本发明涉及一种切割装置。
背景技术
通常的切割装置有各种刀、各种锯等，其锋口存在使用中容易变钝、不便磨锋利、所切物易粘刀等缺点。如普通厨刀，刀刃在使用中由于与较硬砧板切割全面接触容易变钝。如厨刀中的尖齿刃口刀，其刃口用钝后用普通磨石及专用工具均无法将其磨锋利。如普通厨刀，切菜菜易粘刀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述状况，提供一种改进的切割装置，它在使用中不容易变钝，使用普通磨石即可磨锋利，使用中所切物不易粘刀，且可主要用于锯。
本发明的技术方案是：一种切割装置，有切割体，切割体边部连接切割刃口，切割刃口为波形刃口，波形刃口波峰内侧至波形刃口中心线距离为0.001mm至15mm，切割体厚度为波形刃口厚度的0.8至0.2。波形刃口波峰内侧至波形刃口中心线距离可为0.02mm。由于波形刃口波峰内侧至波形刃口中心线＞0，则在以一定角度将波形刃口双面磨至波形刃口中心线后，刃口既呈主视波形状又呈侧视波形状。本切割装置在用钝后，使用普通磨石即可将其磨锋利。由于本切割装置具有三维波形刃口，本切割装置主要用于锯也可用于切，既提高切割效率，又不易用钝。本切割装置可连接柄、锯弓、电锯装置等使用。
本发明的有益效果是：由于本切割装置波形刃口波峰内侧至波形刃口中心线＞0，本切割装置具有三维波形刃口，所以本切割装置具有用钝后使用普通磨石即可将其磨锋利、既可主要用于锯又可用于切、既提高了切割效率又不易用钝等优点。

1.一种切割装置，有切割体，切割体边部连接切割刃口，其特征在于切割刃口为波形刃口，波形刃口波峰内侧至波形刃口中心线距离为0.001mm至15mm，切割体厚度为波形刃口厚度的0.8至0.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述切割装置，其特征是波形刃口波峰内侧至波形刃口中心线距离为0.02mm。
