Description

Called voice service processing method, device and system based on multimode dual-standby terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a called voice service processing method, a related device, and a system based on a multimode dual standby terminal.
Background
The 3GPP standard defines a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system architecture, where an LTE Core network only includes an Evolved Packet Core (EPC) architecture and does not include a circuit domain, and the EPC architecture is Evolved from the Packet domain and can carry data, voice and other services under the control of an Ip Multimedia Subsystem (IMS).
At present, an LTE network is built on the basis of the existing 2G/3G network, and under the condition that the coverage of the LTE network in the initial stage of building is incomplete, the 2G/3G network can be utilized to provide voice services for LTE users. A terminal capable of simultaneously accessing a 2G/3G network and an LTE network is called a multimode terminal, and the multimode terminal may be divided into: the multi-mode single-standby terminal and the multi-mode double-standby terminal are provided, the multi-mode single-standby terminal can only reside in an LTE network or a 2G/3G network, and the 3GPP standard defines two schemes of falling back to a circuit domain and controlling based on an IMS to realize the voice service of the multi-mode single-standby terminal; the multimode dual-standby terminal can simultaneously reside in an LTE network and a 2G/3G network, and can realize voice service through a 2G/3G core network circuit domain without transforming the existing 2G/3G network.
At present, the frequency bands used by the 2G and 3G wireless networks and the LTE wireless network primarily planned in china are as follows:
GSM 900: uplink 885-915 MHz/downlink 930-960 MHz;
DCS 1800: ascending 1710-1785 MHz/descending 1805-1880 MHz;
TD-SDMA: a band (2010-2025 MHz)/F band (1880-1920 MHz)/E band (2320-2370 MHz);
WCDMA: uplink at 1920-1980 MHz/downlink at 2110-2170 MHz;
TD-LTE: f band (1880-1920 MHz)/E band (2320-2370 MHz)/D band (2570-2620 MHz).
Therefore, the downlink frequency band of the DCS1800 wireless network is 1805-1880 MHz, the F frequency band of the TD-LTE wireless network is 1880-1920 MHz, and when the multimode dual-standby terminal works in the two frequency bands simultaneously, adjacent frequency interference is generated, which is represented as follows: when a terminal transmits data service in the F frequency band of a TD-LTE wireless network, the uplink data transmission process may interfere the terminal receiving the paging message sent by the 2G core network circuit domain in the downlink frequency band of the DCS1800 wireless network, and may even cause the terminal to fail to normally receive the paging message, resulting in a paging failure. At present, a functional unit for pausing a data service can be added in a multimode dual-standby terminal, and when the multimode dual-standby terminal initiates a calling voice service, the functional unit can pause the data service of the multimode dual-standby terminal, so that the interference of the calling voice service of the multimode dual-standby terminal due to the adjacent frequency bands of an LTE wireless network and a 2G/3G wireless network can be eliminated; however, no scheme capable of eliminating the interference of the called voice service of the multimode dual standby terminal due to the adjacent frequency bands of the LTE wireless network and the 2G/3G wireless network exists at present.

Detailed Description
Example one
Aiming at the problem that the frequency bands of an LTE wireless network and a 2G/3G wireless network are adjacent to interfere the called voice service of a multimode dual-standby terminal in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides a called voice service processing method based on the multimode dual-standby terminal, the flow of the method is shown in figure 1, and the method specifically comprises the following execution steps:
s10: in the process of calling a called terminal by a calling terminal, a location server to which the called terminal belongs receives a Send Routing Information (SRI) message carrying a first user identity of the called terminal, which is sent by a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) visited by the calling terminal.
In the process of calling a called terminal by a calling terminal, an MSC where the calling terminal is located first sends an SRI message to a location server to which the called terminal belongs, where the SRI message carries a first Subscriber identity of the called terminal, which is currently a Mobile Subscriber international isdn (MSISDN) number, and each Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card has a unique MISIDN.
S11: the location server to which the called terminal belongs queries a Mobility Management Entity (MME) registered by the called terminal according to the first user identity, and if the MME is queried, executes S12 and S14; otherwise, S14 is executed.
The MME registered by the called terminal is stored in the location server to which the called terminal belongs, so that the called terminal can be known to be possibly in the LTE network currently.
