Abstract

本发明涉及对电连接器容纳部件的改进。
本发明涉及对一种电连接器容纳部件的改进,这种容纳部件的本体具有至少一个空腔适用于容纳截面为矩形的电接触件,其一端为将其与电线固接的接线器、另一端为用于容纳一个凸舌的通孔,通孔有一个底壁、两个侧壁和一个顶壁,顶壁通过一个弯向通孔内部的止动弹簧片延伸,而弹簧片的端部是一个穿过底壁开孔的钩形件。止动弹簧片有一个凸耳,用来插在凸舌的孔内将其锁住。压住钩形件即可使凸舌脱开。
用于容纳上述型式电接触件的容纳部件有一个带插孔的空腔,插孔的形状与上述接触件相同但开有一个切槽使钩形件不会受到推压。因此理论上接触件只能以一种方式插入、即钩形件要通过切槽。
然而经常发现将接触件以错误的方位插入致使钩形件受到推压、弹簧片不能再锁住凸舌。
本发明的目的是纠正这种缺欠,并使上述型式的电接触件在插入电连接器容纳部件的空腔时在任何情况下都不可能插错。
本发明是对一种电连接器容纳部件的改进,这种容纳部件的本体具有至少一个断面为矩形的空腔,在其一个长边上开有一个切槽,上述空腔用于容纳一个内孔式电接触件,接触件的一端为将其与电线端固接的接线器、另一端为用于容纳凸舌的矩形断面通孔,上述通孔有一个底壁、两个侧壁和一个顶壁、顶壁在与接线器相反的一端通过一个弯向通孔内部的弹簧片延伸,而弹簧片的端部是一个穿过底壁开孔的钩形件。所提到的改进是在与上述空腔开有切槽的长边相对的另一长边上装有一个阻挡凸耳,其宽度至少与所述钩形件相同,凸耳的自由端朝向上述空腔用于插接上述电接触件的插孔。
当采用这种结构时,如将电接触件以与其正常位置成180的方位插入,则钩形件将顶靠在凸耳的自由端上,从而使上述接触件不能插入空腔。
为加强凸耳的阻挡作用,将钩形件在与接线器相同的一端稍作倾斜,而凸耳的自由端切成斜面。
下面将参照只用附图示出的本发明的一个特定实施例更为详细地对本发明进行说明。

图3为图2容纳部件当电接触件插入空腔位置不正确时的透视图。
图1所示为一内孔式电接触件的断面图。它是用一块导电性良好并有一定弹性的金属坯料制成的,坯料经切削弯曲加工成具有一个底壁2、两个侧壁4和一个顶壁5的形状,底壁的一端为用来固接电线的接线器3。
顶壁5通过一个弹簧片6向前延伸,弹簧片6弯向由各壁构成的通孔7的内部,而其端部弯制成一个穿过底壁2上的开孔9的钩形件8,钩形件8向矩形断面通孔一端稍作倾斜。
通孔7用于容纳一个开有孔13的凸舌12,弹簧片6上的凸耳14即插在孔13内。
因此,当凸耳14插在孔13内时凸舌12被弹性地夹紧在底壁2与弹簧片6之间,因而凸舌就不可能被无意地脱开。要使凸舌12松开,只须压下钩形件8使凸耳14脱离孔13即可。
图2和图3所示为容纳部件15,容纳部件有一个用于容纳电接触件1的空腔16。空腔16的进口具有与接触件1相对应的矩形断面但在其一个长边16a上开有一个使钩形件8能够通过的切槽17。
在与长边16a相对的另一长边16b上装有由两个切槽19限定的凸耳18。凸耳18的自由端18a设在空腔16的插孔侧面,向远离所述插孔方向切成斜面,接触件1即通过此插孔插入空腔。上述凸耳的宽度至少应与钩形件8相同。
如接触件1按正确位置插入,则钩形件8无阻碍地通过切槽17;但如接触件1按图2和图3所示的错误位置插入,则钩形件8靠压在凸耳18的自由端18a上,从而阻止接触件1插入空腔16。
由于钩形件8稍有倾斜而自由端18a也稍成斜面,所以对接触件1加的力越大,凸块18就越能阻止其插入。
当然,本发明不限于以上图示说明的实施例,可以进行其他多种细节修改而不超出本发明的范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种改进的电连接器容纳部件,这种容纳部件的本体具有至少一个断面为矩形的空腔,在其一个长边上开有一个切槽,上述空腔用于容纳一个内孔式电接触件,接触件的一端为将其与电线端固接的接线器、另一端为用于容纳凸舌的矩形断面通孔,上述通孔有一个底壁、两个侧壁和一个顶壁,顶壁在与接线器相反的一端通过一个弯向通孔内部的弹簧片延伸,而弹簧片的端部是一个穿过底壁开孔的钩形件,其特征在于,在与上述空腔开有切槽的长边相对的另一长边上装有一个阻挡凸耳,其宽度至少与所述钩形件相同,凸耳的自由端朝向上述空腔用于插接上述电接触件的插孔。
2.如权利要求1所述改进的电连接器容纳部件,其中上述钩形件向所述矩形断面通孔一端稍作倾斜,而上述凸耳的上述自由端向远离所述插孔方向切成斜面。
