Abstract

一种铜浇铸导流溜槽涉及铜冶炼技术设备领域,包括刚性溜槽体及覆盖于刚性溜槽体上方的耐火材料导流层,刚性溜槽体长350~380mm,铜浇铸导流溜槽中部至槽口的耐火材料导流层与刚性溜槽体有20°~30°夹角。使用该装置增大了冶金炉体最终出铜角度,提高了回转式阳极炉的产能。

一种铜浇铸导流溜槽
技术领域
本发明涉及铜冶炼技术设备领域,尤其是回转式冶金工业炉中使用的安置于冶金炉出铜口处的铜浇铸导流溜槽。
背景技术
回转式阳极炉出铜浇铸操作时,需将炉体旋转一定的角度,铜液从炉侧的出铜口流出进行浇铸。为了避免浇铸过程中铜液的飞溅,出铜口处需设置一个铜浇铸导流溜槽,铜液流经铜浇铸导流溜槽进入冶金炉炉体下方的活动溜槽,最终流入铜浇铸模具中完成整个浇铸过程。
回转式阳极炉出铜浇铸过程中存在一个技术难题,即到了浇铸后期铜浇铸导流溜槽容易和活动溜槽发生碰撞,浇铸被迫停止,冶金炉炉体平均旋转角度为45°,此时,炉腔内还剩14%的未浇铸铜液,严重影响了回转式阳极炉的产能。研究人员曾经考虑过通过增加铜浇铸导流溜槽与活动溜槽之间的距离、单独缩短活动溜槽长度等方法解决该技术难题,但效果都不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种铜浇铸导流溜槽,它可以解决上述现有回转式阳极炉出铜操作时最终出铜角度受到限制而造成产量降低的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种铜浇铸导流溜槽,包括刚性溜槽体及覆盖于刚性溜槽体上方的耐火材料导流层,所述刚性溜槽体长为350~380mm,刚性溜槽体截面呈倒梯形或矩形形状,铜浇铸导流溜槽中部至槽口部分的耐火材料导流层与刚性溜槽体还有可改变熔融铜液流向的夹角。
所述耐火材料导流层与刚性溜槽体的夹角最好为20°~30°。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过限制刚性溜槽体长度及在耐火材料导流层与刚性溜槽体间设置夹角,增大了冶金炉体最终出铜角度,提高了回转式阳极炉的产能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
图1为本发明铜浇铸导流溜槽的全剖视图,图2为本发明铜浇铸导流溜槽的全剖视图,如图1、图2所示,铜浇铸导流溜槽,包括刚性溜槽体1及耐火材料导流层2。刚性溜槽体1长350mm,刚性溜槽体1的截面呈倒梯形或矩形形状,刚性溜槽体1不宜过长或过短,过长容易与冶金炉炉体下方的活动溜槽发生碰撞,限制了炉体的最终旋转角度,过短难以掌握浇铸铜液的流动方向。耐火材料导流层2覆盖于刚性溜槽体1上方,铜浇铸导流溜槽中部至槽口4部分的耐火材料导流层2与刚性溜槽体1有30°的夹角3,夹角3从铜浇铸导流溜槽中部开始一直延伸至槽口4处。
出铜浇铸时,将回转式阳极炉旋转一定的角度,铜液从出铜口流出,经过铜浇铸导流溜槽,呈细流状从空中自由落入活动溜槽内,铜液途经铜浇铸导流溜槽上的耐火材料导流层2时,由于耐火材料导流层2后半段与刚性溜槽体1有一定的夹角,铜液流动方向发生改变,铜液细流向前倾斜,从而避免了浇铸后期铜液细流外溢。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,铜浇铸导流溜槽,包括刚性溜槽体1及耐火材料导流层2。刚性溜槽体1长380mm,耐火材料导流层2覆盖于刚性溜槽体12上方,铜浇铸导流溜槽中部至槽口4部分的耐火材料导流层2与刚性溜槽体1有20°的夹角3,夹角3从铜浇铸导流溜槽中部开始一直延伸至槽口4处。

1.一种铜浇铸导流溜槽,包括刚性溜槽体及覆盖于刚性溜槽体上方的耐火材料导流层,其特征在于:所述刚性溜槽体长为350~380mm,刚性溜槽体截面呈倒梯形或矩形形状,铜浇铸导流溜槽中部至槽口部分的耐火材料导流层与刚性溜槽体还有可改变熔融铜液流向的夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜浇铸导流溜槽,其特征在于:所述耐火材料导流层与刚性溜槽体的夹角为20°~30°。