S12: and the position server to which the called terminal belongs indicates the inquired MME to inform the called terminal to suspend the LTE data service.
When the MME registered by the called terminal is inquired, namely the called terminal is possibly using the LTE data service currently, the inquired MME is indicated to inform the called terminal to suspend the LTE data service.
S13: and after the MME determines that the called terminal suspends the LTE data service, the MME notifies the location server.
S14: and continuing to perform the subsequent called voice service processing flow.
Whether the MME registered by the called terminal is inquired or not, the subsequent called voice service processing flow needs to be continued.
S15: and after receiving a voice service end message carrying a first user identity identifier sent by an MSC (mobile switching center) visited by the calling terminal, the position server indicates the MME to inform the called terminal of recovering the LTE data service.
When the calling terminal hangs up, the MSC visited by the calling terminal sends a voice ending message to the location server to indicate the MME to inform the called terminal to recover the LTE data service, and the voice ending message carries the first user identity of the called terminal.
S16: and after the MME determines that the called terminal recovers the LTE data service, the MME notifies the location server.
In the scheme, in the process of calling a called terminal by a calling terminal, a position server to which the called terminal belongs firstly confirms whether the called terminal uses an LTE data service, if so, the called terminal is informed of suspending the LTE data service, and after the LTE data service is suspended by the called terminal, the interference of the adjacent frequency bands of an LTE wireless network and a 2G/3G wireless network on the called voice service of a multimode dual-standby terminal can be eliminated, so that the calling terminal can be ensured to successfully call the called terminal; after the called voice services of the calling terminal and the called terminal are finished, the position server of the called terminal informs the called terminal to recover the LTE data service, so that the called terminal can be ensured to normally use the LTE data service.
The individual steps in the above-described method are described in detail below.
Specifically, the Location Server includes a Home Location Register (HLR) and a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), and after receiving an SRI message carrying a first user identity of the called terminal sent by an MSC visited by the calling terminal, the Location Server to which the called terminal belongs in S11 queries an MME registered by the called terminal according to the first user identity, specifically including: after receiving the SRI message, the HLR sends a first LTE data service blocking request message carrying a first user identity identifier to the HSS; and after receiving the first LTE data service blocking request message, the HSS queries the MME registered by the called terminal and the user identity used for registration according to the first user identity.
In order to satisfy the above signaling flow, a corresponding interface needs to be added between the HLR and the HSS.
The existing mobile terminals are divided into two types, one is an LTE multimode dual-standby single-card terminal, and the other is an LTE multimode dual-standby dual-card terminal. The LTE multimode dual-standby single-card terminal can use a user identity to reside in an LTE wireless network and a 2G/3G wireless network simultaneously, and the user identity used by the calling terminal calling the called terminal and the user identity used by the called terminal residing in the LTE wireless network are the same; the LTE multimode dual-standby dual-card terminal uses two user identity identifiers, namely one user identity identifier is used in a 2G/3G wireless network, and one user identity identifier is used in the LTE wireless network, so that the MME registered by the called terminal and the used user identity identifier need to be determined.
Specifically, the step of the location server instructing, by the MME in S12, the queried MME to notify the called terminal to suspend the LTE data service includes: and the HSS sends a second LTE data service blocking request message carrying the user identity used for registration to the MME.
After the user identity identifier used for registration of the called terminal and the registered MME are queried, a second LTE data service barring request message carrying the user identity identifier used for registration may be sent to the MME.
After the MME in S13 determines that the called terminal suspends the LTE data service, notifying the location server specifically includes: after receiving the second LTE data service blocking request message, the MME determines whether the called terminal is registered; if the user identity is registered, forwarding a second LTE data service blocking request message to the called terminal, and sending the second LTE data service blocking request message carrying the user identity used for registration to the HSS after receiving a second LTE data service blocking confirmation message returned by the called terminal; and if not, sending a second LTE data service blocking confirmation message to the HSS.
After receiving the notification sent by the MME that determines that the called terminal suspends the LTE data service, the location server in S14 records the LTE data service blocking status of the called terminal, which specifically includes: after receiving the second LTE data service blocking confirmation message, the HSS sends a first LTE data service blocking confirmation message carrying the first user identity identifier to the HLR; and the HLR receives the first LTE data service blocking confirmation message and records the LTE data service blocking state of the called terminal.
