Abstract

本发明公开了一种电线电缆用三元乙丙无卤阻燃橡胶,其原料按重量比包括:异戊二烯90-110份;三元乙丙橡胶100-200份;白炭黑3-7份;SEBS20-30份;TMT25-50份;纳米Mg(OH)25-15份。制备方法,包括如下如下步骤:(1)把SEBS放入磨粉机磨粒至100目;(2)将步骤1中的SEBS和其它配料一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;(3)高压聚合反应:反应釜温度100℃,抽真空,利用N2置换清空反应釜,通入步骤(2)原料,加入二元催化体系,快速反应生成成品;(4)将步骤3中的成品放入碾压机碾成薄片;(5)造粒:用造粒机将步骤4的成品加工成颗粒状;(6)冷却:在室温中冷却。本发明产品达到电缆所需的柔软物理性能的同时,还具有优良的阻燃化学性能。

一种电线电缆用三元乙丙无卤阻燃橡胶
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶领域,具体地涉及一种电线电缆用三元乙丙无卤阻燃橡胶。
背景技术
天然橡胶和合成橡胶都是可燃或易燃的,随着橡胶等高分子材料的广泛使用,特别是在建筑、交通、电子电器及日用制品等方面的大量使用,火灾的危险性和危害性大大增加。为降低危害性,出现了阻燃橡胶。现有的阻燃橡胶,通常可分为普通阻燃橡胶,低卤阻燃橡胶以及无卤阻燃橡胶,其中,卤系阻燃效果从大到小依次为I、Br、Cl、F。低卤阻燃和普通阻燃橡胶燃烧时,仍会释放腐蚀性卤化物,造成二次灾害。因此,无卤阻燃是现在的开发重点。但现有的无卤阻燃橡胶往往难以达到电缆所需的物理性能的同时,还具有优良的阻燃化学性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于电线电缆用三元乙丙无卤阻燃橡胶,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种三元乙丙无卤阻燃橡胶,其原料按重量比包括:

在一较佳实施例中,所述的异戊二烯是石脑油C5馏分。例如,优选采用燕山石化生产的石脑油/工业C5馏分。
前述的三元乙丙无卤阻燃橡胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1磨粒:把SEBS放入磨粉机磨粒至100目;
2混合:将步骤1中的SEBS和其它配料一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
3密炼:反应釜先升温至90-100℃,抽真空,利用N2置换清空反应釜;通入步骤(2)原料,降至60-80℃,加入甲基铝氧烷MAO和铁系络合物氯化2-乙酰基-6-(2-甲基苯亚胺基)乙基吡啶铁组成的二元催化体系,在60-80℃、1-3MPa条件下反应20-30分钟;
4开炼:将步骤3中的成品放入碾压机碾成薄片;
5造粒:用造粒机将步骤4的成品加工成颗粒状;
6冷却:在室温中冷却;
其中,三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的乙烯重量含量为55-75%,丙烯的重量含量为20-30%,二烯ENB重量含量为5-15%。
SEBS(苯乙烯嵌段共聚物),可以选用低、中、高分子量的苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的任意一种。其在氧气下分解温度大于270℃。
纳米Mg(OH)2优选为苏州市泽镁新材料科技有限公司产品。
1、本发明制得的产品,除物理性能达到电线电缆使用标准外,橡胶内部纳米材料分散均匀,对大分子产生一定的阻隔作用,蒙脱土纳米材料能够促使橡胶燃烧表面形成炭层,减缓燃烧热向未燃部分的扩散,抑制挥发物产生,起到良好阻隔作用,从而降低燃烧过程中的热释放速率,同时蒙脱土的吸附作用可以吸收一部分成炭,降低生烟速率。本发明产品具有较好的阻燃性和抑烟性,以锥形量热仪测得的释热速度可降低50%~70%,质量损失速度可降低40%~60%,因而大大降低了小火发展成大火的危险。可以有效保障生命和财产的安全。本发明的产品适合电线电缆使用。
2、本发明反应速度快,在65℃、2.0MPa、n(Al)/n(Fe)=1500、主催化剂浓度为20μmol/L,催化活性高达2.03×107g/mol.h。本反应制得的产品,反应速率相对无催化剂的过程增加100%,大大节省时间,高效运作。在产品性能上表现出高强度耐高温和震动阻尼优良特性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种三元乙丙无卤阻燃橡胶,其原料按重量比包括:

制备方法如下:
1磨粒:把SEBS放入磨粉机磨粒至100目以下;
2混合:将步骤1中的SEBS和其它配料一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
3密炼:反应釜先升温至100℃,抽真空,利用N2置换清空反应釜;通入步骤(2)原料,降至60-70℃,加入甲基铝氧烷MAO和铁系络合物氯化2-乙酰基-6-(2-甲基苯亚胺基)乙基吡啶铁组成的二元催化体系,在65℃、2MPa条件下反应30分钟;
4开炼:将步骤3中的成品放入碾压机碾成薄片;
5造粒:用造粒机将步骤4的成品加工成颗粒状;
6冷却:在室温中冷却;
7包装。

(1)把SEBS放入磨粉机磨粒至100目;
(2)将步骤1中的SEBS和其它配料一起放入搅拌机混合均匀;
(3)反应釜先升温至90-100℃,抽真空,利用N2置换清空反应釜;通入步骤(2)原料,降至60-80℃,加入甲基铝氧烷MAO和铁系络合物氯化2-乙酰基-6-(2-甲基苯亚胺基)乙基吡啶铁组成的二元催化体系,在60-80℃、1-3MPa条件下反应20-30分钟;
(4)将步骤3中的成品放入碾压机碾成薄片;
