一种虾仁的防腐方法,属虾仁保鲜领域,它能有效的解决一般的虾仁很难长时间保存,用户食用起来不方便的缺点。将10公斤虾仁倒入水池中清洗3遍,然后将清洗后的虾仁倒入滤网中过滤一遍,将虾仁倒入晒垫中铺平,然后放到室外晾晒7天;将菜油30克、二氧化钛5克、乳酸0.1克、乙醇15克、水30公斤倒入塑料桶中,用木棒搅拌匀,然后静置10分钟后将准备好的虾仁倒入塑料桶中,然后浸泡10分钟后捞起来将水分晾干,然后再用烘干机将虾仁的水分烘干即可。主要用于虾仁的保鲜。

背景技术    虾仁是一种营养丰富的食品,虾仁中含有大量的蛋白质和矿物质,但是一般的虾仁有这样的缺点,就是一般的虾仁很难长时间保存,用户食用起来不方便。
发明内容    本发明的目的是要提供一种虾仁的防腐方法,它能有效的解决一般的虾仁很难长时间保存,用户食用起来不方便的缺点。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种虾仁的防腐方法,将10公斤虾仁倒入水池中清洗3遍,然后将清洗后的虾仁倒入滤网中过滤一遍,将虾仁倒入晒垫中铺平,然后放到室外晾晒7天;将菜油30克、二氧化钛5克、乳酸0.1克、乙醇15克、水30公斤倒入塑料桶中,用木棒搅拌匀,然后静置10分钟后将准备好的虾仁倒入塑料桶中,然后浸泡10分钟后捞起来将水分晾干,然后再用烘干机将虾仁的水分烘干即可。
一种虾仁的防腐方法,采用该方法能够长时间的将虾仁保存起来,用户食用起来非常的方便。
具体实施方式  
原料配方:
菜油30克、二氧化钛5克、乳酸0.1克、乙醇15克、水30公斤。
生产方法:
将10公斤虾仁倒入水池中清洗3遍,然后将清洗后的虾仁倒入滤网中过滤一遍,将虾仁倒入晒垫中铺平,然后放到室外晾晒7天。
将菜油30克、二氧化钛5克、乳酸0.1克、乙醇15克、水30公斤倒入塑料桶中,用木棒搅拌匀,然后静置10分钟后将准备好的虾仁倒入塑料桶中,然后浸泡10分钟后捞起来将水分晾干,然后再用烘干机将虾仁的水分烘干即可。
用塑料袋将制作好的虾仁包装好,每袋包装150克。
