。
防己：苦、辛、寒。归膀胱、肺、脾经。利水消肿，祛风止痛。临床用于水肿，小便不利，风湿痹痛，脚气肿痛，疥癣疮肿，高血压病。
白术：苦、甘、温。归脾、胃经。补气健脾，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾胃气虚，运化无力，食少便溏，脘腹胀满，脾虚水停，而为痰饮、水肿、小便不利，胎动不安等。
川芎：辛、温，归肝、胆、心经。活血行气，祛风止痛。用于血瘀气滞、风湿痹痛。
牛膝：苦、甘、酸、平。归肝、肾经。活血通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利水通淋，引火下行。用于瘀血阻滞的经闭、痛经、月经不调，肾虚腰痛及久痹腰膝酸痛乏力，头痛，眩晕等火热上炎之证。
黄柏：苦、寒。归肾、膀胱经。清热燥湿，泻火解毒。主治湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸；梦遗、淋浊、带下，骨蒸劳热，口舌生疮，目赤肿痛，痈疽疮毒，皮肤湿疹。
太白丽参：甘、微苦、平。益气养阴，托毒外出。临床用于病后体虚，阴虚潮热，疮毒内陷。
紫河车：甘、咸、温。归肺、肝、肾经。益气养血，补肾益精。临床用于虚劳赢瘦，虚喘劳嗽，气虚无力，血虚面黄，阳痿遗精，不孕少乳等症。
心气虚劳型心律失常临床表现为：心悸不宁，少气懒言，胸闷面，手足不温，舌质淡，苔薄白，脉弱无力，属于中医学“心悸”范畴。查体中脉象多见促、结、代脉。常见于房早或者室早病例。而且未见器质性心脏病，容易受外界环境的影响或可以经过多种原因诱发。本发明中柠条根益气养阴、为君药，白花丁香清心安神，桑寄生补肝肾、强筋骨，为臣药，防己利水消肿，白术补气健脾，川芎活血行气，牛膝活血通经、补肝肾、强筋骨，黄柏燥湿、解毒，太白丽参益气养阴、解毒，紫河车益气养血，补肾养精。诸药合用共奏益气养阴、补肾强骨，活血行气，解毒安神之功效，经过临床实践发现，对心气虚劳型心律失常具有独特的疗效。
本发明中药组合物于2003年至2013年临床观察心气虚劳型心律失常45例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
45例患者，均经心电图确诊为症状性心律失常。其中男性病人30例，女性病人15例，其中窦性心动过速8例，窦性心动过缓6例，室性早搏24例，房性早搏7例，平均年龄43岁。
2、诊断标准
均经心电图确诊为症状性心律失常。心气虚劳型心律失常临床症状：心悸，气短，倦怠，头晕，手足不温，舌淡，苔薄白，脉弱无力，脉象结代凝涩细弱。
3、治疗方法
3.1处方：柠条根30kg、白花丁香25kg、桑寄生25kg、防己20kg、白术15kg、川芎15kg、牛膝15kg、黄柏10kg、太白丽参2kg、紫河车4kg。
3.2制备及使用方法：(1)将原料药粉碎，取柠条根、白花丁香、桑寄生、川芎、牛膝加入8～10倍75％的乙醇，匀浆，离心，得到离心液和离心渣，离心液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；(2)取防己、白术、黄柏、太白丽参以及步骤（1）离心渣加水煎煮二次，每次3小时，加水量依次为生药量的12倍和10倍，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；(3)取紫河车粉末将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液与步骤（2）制得的浓缩液混合，喷雾干燥，根据各种剂型的工艺及辅料要求制成相应的剂型。根据不同的剂型来选择服用剂量，30天为1疗程。
4、治疗结果：
4.1参照《中医药新药临床研究指导原则》制定：
显效：上述心律失常症状消失。连续24h行holter监测，心律呈窦性，心率介于60～100次/min。
有效：上述心律失常症状部分消失。连续24h行holter监测，结果显示心率较前改善>5次/min。
无效：治疗后症状及连续24h行holter 监测结果无变化甚或加重。
总有效的计算为显效和有效之和。
4.2结果：45例患者中，显效27例(60％)，有效15例(33.3％)，无效3例(6.7％)，总有效率为93.3％。
5、典型病例
5.1周某，男，56岁。自述心悸胸闷反复发作4年，加剧10天。1年前患脑溢血，其后心悸、
