本发明公开了一种肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板,该肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板包括钢板和螺钉,所述的钢板是无尖角三角形钢板,钢板为弧面形状,钢板表面设置有三个螺钉孔,螺钉垂直于钢板表面安装,在钢板的中间位置设置有三个克氏针固定孔,在钢板边缘设计有肩袖缝合孔。本发明的肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板制作成球面符合肱骨头解剖,增加钢板对骨折块或粉碎骨块的包容与压迫,螺钉与钢板成角度固定,增加抗垂直拔出力,钢板设计成仅固定肱骨大结节的尺寸,有利于微创操作,解决了骨折块粉碎不能使用螺钉固定的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板。
背景技术
对于肱骨大结节骨折目前没有专用的钢板,只有中空螺钉固定,螺钉的固定强度不够而且容易将骨折块打碎,使用螺钉固定要求肱骨大结节骨折块必须足够大,如果骨折块粉碎则不能固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板,旨在解决使用螺钉固定肱骨大结节骨折要求肱骨大结节骨折块必须足够大,如果骨折块粉碎则不能固定的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板包括钢板和螺钉,所述的钢板是无尖角三角形钢板,钢板为弧面形状,钢板表面设置有三个螺钉孔,螺钉垂直于钢板表面安装,在钢板的中间位置设置有三个克氏针固定孔,在钢板边缘设计有肩袖缝合孔。进一步,所述的每两个螺钉之间的夹角为10度。
进一步,所述的螺钉孔的轴线与钢板表面中心线之间的夹角为30度。
进一步,所述的肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板的尺寸大小仅能够固定肱骨大结节。
进一步,所述的钢板与螺钉之间的固定采用锁定技术。
效果汇总
本发明的肱骨大结节加压锁定钢板制作成球面符合肱骨头解剖,增加钢板对骨折块或粉碎骨块的包容与压迫,螺钉与钢板成角度固定,增加抗垂直拔出力,钢板设计成仅固定肱骨大结节的尺寸,有利于微创操作,解决了骨折块粉碎不能使用螺钉固定的问题。