Specifically, the sending, by the HSS, a second LTE data service barring request message carrying a user identity used for registration of the called terminal to the MME specifically includes the following two cases:
first, if the HSS inquires that the user identity used for registration is the first user identity, a second LTE data service barring request message carrying the first user identity is sent to the MME.
This situation is applicable to LTE multimode dual standby single card terminals.
Secondly, if the HSS inquires that the user identity used for registration is a second user identity associated with the first user identity, a second LTE data service barring request message carrying the second user identity is sent to the MME, wherein the called terminal uses both the first user identity and the second user identity.
This situation is applicable to LTE multimode dual standby dual card terminals. At this time, the HSS is required to store the association relationship between the first user identity and the second user identity used by the LTE multimode dual-standby dual-card terminal.
If the user identity used for registration is not inquired by the HSS, the called terminal is not in the LTE network at the moment, and the processing flow of normally paging the called terminal can be continued.
Specifically, the location server includes an HLR and an HSS, and after receiving a voice service end message carrying a first user identity and sent by an MSC visited by the calling terminal, the location server in S15 instructs the MME to notify the called terminal to resume the LTE data service, which specifically includes:
after receiving a voice service end message sent by an MSC (mobile switching center) visited by a calling terminal, an HLR (home location register) sends a first LTE (long term evolution) data service recovery request message carrying a first user identity to an HSS (home location register);
and after receiving the first LTE data service recovery request message, the HSS sends a second LTE data service recovery request message carrying the user identity used for registration to the MME.
The HSS may maintain a "first LTE data service barring acknowledgement message" state machine for each user identity, so that after receiving the voice termination request message, the MME registered by the called terminal may be determined according to the user identity carried in the voice termination request message and the "first LTE data service barring acknowledgement message" maintained in the state machine, and send a second LTE data service resumption request message carrying the user identity used for registration to the MME.
After the MME in S16 determines that the called terminal recovers the LTE data service, the notification to the location server specifically includes: after receiving the second LTE data service recovery request message, the MME sends the second LTE data service recovery request message to the called terminal; and sending the LTE data service recovery confirmation message returned by the called terminal to the HSS.
Preferably, after the MME sends the second LTE data service barring request message to the called terminal, the method further includes: the MME instructs a Serving Gateway (S-GW) to suspend the downlink data traffic of the called terminal.
As a preferred scheme, after sending the second LTE data service barring request message to the called terminal, the MME may control the relevant S-GW to suspend the downlink data service of the called terminal temporarily, so as to further save LTE wireless air interface resources.
Preferably, after the MME receives the second LTE data service restoration request message and sends the second LTE data service restoration request message to the called terminal, the method further includes: and the MME instructs the S-GW to recover the downlink data service of the called terminal.
As a preferred scheme, after sending the second request message for recovering the LTE data service to the called terminal, the MME controls the relevant S-GW to recover the downlink data service of the user, so as to ensure that the called terminal can normally use the LTE data service.

Example four
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a called voice service processing method based on a multimode dual standby terminal, where the flow of the method is shown in fig. 8, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
s80: in the process of calling a called terminal by a calling terminal, an MSC visited by the called terminal receives a PRN message carrying a first user identity of the called terminal and sent by an HLR to which the called terminal belongs, or receives an IAM carrying the first user identity and sent by the MSC visited by the calling terminal.
In the existing language service of calling a called terminal by a calling terminal, a PRN message is sent after an HLR (home location register) to which the called terminal belongs receives an SRI message which is sent by an MSC (mobile switching center) to which the calling terminal visits and carries a first user identity identifier, and an IAM (international access mark) is sent after the MSC to which the calling terminal visits receives an SRI ACK message which is sent by the HLR to which the called terminal belongs and carries the first user identity identifier. After receiving the PRN message or the IAM, the MSC visited by the called terminal may trigger the procedure to prevent the LTE data service being used by the called terminal.
S81: the MSC visited by the called terminal inquires the MME registered by the called terminal according to the first user identity, and if the MME is inquired, S82 and S83 are executed; otherwise, S82 is executed.
