背景技术
万向节或万向接头有利于其之间具有角位移的刚性结构(比如杆)之间的旋转运动的传递。所述万向联接件可包括通过十字轴连接的一个或多个铰链。
发明内容
提供了一种用于接收轴的万向节叉。该万向节叉包括轴环,且可包括从轴环延伸的一对翼部。轴槽由轴环限定。第一夹紧突出部从轴环延伸,且具有第一弯折端部。第二夹紧突出部从轴环延伸且,具有第二弯折端部。第一弯折端部朝向轴槽弯折。然而,第二弯折端部远离轴槽弯折。所述一对翼部、轴环、第一夹紧突出部和第二夹紧突出部作为单件、整体元件形成。

万向接头10包括万向节叉12、螺栓或夹紧螺栓14和轴16,所述轴可以是驱动轴或从动轴。夹紧螺栓14与万向节叉12结合,且配置为将轴16保持到万向节叉12。夹紧螺栓14与由轴16限定的哨形凹槽18配合,以将轴16保持到万向节叉12。万向节叉12的所有部分可由一次、整体、单件冲压形成。

万向节叉12包括轴环20和一对翼部22,所述一对翼部22限定U形开孔23,孔23在来自轴16的万向节叉12的相对侧部上从轴环20延伸。翼部22可与U形开孔23内的一个或多个耳轴或销(未示出)配合。耳轴或销可附接到另一接头、另一万向节叉或另一轴。

第一夹紧突出部26从轴环20延伸,第二夹紧突出部28(通常在轴槽24的相对侧部上)从轴环20延伸。第一夹紧突出部26具有第一弯折端部32,第二夹紧突起28具有第二弯折端部34。第一弯折端部32朝向轴槽24弯折,从而第一弯折端部32的部分限定带花键部分25。

为了附接夹紧螺栓14,第一钻镗孔或第一钻孔30通过第一夹紧突出部26限定,且第二钻镗孔或第二钻孔31通过第二夹紧突出部28限定。第一钻孔30和第二钻孔31基本同轴线。然而应注意,第一钻孔30和第二钻孔31可以不具有相同的直径,且可以包括埋头孔36或可以基本与夹紧螺栓14的直径匹配。
第二弯折端部34限定带螺纹部分38。在具有埋头孔36的配置中,带螺纹部分38可以沿夹紧螺栓14的插入方向超出埋头孔36。带螺纹部分38与夹紧螺栓14配合,以将夹紧螺栓14结合到万向节叉12。如图3所示,第二钻孔31的带螺纹部分38未延伸进入轴槽24的带花键部分25中。
夹紧螺栓14配置为,当结合到第二钻孔31的带螺纹部分38时,经过轴16的哨形凹槽18。第一钻孔30和第二钻孔31与夹紧螺栓14的轴线39基本同轴线。
现在参考图4,并继续参考图1-3,示出了另一万向节叉112和夹紧螺栓114的剖视图,其可与图1中所示的轴16类似的轴(未示出)配合。图4是沿类似于图1中所示的线3-3的视角截取的视图,从而图4的万向节叉112可与图3中所示的万向节叉12比较和对比。
万向节叉112包括轴环120和从轴环120延伸的U形开孔(在图4的视角的相对侧上,未分别标记数字)。一对翼部122限定U形开孔,该U形开孔可保持耳轴。轴环120限定轴槽124,轴插入或结合到该轴槽中。轴槽124限定轴槽124表面周围的带花键部分125。带花键部分125与形成在轴上的花键配合,以在轴和万向节叉112之间传递旋转运动。

