一种内藏刀库结构,其中包括:工作台和底座,所述的工作台和底座为一体式结构,所述的底座上安装立柱,立柱采用宽体设计,内部为拱桥形结构,所述的立柱的桥形内腔安装处圆盘刀库,圆盘刀库用刀库支架固定在所述的立柱上,所述的立柱上安装X轴伺服电机、主轴滑板、Y向横梁和双丝杠,所述的X轴伺服电机可驱动主轴滑板到圆盘刀库所在位置,Y向横梁移动采用双丝杠驱动结构,本发明的优点是:本发明可减少机床外形尺寸,换刀辅助时间短,提高换刀效率,增加机床强度和刚性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立式加工中心的刀库安装结构,尤其涉及一种内藏刀库结构。
背景技术
现有立式加工中心的刀库安装大部分在立柱外面的一个侧面上,对于加工区域大的机床换刀时,主轴滑板要移动刀库所在的位置去换刀,换刀辅助时间过长,同时刀库安装在立柱的一侧使立柱两侧所承受的载荷不一致,长期使用容易导致立柱的变形,不利于机床精度的保持。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种减少机床外形尺寸,换刀辅助时间短,提高换刀效率,增加机床强度和刚性的内藏刀库结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种内藏刀库结构,其中包括:工作台和底座,所述的工作台和底座为一体式结构,其特点在于:所述的底座上安装立柱,立柱采用宽体设计,内部为拱桥形结构,所述的立柱的桥形内腔安装处圆盘刀库,圆盘刀库用刀库支架固定在所述的立柱上,所述的立柱上安装X轴伺服电机、主轴滑板、Y向横梁和双丝杠,所述的X轴伺服电机可驱动主轴滑板到圆盘刀库所在位置, Y向横梁移动采用双丝杠驱动结构。
根据上述的内藏刀库结构,其特点在于:所述的立柱前面安装有自动门,换刀时自动门打开,换刀结束后自动门关闭。
本发明的优点是:本发明立柱采用宽体设计,增加了机床的强度和刚性,内部为拱桥形结构,所述的立柱的桥形内腔安装处圆盘刀库,圆盘刀库用刀库支架固定在所述的立柱上,可减少机床外形尺寸,同时Y向横梁移动采用双丝杠驱动结构,减少Y向横梁移动过程中出现的扭曲,可长期保持机床的精度,由于圆盘刀库安装在X行程的中间位置,减少了机床换刀时X轴移动的时间,缩短了加工辅助时间,提高了加工效率,所述的立柱前面安装的自动门用于圆盘刀库的防屑与防水,换刀时自动门打开,主轴滑板移动到换刀位置,刀库机械手换刀,换刀结束后自动门关闭。

一种内藏刀库结构,如图1所示,其中包括:工作台2和底座1,所述的工作台2和底座1为一体式结构,所述的底座1上安装立柱4,立柱4采用宽体设计,内部为拱桥形结构,所述的立柱4的桥形内腔安装处圆盘刀库9,圆盘刀库9用刀库支架固定在所述的立柱4上,所述的立柱4上安装X轴伺服电机7、主轴滑板5、 Y向横梁6和双丝杠8,所述的X轴伺服电机7可驱动主轴滑板5到圆盘刀库9所在位置, Y向横梁6移动采用双丝杠8驱动结构。
本实施例中:所述的立柱4前面安装有自动门3,换刀时自动门3打开,换刀结束后自动门3关闭。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的立柱4采用宽体设计,增加了机床的强度和刚性,内部为拱桥形结构,所述的立柱4的桥形内腔安装处圆盘刀库9,圆盘刀库9用刀库支架固定在所述的立柱4上,可减少机床外形尺寸,同时Y向横梁6移动采用双丝杠8驱动结构,减少Y向横梁6移动过程中出现的扭曲,可长期保持机床的精度,由于圆盘刀库9安装在X行程的中间位置,减少了机床换刀时X轴移动的时间,缩短了加工辅助时间,提高了加工效率,所述的立柱4前面安装的自动门3用于圆盘刀库9的防屑与防水,换刀时自动门3打开,主轴滑板5移动到换刀位置,刀库机械手换刀,换刀结束后自动门3关闭。

1.一种内藏刀库结构,其中包括:工作台(2)和底座(1),所述的工作台(2)和底座(1)为一体式结构,其特征在于:所述的底座(1)上安装立柱(4),立柱(4)采用宽体设计,所述立柱的内腔为中空结构,所述中空结构为拱桥形结构,所述的立柱(4)的桥形内腔安装圆盘刀库(9),圆盘刀库(9)用刀库支架固定在所述的立柱(4)上,所述的立柱(4)上安装X轴伺服电机(7)、主轴滑板(5)、 Y向横梁(6)和双丝杠(8),所述的X轴伺服电机(7)可驱动主轴滑板(5)到圆盘刀库(9)所在位置, Y向横梁(6)移动采用双丝杠(8)驱动结构,减少Y向横梁移动过程中出现的扭曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内藏刀库结构,其特征在于:所述的立柱(4)前面安装有自动门(3),换刀时所述的自动门(3)打开,换刀结束后所述的自动门(3)关闭。