S82: MSC visited by the called terminal continues to process the following called voice service processing flow.
Whether the MME registered by the called terminal is inquired or not, the subsequent called voice service processing flow needs to be continued.
S83: and the MSC visited by the called terminal indicates the inquired MME to inform the called terminal to suspend the LTE data service.
S84: and after the MME determines that the called terminal suspends the LTE data service, the MME notifies the MSC visited by the called terminal.
S85: after receiving the notification sent by the MME that the called terminal suspends the LTE data service, the MSC visited by the called terminal records the LTE data service blocking state of the called terminal.
S86: and after receiving the REL message carrying the first user identity identifier sent by the MSC visited by the calling terminal or the call release request message carrying the first user identity identifier sent by the called terminal, the MSC visited by the called terminal indicates the MME to inform the called terminal of recovering the LTE data service.
S87: and after the MME determines that the called terminal recovers the LTE data service, the MME notifies the MSC visited by the called terminal.
After the voice service between the calling terminal and the called terminal is finished, the MME registered by the called terminal needs to inform the called terminal to recover the LTE data service, so that the called terminal can be ensured to continue to use the LTE data service.
Specifically, the querying, by the MSC visited by the called terminal in S81 and S82, the mobility management module MME registered by the called terminal according to the first subscriber identity, and if the query is received, the query MME is indicated to instruct the called terminal to notify the called terminal to suspend the LTE data service, which specifically includes: the MSC visited by the called terminal inquires whether a first user identity exists in the stored user identity corresponding to the LTE multimode dual standby terminal; if the first user identity exists, determining that the terminal type of the called terminal is an LTE multimode dual standby terminal; inquiring MME registered by the called terminal and a user identity used for registration in the stored position information of the visiting terminal; and if the MME registered by the called terminal is inquired, sending a request message for stopping the LTE data service, which carries the user identity used for registration, to the inquired MME.
Specifically, the process of storing the user identity identifier corresponding to the LTE multimode dual standby terminal by the MSC visited by the called terminal specifically includes: after receiving an access request carrying a user identity identifier and LTE multimode dual-standby mode information, an MSC (mobile switching center) visited by a called terminal adds the user identity identifier to a user identity identifier corresponding to the LTE multimode dual-standby terminal.
Here, the MSC is required to be able to identify the LTE multimode dual standby terminal and store the terminal type as "LTE multimode dual standby terminal". Currently, in the 3GPP TS 24.008 specification, an "E-UTRA TDD support" field is defined in the "Mobile Station Classmark 3" parameter, 1 bit: "E-UTRA TDD notsunported = 0" identifies that the terminal does not support LTE, "E-UTRA TDD supported = 1" identifies that the terminal supports LTE. The terminal contains a parameter of ' Mobile Station Classmark ' in an ' LAU REQUEST message accessed to a core network MSC Server, but only ' Mobile Station Classmark1 ' and ' Mobile Station Classmark2 ' are included, and ' Mobile Station Classmark3 ' is not included; and "Mobile StationClassmark 3" is used mainly for SRVCC. The scheme needs to expand the 3GPP specification, and the value of the LTE multimode dual standby mode is increased by 'MobileStation Classmark 3', and the 'LAU REQUEST' contains 'MobileStation Classmark 3'. When receiving the information carrying the LTE multimode dual standby mode information, namely Mobile Station Classmark3, sent by the called terminal, the MSC visited by the called terminal can determine that the terminal is the LTE multimode dual standby terminal.
The process of storing the location information of the called terminal by the MSC visited by the called terminal may specifically include the following two cases:
when the terminal is in the 2G/3G wireless network, the terminal initiates position update to the visited MSC to notify the position of the terminal; and when the terminal is resided in the LTE wireless network, the terminal initiates a position update to the visited MME to notify the position of the terminal. For the LTE multimode dual standby terminal, since the LTE multimode dual standby terminal can be simultaneously camped on the 2G/3G wireless network and the LTE wireless network, in order to prevent the LTE data service during the process of the called voice service performed by the called terminal, the MSC visited by the called terminal is required to store the location information of the called terminal. The terminal can carry the 'joint position updating' mark when the process position of the MME is updated, and the MME initiates the 'joint position updating' with the MSC of the 2G/3G core network according to the 'joint position updating' mark; it is also possible to initiate a "joint location update" with the MSC of the 2G/3G core network directly for all accessed terminals through the MME.
