本发明公开了一种改性聚乙烯粉末及其制备方法。本发明的一种改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯20%~60%、ABS 10%~30%、玻璃纤维10%~30%、聚合型阻燃剂8%~15%、三氧化二锑2%~10%、弹性体5%~15%、相容剂2%~5%、润滑分散剂0.1%~1%、其他添加剂0.1%~0.5%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明采用玻纤增强,复合阻燃剂与三氧化二锑协效阻燃,ABS改性增韧,使制得的聚乙烯粉末具有优良的综合性能,其冲击强度好,耐热性高,无卤阻燃高效安全环保,同时外观质量好,成本低,易于加工,因此具有很好的实用价值和应用前景,广泛应用于包装、化工、机械、管材、建筑及食品加工等行业。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种改性聚乙烯粉末及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯(PE)价格低廉,成型加工容易,而且具有许多优良性能,因而需求量大,应用面广。但聚乙烯存在耐应力龟裂性不好、易燃烧、耐热性不足等缺点,从而限制其在某些领域的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐应力龟裂性好、冲击强度高、耐磨性强、耐热性优良和具有良好阻燃性能的改性聚乙烯粉末及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯20%~60%、ABS 10%~30%、玻璃纤维10%~30%、聚合型阻燃剂8%~15%、三氧化二锑2%~10%、弹性体5%~15%、相容剂2%~5%、润滑分散剂0.1%~1%、其他添加剂0.1%~0.5%。
所述的ABS为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,其含胶量占15wt%~30wt%。
所述的玻璃纤维为表面经硅烷偶联剂处理过的无碱玻璃纤维。
所述的聚合型阻燃剂为聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚,其相对分子量为5000~8000。
所述的弹性体为丁二烯与丙烯腈的高分子极性聚合物NBR、高分子热塑型聚氨酯TPU、聚苯乙烯-聚乙烯-聚丁烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物SEBS、乙烯-丙烯-非共轭二烯烃共聚物EPDM中的一种。
所述的相容剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-丙烯乙酯三元聚合物、马来酸酐接枝丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物、苯乙烯-顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物中的一种。
所述的润滑分散剂为聚硅氧烷或硬酯酸钙。
所述的其他添加剂为抗氧剂及光稳定剂。
上述的一种改性聚乙烯粉末的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将ABS在80℃~120℃下干燥2~4小时,待用;
(2)将聚合型阻燃剂在80℃~100℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;
(3)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的ABS和聚合型阻燃剂,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、三氧化二锑、弹性体、相容剂、润滑分散剂和其他添加剂,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合2~5分钟;
(4)再将步骤(3)的混合料投入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,将按重量配比称取的经过硅烷偶联剂处理过的玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,控制螺杆转速在180~600转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~220℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼,再进行挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种改性聚乙烯粉末。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明采用玻纤增强,复合阻燃剂与三氧化二锑协效阻燃,ABS改性增韧,使制得的聚乙烯粉末具有优良的综合性能,其冲击强度好,耐热性高,无卤阻燃高效安全环保,同时外观质量好,成本低,易于加工,因此具有很好的实用价值和应用前景,广泛应用于包装、化工、机械、管材、建筑及食品加工等行业。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯40%、ABS 15%、无碱玻璃纤维15%、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚10%、三氧化二锑5%、丁二烯与丙烯腈的高分子极性聚合物NBR 10%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-丙烯乙酯三元聚合物4%、聚硅氧烷0.5%、其他添加剂0.5%。其中,所述的ABS为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,其含胶量占15wt%~30wt%;所述的其他添加剂为抗氧剂及光稳定剂。
制备方法:(1)将ABS在80℃~120℃下干燥2~4小时,待用;(2)将聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚在80℃~100℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;(3)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的ABS和聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、三氧化二锑、丁二烯与丙烯腈的高分子极性聚合物NBR、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-丙烯乙酯三元聚合物、聚硅氧烷和其他添加剂,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合2~5分钟;(4)再将步骤(3)的混合料投入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,将按重量配比称取的经过硅烷偶联剂处理过的无碱玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,控制螺杆转速在180~600转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~220℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼,再进行挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种改性聚乙烯粉末。

一种改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯60%、ABS 10%、无碱玻璃纤维10%、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚8%、三氧化二锑4%、高分子热塑型聚氨酯TPU 5%、马来酸酐接枝丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物2%、硬酯酸钙0.5%、其他添加剂0.5%。其中,所述的ABS为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,其含胶量占15wt%~30wt%;所述的其他添加剂为抗氧剂及光稳定剂。

一种改性聚乙烯粉末,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯20%、ABS 20%、无碱玻璃纤维30%、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚10%、三氧化二锑5%、乙烯-丙烯-非共轭二烯烃共聚物EPDM10%、苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物4%、聚硅氧烷0.8%、其他添加剂0.2%。其中,所述的ABS为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,其含胶量占15wt%~30wt%;所述的其他添加剂为抗氧剂及光稳定剂。

1.一种改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯20%~60%、ABS 10%~30%、玻璃纤维10%~30%、聚合型阻燃剂8%~15%、三氧化二锑2%~10%、弹性体5%~15%、相容剂2%~5%、润滑分散剂0.1%~1%、其他添加剂0.1%~0.5%。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性聚乙烯粉末,其特征在于,所述的其他添加剂为抗氧剂及光稳定剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性聚乙烯粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将ABS在80℃~120℃下干燥2~4小时,待用;
(2)将聚合型阻燃剂在80℃~100℃下干燥30~45分钟,待用;
(3)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的ABS和聚合型阻燃剂,经混合均匀后,再加入按重量配比称取的聚乙烯、三氧化二锑、弹性体、相容剂、润滑分散剂和其他添加剂,然后一起加入高速混合机中充分混合2~5分钟;
(4)再将步骤(3)的混合料投入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,将按重量配比称取的经过硅烷偶联剂处理过的玻璃纤维从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入,控制螺杆转速在180~600转/分钟,机筒温度在180℃~220℃,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼,再进行挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥,然后通过塑料粉碎机碎成细粉并过筛,取180~200目的组成即得本发明的一种改性聚乙烯粉末。
