Abstract
一种适于高压注射的注塑材料,所述注塑材料经注塑机提供1200~500bar的注塑压力被注塑成型,且所述注塑材料含有质量百分比为85~95%的密度为0.91~0.925g/cm3的聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物,满足高压、高速注塑要求,节约生产时间。

技术领域
本发明有关于一种注塑材料,特别是适于高压注射的注塑材料。
背景技术
随着技术发展和人们观念的改变,汽车零部件中出现许多非金属部件。其中作为非金属部件主导材料是塑胶类零件,其加工方便、安装方便,使用轻便,因此越来越得到汽车行业的青睐,使用塑胶类零件是其今后汽车发展的必然要求。
所谓注塑成型(injection molding)是指将已加热熔融的材料喷射注入模具内,经冷却与固化后,得到成型品的方法。其具体过程是,将粒状或粉状塑料从注塑机的料斗送入加热的料筒中,经加热塑化成熔融状态,再施压而通过喷嘴注入闭合的模具型腔中,后经冷却硬化而保持模腔所赋予的形状,开模取出胶体后就完成了一个工作周期。
因此能否采用高压高速注塑不仅是保证注塑质量的一个重要因素,同时也是提高生产效率,缩短工作周期的一个重要因素。
为加快生产周期、节约能源需要提供一种新型的注塑件材料,其适于高压下被注塑,以满足汽车工业大批量生产的要求。
发明内容
为此本发明提供一种适于高压注射的注塑材料,所述注塑材料经加热后呈熔融态并经注塑机被注塑成型,其中于,所述注塑机提供1200~500bar的注塑压力,且所述注塑材料含有质量百分比为85~95%的密度为0.91~0.925 g/cm3的聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物。
在本发明中的注塑材料具有较低密度,具有在加热后膨胀的特性,因此在熔融状态下可以抵抗较高的注塑压力,实现高压、高速的注塑,提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种新型的注塑件材料,以满足在高压下被注塑成型,以满足类似汽车工业大批量生产的要求,同时也能够保证注塑零件的表面质量。
为此本发明提供一种适于高压注射的注塑材料,所述注塑材料经加热后呈熔融态并经注塑机被注塑成型,其中于,所述注塑机提供1200~500bar的注塑压力,且所述注塑材料含有质量百分比为85~95%的密度为0.91~0.925 g/cm3的聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物。
在本发明中的注塑材料具有较低密度,具有在加热后膨胀的特性,因此在熔融状态下可以抵抗较高的注塑压力,同时本发明提供的注塑压力通过所述注塑机提供1200~500bar的注塑压力,实现高压、高速的注塑,提高生产效率。
同时,作为本发明的另一优选实施例,所述注塑材料还含有质量百分比大于5%的聚酰胺。其能够帮助提高熔融状态下注塑材料的结晶程度,更加有利于注塑件的表面质量。
作为本发明优选的改进实施例,所述注塑材料的温度为220℃。注塑材料在采用该优选温度后,可以一次性的形成软化,在高压、高速下并将加热材料一次性成型,简单、快捷、能耗低。作为本发明的优选实施例,所述注塑材料的注塑速度为1~1.5米/秒。
作为本发明的另一实施例,所述注塑材料被注塑成汽车管路部件或汽车管路的连接部件。
应了解本发明所要保护的范围不限于非限制性实施方案,应了解非限制性实施方案仅仅作为实例进行说明。本申请所要要求的实质的保护范围更体现于独立权利要求提供的范围,以及其从属权利要求。

1.一种适于高压注射的注塑材料,所述注塑材料经加热后呈熔融态并经注塑机被注塑成型,其特征在于:
所述注塑机提供1200~500bar的注塑压力,且所述注塑材料含有质量百分比为85~95%的密度为0.91~0.925g/cm3的聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑件材料,其特征在于:所述注塑材料还含有质量百分比大于5%的聚酰胺。
3.如权利要求1所述的注塑件材料,其特征在于:所述注塑材料的温度为220℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的注塑件材料,其特征在于:所述注塑材料的注塑速度为1~1.5米/秒。
5.如权利要求1所述的注塑件材料,其特征在于:所述注塑材料被注塑成汽车管路部件或汽车管路的连接部件。
