Abstract
一种洗碗消毒一体机,本发明涉及一种嵌入式超声波洗碗消毒一体机,本发明为了解决现有技术中有些厨房面积较小家庭同时购置洗碗机及消毒柜使得厨房空间紧张,以及现在市场上的洗碗机大多是叶轮式或喷射式,洗碗方式不适合我国碗凹度大、油腻重的情况、存在冲洗不到的盲区、清洗耗时长、耗能大的问题,所述该一体机是由抽屉式消毒单元和下铰链翻门式洗碗单元构成,其中消毒单元由上门(连抽屉)、远红外线加热器、碗篮、臭氧发生器等组成。洗碗单元由清洗槽、碗篮、超声波换能器、超声波发生器、进水管、出水管、杂物粉碎机、远红外线加热器、进水电磁阀、喷臂、排水电磁阀、下门等组成。整机电控操作面板设置在上门上方正中位置,电控盒设置在外壳后面内外壁之间,本发明用于家庭餐具的清洗及消毒。

背景技术
[0002] 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,有些家庭厨房中已经使用了洗碗机及消毒柜,但是对居住面积较小的家庭来说,同时购置洗碗机及消毒柜就显得厨房空间越发紧张,另外现在市场上销售的洗碗机大多是叶轮式或喷射式洗碗,这种清洗方式不适合我国碗凹度大、油腻重的情况,存在冲洗不到的盲区及死角,并且这种类型的机器清洗耗时长、耗能大,因此在根大程度上影响了该产品广泛进入家庭。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明为了解决现有技术不足,进而提供一种占地面积小集洗碗、消毒为一体的一种嵌入式超声波洗碗消毒一体机。
[0004] 本发明为解决上述问题而采用的技术方案是:所述一种嵌入式洗碗消毒一体机是由抽屉式消毒单元和下铰链翻门式洗碗单元构成,其中消毒单元由上门(连抽屉)、远红外线加热器、碗篮、臭氧发生器等组成。洗碗单元由清洗槽、碗篮、超声波换能器、超声波发生器、进水管、出水管、杂物粉碎机、远红外线加热器、进水电磁阀、喷臂、捧水电磁阀、下门等组成。整机电控操作面板设置在上门上方正中位置,电控盒设置在外壳后面内外壁之间。
[0005] 通常情况下,超声波洗碗消毒一体机是这样工作的:首先接通进水电磁阀电源,自来水通过进水管及进水电磁阀进入喷臂将水喷入清洗槽中,当水没过碗碟时,电磁阀断电停止供水,远红外线加热器电源接通开始加热,当水温达到要求时断电停止加热并开启超声波发生器电源使其工作,超声波发生器发送高频振荡信号给超声波换能器,超声波换能器被激励后产生超声频率波,通过超声波在水中形成的空化作用,将餐具任意表面的附着物剥离清洗干净,此时打开排水电磁阀排污水,然后接通杂物粉碎机电源开始粉碎杂物,同时接通进水电磁阀电源,继续通过喷臂喷水冲洗约I分钟,然后接通远红外线加热器电源开始进行光波加热,高温消毒及烘干。
[0006] 消毒单元工作过程:拉开上门,将碗碟放入碗篮中,推上上门(抽屉门),首先接通臭氧发生器的电源,具有弥漫性的臭氧达到一定浓度后,即可全面消灭其所在空间内的细菌,然后接通远红外线加热器的电源,开始远红外光波加热,高温消毒,同时全面分解臭氧,当设定好臭氧消毒时间及光波加热温度后,达到臭氧消毒时间后即转入远红外光波加热阶段,达到加热温度后即进行恒温控制并按预设控温时间完成整个消毒工作。
[0007] 本发明的有益效果是:采用这种结构的超声波洗碗消毒一体机,使洗碗机和消毒柜合二为一,节省了厨房空间及占地面积,由于采用超声波洗碗带来很多好处;一是节能省时残留物少;二是清洗无死角,清洁度高;三是免用化学清洗剂,环保无污染,另外本发明通过对杂物进行粉碎,可有效防止下水道堵塞及从源头上避免了垃圾对环境的污染。附图说明

[0015] 超声波洗碗消毒一体机是这样工作的:首先接通进水电磁阀电源,自来水通过进水管及进水电碰阀进入喷臂将水喷入清洗槽中,当水没过碗碟时,电磁阀断电停止供水,远红外线加热器电源接通开始加热,当水温达到要求时断电停止加热并开启超声波发生器电源使其工作,超声波发生器发送高频振荡信号给超声波换能器,超声波换能器被激励后产生超声频率波,通过超声波在水中形成的空化作用,将餐具任意表面的附着物剥离清洗干净,超声空化作用是超声清洗的最主要机理。在液体中溶解有部分空气,这些微小气泡存在于液体中,称为空化核。当超声波产生时,会带动液体振动。在这些液体运动的过程中又会融入更多的徽气泡。液体振动时其密度会发生变化。在液体密度大的地方会对空化核产生正压力,液体密度小的地方会对空化核产生负压力。当声压达到一定值时,这些空化核在受负压力的时候,会对外迅速膨胀成为较大的气泡,在正压力作用下会迅速闭合,产生巨大的冲击和局部压力,据估算闭合时的局部压力能达到上千个大气压。闭合时产生的巨大压力能冲击难溶的油污,使其从餐具上脱落。超声清洗结束后,打开排水电磁阀排污水,然后接通杂物粉碎机电源开始粉碎杂物,同时接通进水电磁阀电源,继续通过喷臂喷水冲洗约I分钟,然后接通远红外线加热器电源开始进行光波加热,高温消毒及烘干。[0016] 消毒单元工作过程:拉开上门,将碗碟放入碗篮中,推上上门(抽屉门),首先接通臭氧发生器的电源,该臭氧发生器是使用特定波长(185nm)的紫外线照射氧分子,使氧分子分解而产生臭氧,具有弥漫性的臭氧达到一定浓度后,即可全面消灭其所在空间内的细菌,然后接通远红外线加热器的电源,开始远红外光波加热,高温消毒,同时通过高温全面分解臭氧,有效避免臭氧残留威胁人体健康。当设定好臭氧消毒时间及光波加热温度和控温时间后,达到臭氧消毒时间后即转入远红外光波加热阶段,达到加热温度后即进行恒温控制并按预设控温时间完成整个消毒工作。

1.一种嵌入式超声波洗碗消毒一体机,其特征在于:所述该一体机包括抽屉式消毒单元和下铰链翻门式洗碗单元,其中消毒单元由上门(16)、远红外线加热器(9)、碗篮(3)、臭氧发生器(10)等组成。洗碗单元由清洗槽(2)、碗篮(3)、超声波换能器(4)、超声波发生器(5)、进水管6)、出水管(7)、杂物粉碎机(8)、远红外线加热器(9)、进水电磁阀(12)、喷臂(20)、排水电磁阀(21)、下门(14)等组成。整机电控操作面板(15)设置在上门(16)上方正中位置,电控盒(18)设置在外壳(I)后面内外壁之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种嵌入式超声波洗碗消毒一体机,其特征在于:所述该一体机洗碗单元还包括两个下门铰链(13),通过铰链(13)使下门(14)与外壳(I)连接起来,下门(14)与外壳(I)之间通过橡胶条实现密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种嵌入式超声波洗碗消毒一体机,其特征在于:所述超声波换能器(4)设置在清洗槽(2)右侧外壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种嵌入式超声波洗碗消毒一体机,其特征在于:所述杂物粉碎机(8)设置在清洗槽(2)下面中心内外壁通孔上并实现有效密封。