Therefore, the MSC visited by the called terminal receives the location update request message carrying the first subscriber identity sent by the called terminal and the combined location update request message carrying the first subscriber identity sent by the MME registered by the called terminal in sequence, and the processing procedures are different for different kinds of called terminals.
If the called terminal is an LTE multimode dual-standby single-card terminal, after an MSC (mobile switching center) visited by the called terminal receives a first Location updating request message carrying a first user identity identifier and sent by the called terminal and a combined Location updating request message carrying the first user identity identifier and sent by an MME (mobility management entity) registered by the called terminal in sequence, the Location Area Identity (LAI) information of the first user identity identifier used by the called terminal and the registered MME are stored; the first combined location updating request message is sent to an MSC (mobile switching center) where the called terminal is located by an MME (mobility management entity) after the MME receives a second location updating request which is sent by the called terminal and carries a combined location updating identifier and a first user identity identifier or receives a second location updating request message which is sent by the called terminal and carries the first user identity identifier;
at this time, the MSC visited by the called terminal stores the LAI information of the called terminal in the 2G/3G wireless network and the location information in the LTE wireless network (i.e. the currently visited MME).
If the called terminal is an LTE multimode dual-standby dual-card terminal, after an MSC (mobile switching center) visited by the called terminal receives a first position updating request message carrying a first user identity identifier and sent by the called terminal and a combined position updating request message carrying a second user identity identifier and sent by an MME (mobility management entity) registered by the called terminal, acquiring the association relationship between the first user identity identifier and the second user identity identifier from an HLR (home location register), and storing LAI (local area identity) information of the first user identity identifier used by the called terminal and the MME registered by the called terminal by the second user identity identifier associated with the first user identity identifier; the combined location update request message is sent to the MSC where the called terminal is located by the MME after the MME receives a fifth location update request carrying the combined location update identity and the second subscriber identity sent by the called terminal or receives a second location update request carrying the second subscriber identity sent by the called terminal.
At this time, after the MSC visited by the called terminal respectively completes the updating of the first user identity used by the called terminal and the position using the second user identity, the information that the first user identity and the second user identity used by the called terminal are associated to the same terminal is obtained from the subscription information stored by the HLR to which the called terminal belongs, and the information that the first user identity (used for accessing the 2G/3G network and providing voice service) and the second user identity (used for accessing the LTE network and not providing voice service) are used by the called terminal in the user subscription information, then the MSC visited by the called terminal can simultaneously use the position information of the first user identity and the second user identity by the called terminal, wherein the position information that the first user identity is used by the called terminal in the 2G/3G wireless network (namely the MSC visited at present) and the position information that the second user identity is used by the called terminal in the LTE network are stored, and the position information that the second user identity is used by the called terminal in the LTE network is not provided with the second user identity Location information of the wire mesh (i.e. currently visited MME).

if the MSC inquired by the called terminal that the user identity used for registration is a second user identity associated with the first user identity, sending an LTE data service blocking request message carrying the second user identity to the MME, wherein the called terminal uses the first user identity and the second user identity simultaneously.
Specifically, after the MME in S84 determines that the called terminal suspends the LTE data service, the MME notifies the MSC visited by the called terminal, which specifically includes: after receiving the LTE data service blocking request message, the MME determines whether the called terminal is registered; if the LTE data service is registered, forwarding an LTE data service blocking request message to the called terminal, and sending the LTE data service blocking request message carrying the user identity used for registration to an MSC visited by the called terminal after receiving the LTE data service blocking confirmation message returned by the called terminal; if not, sending a message for stopping LTE data service confirmation to the MSC visited by the called terminal.
Specifically, the step of continuing the subsequent called voice service processing procedure by the MSC visited by the called terminal in S83 includes: MSC visited by the called terminal directly continues the called terminal; or after the MSC visited by the called terminal delays for a set time length, calling the called terminal; or after receiving the message for stopping the LTE data service confirmation, the MSC visited by the called terminal calls the called terminal.
