Abstract

本发明公开了吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其包括片状的吸液护创材料,所述吸液护创材料布置多个贯通吸液护创材料上、下端面的伤口观察窗。通过在吸液护创材料布置上布置多个伤口观察窗,通过透明粘胶医用半透性贴膜将吸液护创材料固定在患者的伤口或者创面上后,提供一个适合伤口愈合的环境,并能通过伤口观察窗24小时查看愈合情况;当伤口或者创面大量渗液后,吸液护创材料吸液膨胀后,保持伤口或者创面表面干爽,防止渗液形成细菌滋生的病灶,并且伤口观察窗不堵塞,仍能通过伤口观察窗24小时查看愈合情况,这样能减少更换伤口贴的更换的次数,减少患者的痛苦。

吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用贴膜,特别是一种吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料。
背景技术
伤口贴一般为医用聚氨酯(PU)伤口贴,该医用聚氨酯(PU)伤口贴采用进口透气PU基材,并复合表层背衬基材,经分切、灭菌、包装制成。伤口贴只能用于小块的创伤应急治疗,从而起到暂时的止血,保护创面的作用。但是应该注意,使用的时间不宜过长。如果过久地使用它,伤口贴外层的胶布不透气。就会使伤口和伤口周围的皮肤发白,变软导致细菌的继发的感染。这样就会使伤口更加的恶化。其能在伤口或者创面不发生渗液的情况下提供利于伤口或者创面愈合的良好条件。然而,对于伤口或者创面大面积渗液时,由于伤口贴不能吸液,其渗液残留在伤口或者创面表面,一方面不利于伤口或者创面愈合,另一方面形成细菌滋生的病灶。还有,贴上伤口贴后,若需要观察伤口或者创面的愈合情况,需要将伤口贴撕下后才能观察,并贴上新的一副伤口贴,这样,提高医疗成本,并且撕下伤口贴时,会使得患者疼痛,多次更换伤口贴会增加患者的痛苦。
现需要一种能将渗液吸收、并在渗液吸收后能观察伤口或者创面的愈合情况吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其包括片状的吸液护创材料,所述吸液护创材料布置多个贯通吸液护创材料上、下端面的伤口观察窗。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述吸液护创材料包括三维互通空间结构的吸液层,所述吸液层的一侧或者两侧端面复合有三维互通空间结构的创面接触面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述吸液护创材料的一侧设有透明粘胶医用半透性贴膜。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述吸液层为压缩高吸水性聚乙烯醇材料层。 
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述吸液层的三维互通空间结构与创面接触面的三维互通空间结构互通,吸液层的三维互通空间结构、创面接触面的三维互通空间结构与伤口观察窗互通。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述伤口观察窗的截面形状为圆形、矩形、椭圆形、梯形、半圆形、半椭圆形或者三角形。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在吸液护创材料上布置多个伤口观察窗,通过透明粘胶医用半透性贴膜将吸液护创材料固定在患者的伤口或者创面上后,将伤口或创面渗液或渗血吸入护创材料中。这样一来,不仅能够为伤口或创面提供一个适合愈合的环境,而且病人或医生可以通过伤口观察窗24小时随时查看伤口愈合情况。即使当伤口或者创面大量渗液或渗血后,高吸液性护创材料吸液膨胀后,该材料保液能力极强,仍然能够保持伤口或者创面表面合适的干湿度,防止渗液或渗血在伤口或创面表面残留形成细菌等微生物滋生的病灶,导致伤口或创面感染;并且整个使用过程中伤口观察窗不堵塞,仍能通过伤口观察窗24小时随时查看伤口愈合情况,根据伤口愈合的实际情况决定是否更换伤口敷料,从而减少不必要更换伤口敷料的次数,减轻患者的痛苦。

参照图1~图2,吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其包括片状的吸液护创材料1,所述吸液护创材料1布置多个贯通吸液护创材料上、下端面的伤口观察窗2。伤口观察窗2均布吸液护创材料1。
通过在吸液护创材料1布置上布置多个伤口观察窗2,通过透明粘胶医用半透性贴膜将吸液护创材料1固定在患者的伤口或者创面上后,提供一个适合伤口愈合的环境,并能通过伤口观察窗24小时随时查看愈合情况;当伤口或者创面大量渗液后,吸液护创材料1吸液膨胀后,材料保液能力极强。因为伤口渗液或渗血进入了高吸液性护创材料内,伤口或者创面表面仍能保持合适干湿度,防止渗液形成细菌滋生的病灶,并且伤口观察窗2不堵塞,仍能通过伤口观察窗24小时随时查看愈合情况,这样能减少更换伤口贴的更换的次数,减轻患者的痛苦。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述吸液护创材料1包括三维互通空间结构的吸液层4,所述吸液层4的一侧或者两侧端面复合有三维互通空间结构的创面接触面3。创面接触面3为柔软,并且创面接触面3在吸液时保持与吸液层4之间通畅,在吸液后创面接触面3不变硬,还柔软地贴合在人体创面上。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述吸液护创材料1的一侧设有透明粘胶医用半透性贴膜。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述吸液层4为压缩高吸水性聚乙烯醇材料层,其虹吸效应,微动力吸附渗液,并且其吸液性超强,保持伤口或者创面处于最佳的干湿度。 
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述吸液层4的三维互通空间结构与创面接触面3的三维互通空间结构互通,吸液层4的三维互通空间结构、创面接触面3的三维互通空间结构与伤口观察窗2互通。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述伤口观察窗2的截面形状为圆形、矩形、椭圆形、梯形、半圆形、半椭圆形或者三角形,伤口观察窗2通过激光打孔或者其他冲孔方式均布在吸液护创材料上。根据不同伤口或者创面的形状选择合适的伤口观察窗2。

1.吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其特征在于:其包括片状的吸液护创材料,所述吸液护创材料布置多个贯通吸液护创材料上、下端面的伤口观察窗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其特征在于:所述吸液护创材料包括三维互通空间结构的吸液层,所述吸液层的一侧或者两侧端面复合有三维互通空间结构的创面接触面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其特征在于:所述吸液护创材料的一侧设有透明粘胶医用半透性贴膜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其特征在于:所述吸液层为压缩高吸水性聚乙烯醇材料层。
5.根据权利要求2所述的吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其特征在于:所述吸液层的三维互通空间结构与创面接触面的三维互通空间结构互通,吸液层的三维互通空间结构、创面接触面的三维互通空间结构与伤口观察窗互通。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的吸液性创面可观察的伤口敷料,其特征在于:所述伤口观察窗的截面形状为圆形、矩形、椭圆形、梯形、半圆形、半椭圆形或者三角形。
