Abstract

随着排放法规和节能要求的严格,发动机喷油精确控制非常必要。本发明涉及一种用于柴油机高压共轨喷射系统的阻容式液力滤波器,液力滤波器的结构如图1所示,由接头1、容腔体2、密封垫片3、活塞4、容积改变附件5和阻尼孔6构成。滤波器的主要液力单元包括液压容腔O和阻尼孔6,其它液力单元如S、T、U、M和R均是用于连接目的。该液力滤波器安装于高压共轨燃油喷射系统喷油器入口处,阻尼孔直径和容腔O的体积可以根据高压共轨液力系统的特征进行调整,具有燃油快速补充作用和能量耗散作用,可以很好地消除共轨液力系统压力波动。本发明的方法可以有效消除压力波动,减少共轨油量标定匹配的难度,具有较好的应用前景。

Description

一种阻容式高压共轨系统液力滤波器
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种新型阻容式高压共轨液力系统滤波器,具体为柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射系统用。 
背景技术:
高压共轨燃油喷射系统进行多次喷射时,同一喷油器在一个发动机循环内进行的相邻两次喷射的时间间隔很短,前一次喷射引起的高压油管和喷油器油路内燃油压力波动会导致后一次喷射的喷油量出现偏差。以两次喷射为例,第一次喷射导致的压力波动会使第二次喷射的喷油量随两次喷射时间间隔的增大呈周期性的往复变化,最大喷油量能达到相同轨压、相同脉宽下的单次喷油量的2倍甚至更多,最小喷油量仅为相同轨压、相同脉宽下的单次喷油量的1/5甚至更少。多次喷射喷油量偏差会导致柴油机的经济性和排放性能恶化,多次喷射喷油量偏差无法通过标定彻底消除,必须通过液力系统结构改进来消除。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种结构合理,加工技术难度适中的阻容式液力滤波器。 
本发明是这样实现的:液力滤波器安装在喷油器入口处,容腔O比共轨管距喷油器更近。高压共轨燃油喷射系统喷油器打开后,喷油器油路内燃油压力迅速下降,容腔O中的燃油在自身弹性的作用下快速流入喷油器,减小喷油器中燃油与共轨管中燃油的压力差,进而降低压力波动幅度。阻尼孔具有能量耗散作用,可以使燃油压力波迅速衰减。

具体实施方案:
参见图1,本发明是一种阻容式液力滤波器。它是由容腔O和阻尼孔6两个液力单元组成。共轨液力系统中包括高压油管、阻容式液力滤波器和喷油器的油路简图如图2所示,A为连接共轨管和喷油器的高压油管,S、T、U、M、N、R和O构成阻容式液力滤波器,且分别与图1中的字母一一对应。高压油管和喷油器分别采用螺纹与接头连接,容腔体2与接头1也是采用螺纹连接。阻尼孔结构如图3所示,夹在接头1和容腔体2之间,为了保证密封良好,拧紧接头和容腔体时,拧紧力矩需满足一定的要求。容腔体和活塞4通过螺纹连接,密封垫片3夹在容腔体和活塞之间,为了保证密封良好,拧紧活塞和容腔体时,拧紧力矩需满足一定要求。 

Claims (4)

1.一种阻容式液力滤波器,其特征是由一个液压容腔和一个阻尼孔构成,由容腔和阻尼孔配合实现燃油压力波动的调节。 
2.如权利要求1所述的一种阻容式液力滤波器,其特征是阻尼孔和容腔处于一个单独的油路分支,即由高压油管流入喷油器的燃油可能不经过阻尼孔。 
3.如权利要求1所述的一种阻容式液力滤波器,其特征是安装在高压共轨燃油喷射系统喷油器入口处。 
4.如权利要求1所述的一种阻容式液力滤波器,其特征是容腔O中的燃油,必须经阻尼孔后才能流出。