Specifically, the instructing, by the MSC visited by the called terminal in S85, the MME to notify the called terminal to recover the LTE data service includes: and the MSC visited by the called terminal sends a request message for recovering the LTE data service, which carries the user identity used for registration, to the MME.
After the MME in S86 determines that the called terminal recovers the LTE data service, the MME notifies the MSC visited by the called terminal, which specifically includes: after receiving the request message for recovering the LTE data service, the MME sends the request message to the called terminal; and sending the LTE data service recovery confirmation message returned by the called terminal to the MSC visited by the called terminal after receiving the LTE data service recovery confirmation message.
Specifically, after the MME sends the LTE data service barring request message to the called terminal, the method further includes: and the MME instructs the S-GW to suspend the downlink data service of the called terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the request message for recovering the LTE data service and sending the request message to the called terminal, the MME further includes: and the MME instructs the S-GW to recover the downlink data service of the called terminal.
The following describes in detail a called voice service processing method based on a multimode dual standby terminal in this embodiment with reference to a flow of a calling terminal calling a called terminal in the prior art, where the flow of the method is shown in fig. 9, and the specific implementation steps are as follows:
s900: in the process of calling a called terminal by a calling terminal, an MSC (mobile switching center) visited by the calling terminal sends an SRI (short message identifier) message carrying a first user identity of the called terminal to an HLR (home location register) to which the called terminal belongs.
S901: after receiving the SRI message, the HLR to which the called terminal belongs sends a PRN message carrying a first user identity identifier to the MSC visited by the called terminal.
S902: after receiving the PRN message, the MSC visited by the called terminal inquires the MME registered by the called terminal and the user identity used for registration according to the first user identity, and sends a request message for preventing LTE data service, which carries the user identity used for registration, to the searched MME. Then S908 is performed.
S903: after receiving the LTE blocking data service, the MME determines whether the called terminal is registered; if so, executing S904; otherwise, S907 is performed.
S904: and forwarding the LTE data service blocking request message to the called terminal.
S905: and after receiving the LTE data service blocking request message, the called terminal suspends the LTE data service and returns an LTE data service blocking confirmation message carrying the user identity used for registration to the MME.
S906: and after receiving the LTE data service blocking confirmation message, the MME sends the LTE data service blocking confirmation message to the MSC visited by the called terminal.
S907: and the MME sends a message for stopping the LTE data service confirmation to the MSC visited by the called terminal.
S908: and the MSC visited by the called terminal returns a PRN ACK message to the HLR to which the called terminal belongs.
The home HLR of the called terminal performs S902, and then immediately performs S908.
S909: and after receiving the PRN ACK message, the HLR to which the called terminal belongs sends an SRI ACK message to the MSC visited by the calling terminal.
S910: after receiving the SRI ACK message, the MSC visited by the calling terminal sends an IAM to the MSC visited by the called terminal.
The manner of blocking the LTE data traffic of the called terminal according to the steps of S901-910 may be referred to as an early blocking manner. S908 may be executed after S901, and then S902 may be executed after S910 is executed, and this manner of blocking the LTE data service of the called terminal may be referred to as a late blocking manner. Both of these two ways can effectively block the LTE data service of the called terminal.
S911: and the MSC visited by the called terminal pages the called terminal through the 2G/3G wireless network.
S912: and the MSC where the called terminal is located sends the ACM message to the MSC visited by the calling terminal.
At this time, the calling terminal can receive the echo ring, and then the called terminal can talk after answering.
After S910, the MSC visited by the called terminal may directly perform S911; or after the MSC visited by the called terminal delays for a set time length, S911 is executed; or after receiving the LTE data service blocking acknowledgement message of S906, the MSC visited by the called terminal performs S911.
S913: after the called terminal hangs up, the MSC visited by the called terminal sends a request message for recovering the LTE data service, which carries the user identity used for registration, to the MME registered by the called terminal.
S914: and after receiving the LTE data service recovery request message, the MME sends the message to the called terminal.
S915: and after receiving the LTE data service recovery request message, the called terminal recovers the LTE data service and returns an LTE data service recovery confirmation message to the MME.
S916: and after receiving the LTE data service recovery confirmation message, the MME sends the message to the MSC visited by the called terminal.
