本发明涉及一种甜味剂。
背景技术
甜味剂,作为咖啡伴侣、固体奶茶、保健类食品等的糖配料,在饮料食品企业、乳制品企业、焙烤企业、冷食企业、功能性食品企业等内广泛使用。第一代甜味剂由糖精、甜蜜素、蔗糖、柠檬酸等几种物质复配组成,起到协同增效、改善口味的作用,但缺点在于口味不正,含有化学成分,长期使用,甚至会引起病变。第二代甜味剂以阿斯巴甜、AK糖(安赛蜜)等新一代甜味剂为基料复配而成,最典型的产品为蛋白糖,缺点在于能量高、加热会变性,含有化学成分,长期使用影响身体健康。第三代甜味剂围绕健康概念,以三氯蔗糖、优质糖醇类、功能低聚糖类及天然植物糖源复配的甜味剂符合人们健康和口感的需要,是市场发展的必然趋势和方向,国际上以英国泰莱公司善品糖为代表。

本发明具有以下优点:甜味剂口味纯正、使用安全,并且低糖低卡路里,甚至能够做到无糖零卡路里。
