工程塑料具有良好的物理与机械强度,在高低温作用下仍能保持良好的力学性能,化学性能及耐热性、耐磨性尺寸稳定性。塑料材料作为结构材料广泛应用于工农业部门正由代用材料转为必用材料,比如碳纤维塑料CFRP强度为钢铁的六倍。

地面交通标志,水泥路面冷热槽。
具体实施方法
在施工过程中一次安装好,节约机械和人工成本,使用寿命大大延长,传统的地面交通标志,二年就会破损,机械人工成本较高老化以后地面很脏,本人研发的地面交通标志,更好地降低工人劳动强度,使用寿命更长,成本更加低廉,水泥路面冷热槽一次安装、简单、美观,比原始金刚石锯片切割更好地节约人工成本。

Claims (4)

1.本地面交通标志,涉及高密度聚乙稀,碳纤维塑料和一些萤光材料,通过模具机械一次性注射成型,具有尺寸稳定,适合于工业化大规模生产。
2.本标志耐冷热,抗老化、耐冲击、耐磨损、易安装,与传统生产工艺相比,节约机械和人工成本。
3.产品重量轻,位于交通运输,冷热不变形,寿命长等特点。
4.适用于普通水泥路面,高速路面,柏油路面,使用范围较广,冷热槽更是外型美观、尺寸一致。
