直线修整器修整凹形砂轮的方法,包括下列步骤:首先按原直线修整器底座制作成上半体底座和下半体底座并结合为一体;再将修整器心轴安装底座顶面的修整器直线导轨上,使固定有金刚笔的修整器心轴轴心线调整至修整器直线导轨中间,并使金刚笔尖与砂轮宽度的中点对齐,把推动金刚笔的油缸内活塞处于活塞行程的中点;调整好后将修整器上半体底座与修整器下半体底座固定六方螺栓松开,以金刚笔尖为圆心,以固定螺栓为半径旋转一定角度,使修整器直线导轨与砂轮轴心线倾斜,修整出的砂轮外圆表面形成轻微凹陷。本发明主要解决了常规修整器无法修整R=30000凹形砂轮的问题,修整器结构简单,适用性强,容易操作。

Description

直线修整器修整凹形砂轮的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及机械磨削砂轮修整技术,特别是涉及直线修整器修整凹形砂轮的方法。
背景技术
现有的修整器有直线修整器与曲线修整器之分,曲线修整器又分为凸形砂轮修整器与凹形砂轮修整器。只要是修整器在直线导轨上做直线运动,称之为直线修整器,就可修整出圆柱形砂轮。而曲线修整器有曲线导轨式,定轴转动式,仿形板式三种修整方式,修整半径最大只有2000毫米左右。由于结构的限制,更大半径就无法修整。而轴承圆柱滚子表面要求有轻微凸度;在120毫米长度上弦高只有0.06毫米即R=30000毫米,这在常规修整器上是无法实现的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,根据常规修整器无法修整R=30000凹形砂轮的问题,提供一种直线修整器修整凹形砂轮的方法,该方法是为M1080无心磨床加工轴承圆柱滚子、圆锥滚子外圆表面带有凸度滚子而修整凹形砂轮的方法,此修整器结构简单,价格范围广,适用性强,容易操作。
采用的技术方案是:
直线修整器修整凹形砂轮的方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)首先进行测量,按原来直线修整器底座制作成上半体底座和下半体底座并结合为一体的修整器底座;
(2)将修整器心轴安装在修整器底座顶面的修整器直线导轨上,使固定有金刚笔的修整器心轴轴心线调整至修整器直线导轨中间,并使金刚笔尖与砂轮宽度的中点对齐,把推动金刚笔的油缸内活塞处于活塞行程的中点,使之金刚笔尖,导轨中点,砂轮宽度的中点理论上处于同一位置;
(3)调整好后将修整器上半体底座与修整器下半体底座固定六方螺栓松开,以金刚笔尖为圆心,以固定螺栓为半径旋转一定角度,使修整器直线导轨与砂轮轴心线倾斜,修整出的砂轮外圆表面形成轻微凹陷,以达到修整目的。
本发明主要解决了常规修整器无法修整R=30000凹形砂轮的问题,该方法适用于M1080无心磨床加工轴承圆柱滚子、圆锥滚子外圆表面带有凸度滚子而修整成凹形砂轮的方法,此修整器结构简单,价格范围广,适用性强,容易操作。

具体实施方式
实施例
本例以M1080无心磨床加工轴承圆柱滚子、圆锥滚子外圆表面带有凸度滚子而设计的砂轮直线修整器及修整凹形砂轮的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:
(1)首先进行测量,按原来直线修整器底座制作成上半体底座4和下半体底座7并结合为一体的修整器底座;
(2)将修整器心轴2安装在修整器底座顶面的修整器直线导轨3上,使固定有金刚笔6的修整器心轴2轴心线调整至修整器直线导轨3中间,并使金刚笔尖与砂轮10宽度的中点对齐,把推动金刚笔的油缸8内活塞9处于活塞行程的中点,使之金刚笔尖,导轨中点,砂轮宽度的中点理论上处于同一位置;
(3)调整好后将修整器上半体底座4与修整器下半体底座7固定六方螺栓5松开,以金刚笔尖为圆心,以固定螺栓5为半径旋转一定角度,使修整器直线导轨3与砂轮10轴心线倾斜,修整出的砂轮外圆表面形成轻微凹陷,以达到修整目的。本例设圆柱滚子长度为120毫米,表面凸度为0.06毫米,即弦高为0.06毫米,砂轮直径500毫米,直线导轨以金刚笔尖为圆心逆时针旋转或顺时针旋转5°31′就可以达到要求。经检测结果表明;在120毫米长度上弦高0.06毫米,R=30000毫米,达到设计要求,使产品质量有了保证。
直线修整器修整凹形砂轮工作原理
先将修整器心轴2位于修整器直线导轨3中点,并与砂轮10宽度中点O对齐,活塞9位于油缸8中点,调整好后将修整器上半体底座4与下半体底座7上六方螺栓5松开,(见图3),以金刚笔尖O点为圆心,以六方螺栓为半径逆时针或顺时针旋转一个小角度,修整器上半体底座4右侧向上倾斜至B点或左侧向下倾斜至A点,金刚笔尖原位不动,B点和A点距砂轮10外圆有一个设定间隙。金刚笔尖接触砂轮,启动油泵电机,使修整器心轴2在修整器直线导轨3向左、向右移动,扭动手轮1金刚笔6进刀,修整砂轮先从中点开始。随着进刀的深入,修整砂轮从中间逐步向砂轮宽度两边进行,最终修整成凹形砂轮。

Claims (1)

1.直线修整器修整凹形砂轮的方法,其特征在于包括下列步骤:
A、首先进行测量,按原来直线修整器底座制作成上半体底座(4)和下半体底座(7)并结合为一体的修整器底座;
B、将修整器心轴(2)安装在修整器底座顶面的修整器直线导轨(3)上,使固定有金刚笔(6)的修整器心轴(2)轴心线调整至修整器直线导轨(3)中间,并使金刚笔尖与砂轮(10)宽度的中点对齐,把推动金刚笔的油缸(8)内活塞(9)处于活塞行程的中点,使之金刚笔尖,导轨中点,砂轮宽度的中点处于同一位置;
C、调整好后将修整器上半体底座(4)与修整器下半体底座(7)固定六方螺栓(5)松开,以金刚笔尖为圆心,以固定螺栓(5)为半径旋转一定角度,使修整器直线导轨(3)与砂轮(10)轴心线倾斜。
