本发明还提供一种计算机化系统,用于创建电动车辆充电网络,所述计算机化系统包括:
服务器;以及
多个远程装置,其能够与所述服务器进行通信,并且包括第一远程装置和第二远程装置,
其中,所述服务器包括来自所述第一远程装置的第一位置数据、来自所述第一远程装置的第一兴趣数据、以及来自所述第二远程装置的与所述第一兴趣数据相对应的第二位置数据,其中所述第二位置数据包括第一电动车辆充电器的实际位置数据。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有用于接收第一位置数据11的网页10的第一远程装置的第一图形用户界面(GUI)。第一远程装置可以是例如经由TCP/IP协议连接至服务器的、作为客户端与服务器进行互动的任何装置(例如,家用计算机、具有web功能的蜂窝电话或平板电脑)。第一远程装置还可以具有语音功能以提供或接收这里的任何信息。
网页10允许第一远程装置的用户例如经由地址或邮政编码字段12、允许接受例如鼠标指示器信息的地图14、或者经由用户位置信息是(例如经由数据库)已知的登录字段16,来输入第一位置数据11。
可以在提供网页10的服务器处接收第一位置数据11(这里为邮政编码),并且如图2所示,响应于该第一位置数据11,服务器经由例如网页20来提供与电动车辆再充电器的现有或设想的网络有关的数据。
图2的数据可以包括如下地图,其中该地图例如表示:已完成的电动车辆再充电器110、112;具有服务器已接收到并存储的、包括与再充电器有关的付款数据和实际位置数据的兴趣数据的可能电动车辆再充电器102、104、106、108;具有服务器所存储的与再充电器有关的实际位置数据但尚未接收到付款数据的可能电动车辆再充电器120、122;以及具有兴趣数据但尚未接收实际位置数据的可能电动车辆再充电器130。
因而,图2表示现有和可能的电动车辆再充电网络的概况,其中不仅可以向社交网络的成员或仅访问网站的成员提供与网络内的现有电动车辆再充电器110、112有关的信息,而且在一个实施例中,这些成员还可以例如通过投资并提供针对可能电动车辆再充电器102、104、106和108的份额的付款数据来成为构建网络的参与者。
在本发明的另一实施例中,本发明的方法和系统允许土地所有者和其他人提供实际位置数据,例如以使得创建可能再充电器120、122,并且在又一实施例中,用户仅需简单表示在某些大体位置中创建电动车辆再充电器130方面存在部分兴趣。
如此可以基于网络的参与者的实际需求和意愿来自下而上创建整体车辆充电网络。
现在将更加详细地说明网络的创建。
图3示出具有与图2的可能再充电站104有关的数据的第一远程装置的第一GUI。在例如第一远程装置的用户点击再充电站104的图形表示时,可以将与可能再充电站104有关的当前数据提供至第一远程装置。电动车辆再充电器数据可以包括网络ID数据22、插头或再充电器类型数据24、位置数据26、品牌数据28、参与者数量数据30、成本数据32、当前参与者数据34和参与按钮36。
对于该可能站104,仅一个参与者提供了付款数据,并且在该系统如此设计的情况下,可以提供例如经由电子邮件联系针对参与者的访问。在优选实施例中,仅在第一远程装置的用户和参与者是社交网络(例如,运行服务器的社交网络)的成员的情况下才提供针对参与者的访问。
如此,图3提供具有包括实际位置数据和参与者数据的数据的第一远程装置,其中该参与者已将兴趣和付款数据提供至服务器。因而,第一远程装置的用户可以确信特定数量的参与者(这里总共为六个参与者)提交付款数据将导致创建电动车辆再充电站。例如,网站的运营商将创建所有的法律文件和采购,然后发送用户参与再充电站104的法律形态。法律形式可以根据各州或各位置而改变,但例如可以是合伙、分时、LLC(有限责任公司)、其它合同关系或其它法律形式。在其它实施例中,可以直到后来、例如再充电器形成之后再延迟付款。
位置、成本和其它数据可能已由领头参与者、运行服务器的网络、位置所有者、第三方或任意组合所提供。
图4示出具有与图2的可能再充电站106有关的数据230的第一远程装置的第一GUI。电动车辆再充电器数据230可以包括网络ID数据222、插头或再充电器类型数据224、位置数据226、品牌数据228、参与者数量数据230、成本数据232、当前参与者数据234和参与按钮236。这里,三个参与者xyz123、ddk100和乔伊7已提供了付款。
可以利用表示实际参与者的视觉提示来更新图2的地图20,例如可以示出位置106上的六个条形(其中三个被填充),并且随着另一个参与者加入再填充一个条形。
图5示出具有在点击参与按钮236时可以得到的网页的第一远程装置的第一GUI。该网页允许输入与可能参与创建图2的再充电站106有关的数据,并且例如还向用户提供例如经由按钮238来接收合同详情。可以提供包括例如土地租赁信息和针对成本信息的依据的要签署或已签署的任何法律文件。有利地,这些详情还可以仅对上述社交网络的成员可用。
时间表240可以提供与期望或预约充电时间有关的信息,并且允许潜在参与者预约充电时间。例如,对于站106,根据合同条款,各参与者可以有资格预约5次充电时间(每次充电时间的长度例如可以为30分钟)。这里,为了清楚,示出3个小时的长度。这种时间预约可以鼓励尽早参与。
例如可以经由输入242接收付款信息,并且例如服务器和服务器的运营商可以清除该付款信息。
还可以经由输入244联系服务器运营商,并且例如还可以经由输入246联系其它参与者。
