技术领域:本发明属于LED驱动电源领域 
背景技术:近几年LED发展逐渐取代过去的白炽灯时代,在不断更新中对于LED的应用及使用性能要求也有了相应的提高。LED灯珠在工作中需要工作在低电压直流状态下,为让市电提供稳定电流给LED灯珠正常工作,给LED光源提供的电流需经过整流。而经整流后的电路需要接入电解电容,利用其充放电特性,使整流后的脉动直流电压变成相对比较稳定的直流电压。在实际使用中整块电路电解电容寿命最为有限,(本身的电解液所能耐的温度最高是105℃)这也就限制了电源的寿命。 
发明内容:所解决的问题是去除常规电解电容,从而提高电源寿命,与LED工作寿命同步。本发明中采用了两个整流桥,第一个整流桥经过电容(需要耐压≥400V)移相提前一个角度,另一个整流桥采用环形电感电感迟后移相。因此整流出来的直流电路没有过零现象。

具体实施方式
一种高效LED驱动电源,包括相连接的电源模块和LED驱动模块,直流电源模块包括交流输入与市电相连的两个整流桥,其中一个整流桥交流输入与市电连接有电感,正向直流输出与第二个整流桥直流正向输出相连并通过第一二极管与LED驱动模块相连。两个整流桥直 流负向连接与LED驱动模块相连。两个整流桥的正向直流输出连接有高频滤波电容。 
LED驱动模块端集成芯片PWM D引脚、VDD引脚、LD引脚与电容C3相连,Rosc引脚连接有200K电阻,使集成芯片在100KHz高纹波下正常工作。 
集成芯片的GATA引脚连接场效应管的栅极,GS引脚连接第二个电阻(此电阻的阻值可决定LED的工作电流。 

Claims (2)

1.交流转直流时,采用两个整流桥。其中一个提前移相,另一个迟后移相,两个不相位正弦波经整流后叠加,使整流出来的电路没有过零现象。
2.在第一个整流桥交流输入串联一个电容,第二个整流桥交流输入接有电感,随负载的功率改变电感值来提高功率因数。