胸闷加剧，经西医检查发现有“频发性室性早搏”，经治疗后曾有好转。近10天来病情加剧，服药无效。症状：心悸胸闷，头晕乏力，气短，活动后加剧。睡眠欠佳，食欲尚可、舌淡、苔薄白，脉结。血压：18.6/10.6Kpa，心率72次/分。心律不齐，早搏12-15次/分。心电图：频发性室性早搏，结成室性并行心律，呈二联律，左前半枝传导阻滞，Ⅱo文氏型窦房传导阻滞。诊断为心气虚劳型心律失常。服用本发明药物，治疗1个疗程，症状明显减轻，继续服用2个疗程，痊愈，半年后随访无复发。
5.2陈某，女，42岁，自述心悸头晕月余。患者于l月以前曾因发热心悸治疗无效而住入某地区医院，被该院诊断为“心肌炎、频发性室性早搏”。治疗后，体温降至正常，但心悸头晕不减。症状：心悸头晕，纳少自汗，心烦失眠，舌淡，苔薄白，脉弱无力。血压：13.9/8.8Kpa，心率90次/分，心律不齐，早搏10-12次/分。心电图：多发性室性早搏，呈二联律或三联律。血沉及抗“O”检查结果正常。诊断为心气虚劳型心律失常。服用本发明药物，1个疗程后，症状明显好转，心悸头晕减轻，早搏减少，1-3次/分，继续服用2个疗程，痊愈，一年后随访无复发。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，下述该实施例仅用于说明本发明而对本发明没有限制。
实施例1，一种治疗心气虚劳型心律失常的中药，是由柠条根20kg、白花丁香20kg、桑寄生20kg、防己15kg、白术10kg、川芎10kg、牛膝10kg、黄柏8kg、太白丽参2kg、紫河车2kg制成，
制备方法为：(1)将原料药粉碎，取柠条根、白花丁香、桑寄生、川芎、牛膝加入8～10倍75％的乙醇，匀浆，离心，得到离心液和离心渣，离心液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；
(2)取防己、白术、黄柏、太白丽参以及步骤（1）离心渣加水煎煮二次，每次3小时，加水量依次为生药量的12倍和10倍，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；
(3)取紫河车粉末将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液与步骤（2）制得的浓缩液混合，喷雾干燥，得到有效成分；(4)将有效成份以15％的麦芽糊精浆为粘合剂，喷雾制粒，加入颗粒总量0.5％的硬脂酸镁，混合均匀，压片，即得片剂，0.5g/片。温水送服，每天3次，每次6片。
实施例2，一种治疗心气虚劳型心律失常的中药，是由柠条根30kg、白花丁香25kg、桑寄生25kg、防己20kg、白术15kg、川芎15kg、牛膝15kg、黄柏10kg、太白丽参2kg、紫河车4kg制成，

制备方法为：(1)将原料药粉碎，取柠条根、白花丁香、桑寄生、川芎、牛膝加入8～10倍75％的乙醇，匀浆，离心，得到离心液和离心渣，离心液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；
(2)取防己、白术、黄柏、太白丽参以及步骤（1）离心渣加水煎煮二次，每次3小时，加水量依次为生药量的12倍和10倍，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度1.25，80-85℃测；
(3)取紫河车粉末将步骤(1)制得的浓缩液与步骤（2）制得的浓缩液混合，喷雾干燥，得到有效成分；（4）将有效成份以15％的麦芽糊精浆为粘合剂，喷雾制粒，加入颗粒总量0.5％的硬脂酸镁，混合均匀，填充胶囊，即得胶囊剂，0.35g/粒。温水送服，每天3次，每次6粒。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗心气虚劳型心律失常的中药，其特征在于它是由下述原料药制成：
柠条根20－40份、白花丁香20－30份、桑寄生20－30份、防己15－25份、白术10－20份、川芎10－20份、牛膝10－20份、黄柏8－15份、太白丽参2－3份、紫河车2－5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药，其特征在于它是由下述原料药制成：
柠条根30份、白花丁香25份、桑寄生25份、防己20份、白术15份、川芎15份、牛膝15份、黄柏10份、太白丽参2份、紫河车4份。