图6示出具有与图2的可能再充电站120有关的数据的第二远程装置的第二GUI。电动车辆再充电器数据可以包括网络ID数据322、插头或再充电器类型数据324、位置数据326、品牌数据328、参与者数量数据330、成本数据332、感兴趣的参与者数据334、表示有兴趣按钮336和成为创立者按钮338。这里,两个参与者xyz22和约翰637表示有兴趣但没有进行进一步的步骤。尚未接收到任何实际付款。服务器运营商已基于例如区域内的相似位置,提供了ID数据322和估计成本数据332。可能的出租方提供了实际位置数据326。然而,尚未确定再充电器的类型、参与品牌数量和总成本。
在本实施例中,潜在参与者可以简单地通过按下按钮338而成为创立者来确定这些字段。运营商或进一步页面将指引该参与者提供付款并进行进一步的步骤。实际上,参与者可以决定作为唯一所有者并且使参与者数量330的数据字段具有值1。更有可能地,潜在参与者将进行部分投资。
或者,图6的查看者可以简单地经由按钮336来表示有兴趣并且向查看者示出图7。可以提供经由输入424的类型兴趣、经由输入428的品牌兴趣和经由时间表440的时间兴趣,以使得运营商能够收集与可能站120有关的兴趣信息。可以经由提交或联系按钮446来发送数据。
图8示出具有与图2的可能再充电站130有关的数据的第三远程装置的第三GUI。这里,如字段534所示,两个参与方已表示对大体区域有兴趣。第一个参与方xxxyyy例如已通过在地图20上点击指示器表示了对大体位置有兴趣,并且网站运营商提供作为可能再充电器130的具有问号的图形指示符以及ID522。第二个参与方yyyzzz经由按钮536表示了相似兴趣并且例如经由与图7所示的网页相似的网页来提供一些数据。
如此,具有第三远程装置的潜在出租方或土地提供方可以浏览地图20,并且在看到潜在兴趣的情况下,例如经由按钮538提供再充电器用的位置,从而可以得到图9的网页。图9示出具有如下网页的第三远程装置的第三GUI,其中该网页允许输入与可能参与创建图2的再充电站130有关的数据。可以将ID523连同用于提供实际位置数据的数据输入框540一起经由提交按钮542提供至服务器运营商。
图10示出本发明的系统的一个实施例的示意概述。运营商1001使一个或多个服务器1000工作从而与远程装置210、212、214进行互动。如上所述,客户端装置214例如可以是市政当局或加油站所有者的客户端装置,其中市政当局或加油站所有者寻求提供用于租赁或提供电动车辆再充电位置的位置和可能的付款。
远程装置210、212例如可以分别是电动车辆310、312的电动车辆所有者或将来所有者的家用计算机。如上所述,可以使用这些远程装置210、212来创建实际电动车辆再充电站110、112。运营商和服务器1000可以通过使用时间表1110、例如在特定时间内仅允许这些用户经由例如密码访问再充电站110、112,来控制使用车辆充电。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于创建电动车辆充电网络的方法,包括以下步骤:
从第一远程装置接收第一位置数据;
根据所述第一位置数据来将电动车辆充电器数据提供至所述第一远程装置;
从第二远程装置接收第二位置数据;
根据所述第二位置数据来将所述电动车辆充电器数据提供至所述第二远程装置;以及
响应于所述电动车辆充电器数据,从所述第一远程装置和所述第二远程装置接收兴趣数据,以允许创建第一电动车辆充电器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述兴趣数据包括付款数据。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述电动车辆充电器数据包括地图数据,其中所述地图数据包括所述第一位置数据。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述地图数据包括多个可能的电动车辆充电器位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述电动车辆充电器数据包括针对所述第一电动车辆充电器的再充电器类型数据。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述电动车辆充电器数据包括针对所述第一电动车辆充电器的位置数据。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述电动车辆充电器数据包括针对所述第一电动车辆充电器的价格参与数据。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述电动车辆充电器数据包括针对所述第一电动车辆充电器的参与者数量数据。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述电动车辆充电器数据包括针对所述第一电动车辆充电器的当前参与者数据。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一远程装置的用户还提供时间表使用信息。
11.一种用于创建电动车辆充电网络的方法,包括以下步骤:
从第一远程装置接收第一位置数据;
根据所述第一位置数据来提供第一电动车辆充电器的可能位置数据;
从所述第一远程装置接收针对所述第一电动车辆充电器的第一兴趣数据;以及
将所述第一兴趣数据提供至第二远程装置,以生成针对所述第一电动车辆充电器的其它兴趣数据。
12.一种用于创建电动车辆充电网络的方法,包括以下步骤:
从第一远程装置接收第一位置数据;
根据所述第一位置数据来将电动车辆充电器数据提供至所述第一远程装置;
响应于所述电动车辆充电器数据,从所述第一远程装置接收表示参与创建第一电动车辆充电器的兴趣的数据,从而限定第一兴趣数据;
将所述第一兴趣数据提供至第二远程装置;以及
响应于所述第一兴趣数据,接收包括第一电动车辆充电器的实际位置数据的第二位置数据。
