本发明涉及一种环保型低烟无卤电缆线护套的配方,该配方包括EVA42~64份、氢氧化铝100~128份、PE7~12份、硅酮母料4~6份、氢氧化镁15~20份、黑色母2~4.5份、相容剂4~8份。本发明具有安全环保、绿色低碳、成本低廉、制造简单等优点,低烟无卤聚乙烯和EVA材料燃烧后不产生有毒有害卤素烟雾,保障了人们的生命财产安全,氢氧化镁改善了塑料的阻燃性能。

本发明涉及电缆线护套技术领域,具体说是一种环保型低烟无卤电缆线护套的配方。
背景技术
随着经济社会的快速发展,城市人口规模不断扩大,高层的建筑越来越多,高层建筑内的火灾隐患也越来越引起人们的重视,人们对与火灾密切相关的电缆线质量的要求也越来越高,普通电缆在燃烧时会产生大量有毒烟雾,危害生命安全,国内外常采用的氧化镁矿物防火绝缘电缆需要专门的生产加工设备,生产使用成本高;云母带缠绕的耐火电缆在生产过程中需要多层缠绕,由于工艺条件的限制,往往易造成搭接缝处出现缺陷,耐火效果差,难以保障火灾时的通讯、电力安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种阻燃性能好、成本低廉、安全环保的电缆线护套材料的配方,即一种环保型低烟无卤电缆线护套的配方。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种环保型低烟无卤电缆线护套的配方,该配方包括EVA、氢氧化铝、PE、硅酮母料、氢氧化镁、黑色母、相容剂,所述各组分质量份数如下:

所述各组分的性能及作用如下:
EVA:即乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,由于在乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物分子链中引入了醋酸乙烯单体,从而降低了高结晶度,提高了柔韧性、抗冲击性、填料相溶性和热密封性能。
氢氧化铝:氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂不仅能阻燃,而且可以防止发烟、不产生滴下物、不产生有毒气体。
PE:即聚乙烯,因聚乙烯无极性,所以具有介电损耗低、介电强度大的电性能优异。
硅酮母料:硅酮母料里硅氧烷含量越高,材料的黏度就越大,用于塑料时越不容易分散。硅氧烷的含量和分子量较高时可做耐磨剂使用。
氢氧化镁:氢氧化镁是一种新型填充型阻燃剂,通过受热分解时释放出结合水,吸收大量的潜热,来降低它所填充的合成材料在火焰中的表面温度,具有抑制聚合物分解和对所产生的可燃气体进行冷却的作用。分解生成的氧化镁又是良好的耐火材料,也能帮助提高合成材料的抗火性能,同时它放出的水蒸气也可作为一种抑烟剂。
黑色母:黑色母是塑胶加工中最常用的一种色母粒,是由高比例的颜料或添加剂与热塑性树脂,经良好分散而成的塑料着色剂,其所选用的树脂对着色剂具有良好润湿和分散作用,并且与被着色材料具有良好的相容性。
相容剂:相容剂增加两种聚合物的相容性,使之两种聚合物间粘接力增大,形成稳定的结构,使分散相和连续相均匀,即相容化。相容剂之所以能使两种性质不同的聚合物相容化,是因为在其分子中具有分别能与两种聚合物进行物理或化学结合的基团的缘故。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有安全环保、绿色低碳、成本低廉、制造简单等优点,低烟无卤聚乙烯和EVA材料燃烧后不产生有毒有害卤素烟雾,保障了人们的生命财产安全,氢氧化镁改善了塑料的阻燃性能。
