带镶块的铜阳极板铸模
一、技术领域
本发明涉及有色金属冶炼设备技术领域,具体是一种带镶块的铜阳极板铸模。
二、技术背景
在铜冶金行业中,生产铜阳极板的铸模主要有铸铁模和铸钢模。但使用铸铁模和铸钢模时常存在以下问题:①浇铸铜阳极板时,铸模由于受剧冷剧热的影响在铸模内壁中部容易产生微裂纹和孔洞,甚至造成整个模具的报废,缩短了铸模的使用寿命;②浇铸铜阳极板时,热量容易在铜阳极板中部集聚,延长了铜阳极板的冷却时间,即使增加冷却水的流量热量也很难散去。
三、发明内容
本发明旨在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种带镶块的铜阳极板铸模,它可以解决上述由于铸模内壁微裂纹、孔洞造成铸模使用寿命短问题,同时还可以加快散去铜阳极板中部的热量。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的:
带镶块的铜阳极板铸模,包括铸模本体,所述铸模本体中部还有可以自由更换的铸模镶块,铸模镶块镶嵌在铸模本体的镶块孔内;所述铸模镶块包括耐热层和冷却层,镶块孔、耐热层及冷却层均设有方便放置铸模镶块的拔模斜角;所述耐热层采用耐高温合金材料制造,耐热层上表面与铸模型腔面相平齐,所述冷却层与耐热层连接,冷却层下方设有多个方便铸模散热的散热槽。
所述耐热层的厚度为20~25mm。
所述冷却层及镶块孔设有相匹配的台阶面。
所述耐热层和冷却层的拔模斜角为3°~5°。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、发明在铸模易产生微裂纹和孔洞的镶嵌铸模镶块,延长了铸模的使用寿命。
2、铸模镶块仅在工作面设置由耐高温合金材料制造而成的耐热层,而在非工作面采用由普通钢制造而成的冷却层,降低了铸模镶块的制作成本。
3、发明中在铸模镶块冷却层下方设有多个散热槽,铸模镶块的总体厚度小于铸模本体的厚度,加快了铜阳极板的冷却速度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,带镶块的铜阳极板铸模,包括铸模本体1,铸模本体1中部还有可以自由更换的铸模镶块2,铸模镶块2镶嵌在铸模本体1的镶块孔8内,铸模镶块2包括耐热层3和冷却层4,镶块孔8、耐热层3和冷却层4均设有3°~5°拔模斜角,以方便放置或取出铸模镶块2;耐热层3的厚度为20~25mm,耐热层3采用耐高温合金材料制造,耐热层3上表面与铸模型腔面6相平齐,冷却层4由普通钢材制成连接在耐热层3的下方。为便于铜阳极板冷却,在冷却层4下方设有多个方便铸模散热的散热槽5。由于散热槽5存在,铸模镶块2的总体厚度小于铸模本体1的厚度,工作时,冷却水喷向冷却层4下方的散热槽5内,在冷却水作用下,可以及时散去铜阳极板中部聚集的热量。冷却层4及镶块孔8内分别设有台阶面7、9,通过冷却层4的台阶面7与镶块孔8台阶面9的贴合,可使铸模镶块2固定在铸模本体1的镶块孔8内,并使耐热层3的上表面与铸模型腔面6保持平齐。
因为本铜阳极板铸模在易产生微裂纹和孔洞区域镶嵌了耐高温合金材料制造的铸模镶块2,并可根据铸模的使用情况随时更换破损的铸模镶块2,因此本发明具有较长的使用寿命。

1.带镶块的铜阳极板铸模,包括铸模本体,其特征在于,所述铸模本体中部还有可以自由更换的铸模镶块,铸模镶块镶嵌在铸模本体的镶块孔内;所述铸模镶块包括耐热层和冷却层,镶块孔、耐热层及冷却层均设有方便放置铸模镶块的拔模斜角;所述耐热层采用耐高温合金材料制造,耐热层上表面与铸模型腔面相平齐;所述冷却层与耐热层连接,冷却层下方设有多个方便铸模散热的散热槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带镶块的铜阳极板铸模,其特征在于:所述耐热层的厚度为20~25mm。