与图3中所示的万向节叉12类似,第一弯折端部132朝向轴槽124弯折,从而第一弯折端部132的部分可限定带花键部分125。万向节叉112的第二弯折端部134也朝向轴槽124弯折,与万向节叉12的第二弯折端部34不同。因此,第二弯折端部134相对于轴槽124在轴环120的内部上。
为了附接夹紧螺栓114,第一钻镗孔或第一钻孔130限定通过第一夹紧突出部126,且第二钻镗孔或第二钻孔131限定通过第二夹紧突出部128。第一钻孔130和第二钻孔131基本同轴线。
第二夹紧突出部128限定带螺纹部分138。带螺纹部分138与夹紧螺栓114配合,以将夹紧螺栓114结合到万向节叉112。如图4所示,第二钻孔131的带螺纹部分138可以不必延伸进入轴槽124的带花键部分125中,以有利于充分地与夹紧螺栓114螺纹接合。
夹紧螺栓114配置为,当结合到第二钻孔131的带螺纹部分138时,经过轴的哨形凹槽(未示出)。第一钻孔130和第二钻孔131与夹紧螺栓114的轴线139基本同轴线。
如图3和4中所示,万向节叉112中的夹紧螺栓114的轴线139相对地高于万向节叉12中夹紧螺栓14的轴线39。由于在轴槽24的外侧上具有带螺纹部分38和第二弯折端部34,因此万向节叉12使夹紧螺栓14降低。相比于万向节叉112,万向节叉12中夹紧螺栓14的相对低的位置还允许轴16上的哨形凹槽18更低。如图4中所示,当第二弯折端部124朝向轴槽124弯折时,第二钻孔131必须更高(相比于万向节叉12的第二钻孔31),以提供足够的距离用来与夹紧螺栓114接合。
现在参考图5和6,且继续参考图1-4,示出了万向接头10的两个局部剖视图。图5和6显示了从图1沿线5-5剖开的万向节叉12,但夹紧螺栓14和轴16被整体地显示。图5显示了完全组装后的万向接头10。
图6显示了当夹紧螺栓14在将轴16结合到轴槽24之前已经插入,从而轴16未适当地插入到轴槽24时的万向接头10。在组装期间,轴16必须插入到轴槽24中,从而带花键部分25与轴16上的花键结合。夹紧螺栓14可随后插入经过第一钻孔30、哨形凹槽18和第二钻孔31,以将轴16锁定到万向节叉12。
如图5和6所示,夹紧螺栓14的轴线39可与轴16的顶部基本重合。深的哨形凹槽18和第二弯折端部34允许夹紧螺栓14被降低到所示的水平。
在所示的万向接头10中,哨形凹槽18具有这样的凹槽深度,其等于或大于夹紧螺栓14的直径的一半。然而,一些配置可以不把夹紧螺栓14降低得进入轴16中那么远。
万向接头10的万向节叉12包括形成在轴环20中的底切槽40。底切槽40进一步在图5中通过虚线41示出,其表示轴环20的被去除(或从未包括)以形成底切槽40的部分。底切槽40从第一夹紧突起26和第二夹紧突起28与轴槽24面对地形成,且还与翼部22相对地或背对地形成。
底切槽40去除了轴环20的一部分,该部分否则将限定带花键部分25的一部分,如图5中通过整体标示线41表示的。因此,当夹紧螺栓14在轴16之前被插入时,如图6中所示,则较少的轴槽24和带花键部分25抓持和保持轴16。因此,底切槽40减少了万向接头10不当组装的机会。
万向接头10的合适的组装避免图6中所示的状况,因为轴16和万向节叉12将不保持在一起。然而,如果轴16能够部分地进入轴槽24中,则轴16上的花键可抓持或咬合到带花键部分25上且给出万向接头10完全组装的(不正确)表象或感觉。
底切槽40可限定底切平面42,其在底切槽40朝向由翼部22形成的U形开孔23的最近部分处。在图5和6所示配置中,底切平面42基本与第一钻孔30的与U形开孔23相对的边缘重合。因此,在夹紧螺栓14已经结合到万向节叉12之后,轴16被插入且保持在轴槽24中的能力被进一步被降低。

第二夹紧突出部,从轴环延伸且具有第二弯折端部,其中第二弯折端部远离轴槽弯折。
2.如权利要求1所述的万向节叉,进一步包括:
底切槽,从第一夹紧突出部和第二夹紧突出部与轴槽相对形成在轴环中。
3.如权利要求2所述的万向节叉,其中该万向节叉与螺栓配合,且进一步包括:
第一钻孔,限定通过第一夹紧突出部;和
第二钻孔,限定通过第二夹紧突出部,且与第一钻孔基本同轴线,其中第二弯曲端部限定带螺纹部分,所述带螺纹部分与螺栓配合以将螺栓结合到万向节叉。
4.如权利要求3所述的万向节叉,进一步包括:
带花键部分,在轴槽表面周围被限定,其中第二孔的带螺纹部分未延伸进入带花键部分中。
5.如权利要求4所述的万向节叉,其中底切槽限定底切平面,该底切平面基本与第一钻孔的与所述一对翼部相对的边缘重合。
6.如权利要求5所述的万向节叉,其中第一钻孔限定螺栓轴线,该螺栓轴线与轴的顶部基本重合。

第二夹紧突出部,从轴环延伸且具有第二弯折端部,其中第二弯折端部远离轴槽弯折,且所述一对翼部、轴环、第一夹紧突出部和第二夹紧突出部是单件、整体的元件;
第一钻孔,限定通过第一夹紧突出部;和
第二钻孔,限定通过第二夹紧突出部,且与第一钻孔基本同轴线,其中第二弯折端部限定带螺纹部分,所述带螺纹部分与螺栓配合以将螺栓结合到万向节叉;
螺栓,配置为与第二钻孔的带螺纹部分配合,且经过轴的哨形凹槽。
9.如权利要求8所述的万向接头,进一步包括:
底切槽,从第一夹紧突出部和第二夹紧突出部与轴槽相对且背离由所述一对翼部限定的U形开孔形成在轴环中。
10.如权利要求9所述的万向接头,
其中第一钻孔限定螺栓直径,且
其中哨形凹槽限定凹槽深度,该深度等于或大于螺栓直径的一半。
