背景技术
旋塞阀门通常用于控制在管道和其他流容纳结构中流体的流动,诸如烃类流体。一些旋塞阀门包括在阀座配置和复位配置中的滑套和密封件。滑套被安装到中心旋塞上。当阀门关闭时,滑套和密封件操作以阻碍在进口和出口端口处通过阀门的流体流动。此双重密封作用有利地允许在阀门关闭时阀体的渗出。
当阀门打开时,滑套密封件完全从通过阀门的流体流动移除。当阀门从打开位置转换到关闭位置时,旋塞和附接滑套首先旋转90°。在整个旋转中维持滑套与阀体之间的间隙以减小驱动扭矩并且防止密封磨损。当滑套与进口和出口端口径向对准时,旋塞被降低,从而迫使滑套抵靠着阀体并且密封进口和出口端口。

本发明的实施例并入阀门位置转换器,所述转换器允许通过切换单元顾及线性和旋转旋塞运动两者,所述切换单元经配置以仅基于旋塞旋转运动确定阀门位置。因此,使用此类切换单元使各实施例能准确确定阀门位置。

当旋塞120已经完全升高(也即,轴124完全延伸)时,操纵器106开始使旋塞120旋转。在阀门打开期间,旋塞120和轴124沿逆时针方向旋转。当杆208在槽220中侧向移动时,凸轮管210保持静止,直到杆208在位置306处与槽220的端啮合,如图3C中所示。在一些实施例中,槽220的长度等价于由槽222导致的旋转弧。
在杆208与槽220的端啮合之后,在整个剩余的部分旋塞/轴旋转中,凸轮管210与轴124一起旋转。因此,凸轮管210将轴124的旋转运动的终端部分转移到切换单元108,而轴旋转运动的初始部分被忽视。在凸轮管210的一些实施例中,轴124的旋转仅在终端的45°的轴(旋塞)旋转期间被转移到切换单元108中。通过轴124的线性和旋转移动所产生的总的凸轮管旋转,等价于旋转弧,切换单元108需要所述旋转弧来视为阀门完全打开。
当阀门104从完全打开转换到完全关闭位置时,上述操作的顺序基本上颠倒。当阀门104完全打开时,杆208在位置306处定位在槽220的端处。操纵器106通过使旋塞120沿顺时针方向旋转启动阀门104的关闭。当轴124沿顺时针方向旋转,从而在槽220中侧向移动杆208时,凸轮管210保持静止直到杆208达到槽220与222的交点。当杆208达到槽220与222的交点时,在轴旋转的剩余部分中,凸轮管208沿顺时针方向旋转。
当操纵器106已经完全使旋塞120旋转到与进口和出口端口112对准时,操纵器106降低旋塞120以将滑套114移动到密封位置中。当旋塞120降低时,轴124缩回到操纵器106中,从而导致凸轮管210在杆208从位置304移动到位置302时沿顺时针方向旋转。因此,凸轮管210在轴124的旋转的终端部分中并且在轴124的线性缩回中旋转。通过轴124的线性和旋转移动而产生的总的凸轮管旋转等价于旋转弧,切换单元108需要所述旋转弧来认为阀门完全关闭。
图4A到4C示出了根据各实施例的阀门位置转换器102的凸轮管210和适配器212的视图。图4A示出了经接合的凸轮管210和适配器212的前视图。凸轮管210和适配器212包括对准件402,所述对准件指定了用于接合的管210和适配器212的相对定向。图4A还示出了在凸轮管210的相对侧面上的槽220和222。杆208在凸轮管210的两个侧面上通过槽220、222延伸。
图4B示出了经接合的凸轮管210和适配器212的横截面图。在凸轮管210的背部中的槽220、222被示出。适配器212包括空腔404以固持切换单元108的配合部。空腔404的底部包括凹槽406或其他特征,通过所述特征,旋转从适配器212转移到切换单元108中。根据NAMUR标准,空腔404和凹槽406形成所需尺寸以接收由切换单元108提供的轴。适配器212的其他实施例可以支持不同的耦合标准或布置。图4C示出了包括空腔404和凹槽406的适配器212的俯视图。还示出了凹槽相对于对准件402以及槽220、222的定向。

Claims (10)

1.一种阀门位置转换器(102),其特征在于,所述阀门位置转换器包含:
凸轮管(210),所述凸轮管(210)包含圆柱形的壁、在所述壁中的第一槽(220)以及第二槽(222),所述第一槽(220)沿着所述凸轮管(210)的周向而设置,所述第二槽(222)与所述第一槽(220)成锐角从所述第一槽(220)的末端而延伸;以及
杆(208),所述杆(208)被设置成穿过所述壁,所述杆(208)在所述第二槽(222)中沿着所述凸轮管(210)进行线性移动时以及在所述第一槽(220)中进行弧移动时,所述杆使所述凸轮管(210)旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,其进一步包含接合到所述凸轮管(210)的一端上的指示器适配器(212),所述适配器(212)经配置以与阀门位置指示器(108)配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,所述指示器适配器(212)和所述凸轮管(210)分别包含对准件(402)以对准所述凸轮管(210)和所述适配器(212)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,其进一步包含安装托架(204),所述安装托架包含凹入式顶部表面(228),所述凹入式顶部表面(228)分别固定以及允许所述指示器适配器(212)的旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,所述凸轮管(210)具有沿圆周与所述第一槽和所述第二槽(220、222)相对的第三槽和第四槽,所述第三槽在所述壁中沿着所述凸轮管(210)的周向而设置,而所述第四槽在所述壁中与所述第三槽成锐角从所述第三槽的末端而延伸;以及其中所述杆(208)设置在所述第三槽中以用于阀门旋塞(120)的旋转运动,且设置在所述第四槽中以用于所述阀门旋塞(120)的线性运动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,设置所述第一槽(220)的尺寸,以抑制所述凸轮管(210)在阀门旋塞(120)的旋转弧的初始部分上的旋转,并且在所述阀门旋塞(120)的旋转的最后部分上使所述凸轮管旋转。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,所述第二槽使所述凸轮管在阀门旋塞(120)的整个线性运动期间旋转。
8.根据权利要求1所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,由所述杆(208)在所述第二槽(222)中的运动导致的所述凸轮管(210)旋转的弧,等价于在所述凸轮管(210)的旋转被所述第一槽(220)抑制期间所述阀门旋塞(120)旋转的弧。
9.根据权利要求1所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,由所述杆(208)在所述第一槽和所述第二槽(220、222)中的旋转运动和线性运动而导致的所述凸轮管(210)的旋转,等价于所述阀门旋塞(120)的旋转。
10.根据权利要求1所述的阀门位置转换器,其特征在于,其进一步包含设置在所述凸轮管(210)内的连接器(206),所述连接器(206)将所述杆(208)耦合到阀门旋塞(120)上。
