Description
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1所述特征的用于连接两个构件的连接元件以及一种如权利要求6所述特征的构件连接节。
本发明的目的是,提供一种可多方面应用的、用于连接两个构件的连接元件,该连接元件在一定范围内还能够对在需彼此连接的构件定位时可能出现的误差进行补偿。
上述目的通过权利要求1的特征得以实现。本发明的有益的构造和发展设计可由从属权利要求得出。
本发明的思想在于,提供一种类似“球节”的连接元件。本发明的连接元件具有一个类似关节窝的“承纳件”,该承纳件要与第一构件连接,以及具有一个置入所述承纳件内的“球状元件”,该球状元件在所述承纳件中可以旋转。一个“功能元件”从球状元件伸出,该功能元件用于与第二构件连接。类似于球节,所述球状元件和从其伸出的所述功能元件相对所述承纳件可旋转地设置。
通过使球状元件和与之相连接的功能元件旋转,可以在有限范围内对在两个需彼此连接的构件相对定位时可能产生的误差进行“平衡补偿”。
所说“球状元件”的概念应作广泛理解。在此,该元件并不一定必须涉及全球形。它还可以是截球形或者也可以是一种与球体形状完全不同的、能够实现该球状元件在承纳件内或者相对于承纳件旋转的形状。
根据本发明的一种发展设计,功能元件具有用于与第二构件螺接的螺纹。该功能元件例如可以构造成螺纹销,也就是说,构造成带有外螺纹的销钉状的部段。
但是原则上也可以在功能元件中设置内螺纹,例如一螺栓能够拧入该内螺纹中,功能元件通过该螺栓与第二构件连接。
作为此外的可选方案,功能元件还可以构造成带有内螺纹的螺母状的元件。
功能元件的外周也可以构造成“多边形”,相当于或等同于螺母的“多边形”。
本发明特别是还包括一种构件连接节本身,其中,上述连接元件的承纳件被置入第一构件的通孔内或者凹腔、凹槽或类似结构内,或者以其他方式与所述第一构件相连接。承纳件可以设置有搭接所述通孔、凹槽、凹腔等的边缘或突出部。
另外可以规定:承纳件、或者更确切地说是该承纳件的外部轮廓或外部轮廓的一部分与第一构件形状锁合地卡接。
为此,可以在承纳件的外侧上设置至少一个卡锁元件,该卡锁元件在第一构件的背离所述边缘或边缘段的一侧上反扣(即从后面卡夹)所述通孔。
承纳件可以附加地与第一构件粘合在一起。
承纳件可以例如由金属特别是由钢或由铝制成。作为此外的可选方案,它也可以由塑料材料制成。
功能元件和/或球状元件同样可以由金属特别是由钢或铝制成。作为此外的可选方案,功能元件和/或球状元件也可以由塑料材料制成。
本发明能够得到非常广泛的应用。要彼此连接的构件中的一个或两个可以是例如车辆部件,特别是车辆的车身部件。要彼此连接的构件中的一个或两个可以完全或者部分地由塑料、特别是由纤维增强塑料材料构成。
本发明特别是适合于所谓的“混合结构应用”,也就是说,适合于要将不同材料的构件通过连接元件相互连接起来的应用场合。这样的混合结构在汽车制造中得到越来越多的应用。在此,例如涉及到使由金属(例如钢或者铝)构成的第一构件与塑料构件(例如纤维增强的塑料构件)相连接。本发明的连接元件特别适合于这种情况。
下文将结合附图详细地阐述本发明。附图中:
图1、2为本发明的第一实施例;
图3、4为本发明的第二或第三实施例,和
图5、6为本发明的第四实施例。
图1和2示出了一个连接元件1,该连接元件具有一个承纳件2,一个球状元件3置入该承纳件内。从球状元件3伸出一个设置有外螺纹4的销钉5。销钉5用作功能元件,该功能元件用于与一个此处未示出的第二构件连接。球状元件3和从其伸出的销钉5能够相对承纳件2或者在承纳件2内转动。在图1、2所示出的实施例中,承纳件2被置入一个设置在第一构件6中的空隙部7内,该空隙部在此涉及的是一个通孔。承纳件2可以与第一构件6附加地粘合在一起。
在图2所示出的实施例中,承纳件2具有一个超出孔7伸出的、也就是说超过孔7的边缘突伸的边缘或边缘段8。该边缘或边缘段8因此搭接着通孔7。
附加地,可以在第一构件6的背离所述边缘或边缘段8的一侧上在承纳件2的外侧上设置一个卡锁元件(未示出),通过该卡锁元件,承纳件2能够与第一构件6形状锁合地卡接。
图3、4示出的是本发明的另外的实施例。在图3的实施例中,连接元件1取代销钉而构造成环5a。
在图4的实施例中,功能元件构造成具有内螺纹的螺母5b。
图5和6的实施例示出的是这样一种连接元件1,该连接元件具有两个承纳件2a、2b,这些承纳件分别被置入一个设置在第一构件6中的孔7a、7b内。此连接元件1虽然具有两个承纳件2a、2b,但是只有一个功能元件,该功能元件将所述两个承纳件2a、2b相互连接。如可以最清楚地从图6中看出的那样,功能元件在此构造成带有内螺纹的螺母5c。螺母5c与图4的实施例不同,其设置为:使该螺母5c的纵轴线或者说螺纹轴线沿着基本上垂直于第一构件6的方向延伸。
Claims (13)
1.用于连接两个构件的连接元件,其包括用于与第一构件(6)连接的承纳件(2),球状元件(3)置入该承纳件内,其中,从该球状元件(3)伸出功能元件(5),该功能元件用于与第二构件连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接元件,其特征在于:所述球状元件(3)和从其伸出的所述功能元件(5)能够相对所述承纳件(2)旋转。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的连接元件,其特征在于:所述功能元件(5)具有用于与所述第二构件螺接的螺纹(4)。
4.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的连接元件,其特征在于:所述功能元件(5)具有用于与所述第二构件螺接的螺纹销(5)。
5.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的连接元件,其特征在于:所述功能元件(5)为带有内螺纹的螺母状的元件(5b,5c)。
6.包括如权利要求1至5之任一项所述的连接元件的构件连接节,其中,所述承纳件(2)被置入所述第一构件(6)的通孔(7)内。
7.如权利要求6所述的构件连接节,其特征在于:所述承纳件(2)具有搭接所述通孔(7)的边缘或边缘段(8)。
8.如权利要求6或7之任一项所述的构件连接节,其特征在于:所述承纳件(2)与所述第一构件(6)形状锁合地卡接。
9.如权利要求8所述的构件连接节,其特征在于:在所述承纳件(2)的外侧上设置有至少一个卡锁元件,该卡锁元件在所述第一构件(6)的背离所述边缘或边缘段(8)的一侧上反扣所述通孔(7)。
10.如权利要求6至9之任一项所述的构件连接节,其特征在于:所述承纳件(2)与所述第一构件(6)形状锁合地粘合在一起。
11.如权利要求6至10之任一项所述的构件连接节,其特征在于:所述承纳件(2)与所述第一构件(6)粘合在一起。
12.如权利要求6至11之任一项所述的构件连接节,其特征在于:所述承纳件(2)由金属特别是由钢或铝构成,或者由塑料构成。
13.如权利要求6至12之任一项所述的构件连接节,其特征在于:所述功能元件(5)和/或球状元件(3)由金属特别是由钢或铝构成,或者由塑料构成。
