本发明公开了一种光伏组件升降旋转机构,它包括流水线支架和传送皮带,所述传送皮带固定安装在流水线支架的顶部,在流水线支架的前端安装有第一红外感应器,后端安装有第二红外感应器,所述流水线支架的底座上固定安装有风扇和升降机构,在流水线支架的顶部安装有滚轴固定支架,耐高温滚轴安装在滚轴固定支架上。本发明具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,这种流水线单元在组件长时间停留时会自动将组件上升,使高温的组件与传送皮带分离开,并且组件下方的风扇会同时启动,加速组件冷却,从而保护了传送皮带,防止皮带过快老化,减小了设备磨损。

背景技术
在光伏组件生产过程中,清胶和割边的作业方法是将组件放到一张固定的桌子上,由两名员工分别站在桌子的两端,各自清洁一半组件,每人割一条长边一条短边。如果换成一个人作业的话,这个人需要边割边边围着桌子转圈,然后再边清胶边围着桌子转圈,劳动强度较大。

发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种光伏组件升降旋转机构。
技术方案:一种光伏组件升降旋转机构,包括底板,侧板,交叉支杆,固定转轴,活动转轴和气缸,所述侧板包括下侧板和上侧板,侧板的一端设有滑动凹槽,所述下侧板固定安装在底板上,所述气缸安装在底板的中心,所述固定转轴固定安装在侧板的一端,活动转轴活动套接在侧板另一端的活动凹槽内,所述交叉支杆一端套接在固定转轴上,另一端套接在活动转轴上,所述上侧板与横梁构成工字形结构,十字托盘通过一个转轴支座固定在横梁上。
作为优选,所述底板的底部安装有水平调节支座,底板的个数为3个。
作为优选,所述下侧板个数为2个,所述上侧板的个数为2个。
作为优选,所述固定转轴个数为2个,所述活动转轴的个数为2个。
有益效果:本发明具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,将升降机构与十字托盘相结合,大大的提高了工作效率,实现了减员增效和降低员工劳动强度的目的。

如图1所示,一种光伏组件升降旋转机构,包括底板1,侧板,交叉支杆4,固定转轴5,活动转轴8和气缸9,侧板包括下侧板2和上侧板3,侧板的一端设有滑动凹槽,下侧板2固定安装在底板1上,气缸9安装在底板1的中心,固定转轴5固定安装在侧板的一端,活动转轴8活动套接在侧板另一端的活动凹槽内,交叉支杆4一端套接在固定转轴5上,另一端套接在活动转轴8上,所述上侧板3与横梁7构成工字形结构,十字托盘6通过一个转轴支座固定在横梁7上,底板1的底部安装有水平调节支座10,底板1的个数为3个,下侧板2个数为2个,上侧板3的个数为2个,固定转轴5的个数为2个,活动转轴8的个数为2个。
